Abstract
新型的切菜机,包括机架,机架上设置有输送带,输送带的一端的机架上固定有切菜机构,切菜机构包括固定在机架上的两侧支座,压片轴、切条轴和切断轴的两端均铰接分别在两侧支座上,压片轴位于切条轴和切断轴的上侧,切条轴上插套并固定有若干切条轮,切断轴的外壁上固定有若干切断刀,切断轴的一端伸出侧支座固定连接有第一传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮相啮合在一起,第二传动齿轮固定在切条轴的一端,切条轴的另一端伸出侧支座固定连接有第三传动齿轮和从动带轮,从动带轮通过皮带和主动带轮相连接,主动带轮固定在步进电机的转轴上。它只需要一台电机就能同时驱动输送带和切断轴,有效的节省了电能,节省了生产成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及切菜机的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种新型的切菜机。
背景技术:
切菜机,是刀刃与菜成一定角度的食品机械,目前的切菜机一般采用半月刀盘和半月调节盘结构,其只需要使用不同料斗,就可将不同的蔬菜瓜果切成条或丝。而采用半月刀盘的切菜机一般为小型切菜机,其生产效率较低,适用于居民家庭中所适用;而在酒家、餐厅、饭店、食堂等场所,其需要大量的蔬菜瓜果切削,从而需要适用大型的切菜机,大型的切菜机一般为一条输送带配置一个切菜滚筒,切菜滚筒上安装有刀片,从而蔬菜瓜果输送到切菜滚筒进行切削,而现有切菜机上控制的切菜滚筒转动的输送带输送的驱动单元是独立的,即需要两台电机分别驱动切菜滚筒和输送带,能耗较大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种新型的切菜机,其只需要一台电机就能同时驱动输送带和切断轴,从而有效的节省了电能,节省了生产成本。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
新型的切菜机,包括机架,机架上设置有输送带,输送带的一端的机架上固定有切菜机构,切菜机构包括固定在机架上的两侧支座,压片轴、切条轴和切断轴的两端均铰接分别在两侧支座上,压片轴位于切条轴和切断轴的上侧,切条轴上插套并固定有若干切条轮,切断轴的外壁上固定有若干切断刀,切断轴的一端伸出侧支座固定连接有第一传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮相啮合在一起,第二传动齿轮固定在切条轴的一端,切条轴的另一端伸出侧支座固定连接有第三传动齿轮和从动带轮,从动带轮通过皮带和主动带轮相连接,主动带轮固定在步进电机的转轴上,步进电机固定在机架上;
所述的第三传动齿轮和第四传动齿轮相啮合,第四传动齿轮固定在滚筒轴的一端,滚筒轴的两端铰接在侧支座上,滚筒轴位于切条轴和切断轴的下侧,滚筒轴上插套固定有第五传动齿轮和第一链轮,第五传动齿轮和第四传动齿轮相并靠在一起,第一链轮通过第一链条和第二链轮相连接,第二链轮通过支轴铰接在机架上,第二链轮的支轴上固定连接有第三链轮,第三链轮通过第二链条和第四链轮相连接,第四链轮固定在输送带的驱动辊上;第五传动齿轮上啮合有第六传动齿轮,第六传动齿轮固定连接在压片轴上;
所述切条轴相邻的切条轮之间插接有刮料片,刮料片的两侧壁抵靠在切条轮的侧端面上,刮料片固定在刮料轴上,刮料轴固定在侧支座上。
所述的滚筒轴的下侧设置有两根定位杆,定位杆分布在滚筒轴底端的两侧,定位杆的两端铰接在侧支座上。
所述的切条轮延压片轴轴向均匀分布在压片轴上,切断刀呈环形均匀分布在切断轴上。
所述的切菜机构位于输送带的输出端,切菜机构的出口侧设有出料斗,出料斗固定在机架上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、它对切菜机的传动机构进行整改,从而实现一台电机就能同时驱动输送带和切菜滚筒的运行,切菜时只需消耗一台电机的电能,从而节省了电能,节省了生产成本。
2、它采用了先切成条,再将条切断的方式来切菜,能够有效将切菜进行规格的碎片,同时为切条的切条轮配置相应的刮料机构,其既清理切条轮,又能够防止切条切下的切屑随切条轮转动飞出切菜机构。

实施例:见图1至4所示,新型的切菜机,包括机架1,机架1上设置有输送带2,输送带2的一端的机架上固定有切菜机构3,切菜机构3包括固定在机架1上的两侧支座31,压片轴32、切条轴33和切断轴34的两端均铰接分别在两侧支座31上,压片轴32位于切条轴33和切断轴34的上侧,切条轴33上插套并固定有若干切条轮331,切断轴34的外壁上固定有若干切断刀341,切断轴34的一端伸出侧支座31固定连接有第一传动齿轮37,第一传动齿轮37和第二传动齿轮36相啮合在一起,第二传动齿轮36固定在切条轴33的一端,切条轴33的另一端伸出侧支座31固定连接有第三传动齿轮38和从动带轮39,从动带轮39通过皮带310和主动带轮311相连接,主动带轮311固定在步进电机312的转轴上,步进电机312固定在机架1上;
所述的第三传动齿轮38和第四传动齿轮313相啮合,第四传动齿轮313固定在滚筒轴35的一端,滚筒轴35的两端铰接在侧支座31上,滚筒轴35位于切条轴33和切断轴34的下侧,滚筒轴35上插套固定有第五传动齿轮314和第一链轮315,第五传动齿轮314和第四传动齿轮313相并靠在一起,第一链轮315通过第一链条316和第二链轮317相连接,第二链轮317通过支轴铰接在机架1上,第二链轮317的支轴上固定连接有第三链轮318,第三链轮318通过第二链条319和第四链轮320相连接,第四链轮320固定在输送带2的驱动辊上;第五传动齿轮314上啮合有第六传动齿轮321,第六传动齿轮321固定连接在压片轴32上;
所述切条轴33相邻的切条轮331之间插接有刮料片324,刮料片324的两侧壁抵靠在切条轮331的侧端面上,刮料片324固定在刮料轴323上,刮料轴323固定在侧支座31上。
所述的滚筒轴35的下侧设置有两根定位杆322,定位杆322分布在滚筒轴35底端的两侧,定位杆322的两端铰接在侧支座31上。
所述的切条轮331延压片轴32轴向均匀分布在压片轴32上,切断刀341呈环形均匀分布在切断轴34上。
所述的切菜机构3位于输送带2的输出端,切菜机构3的出口侧设有出料斗4,出料斗4固定在机架1上。
工作原理:本发明为切菜机,其对切菜机的传动机构进行整改,从而实现一台步进电机312能实现整台切菜机的运转,传动方式如下:
第一条传动线路:主动带轮311→从动带轮39→切条轴33→第二传动齿轮36→第一传动齿轮36→切断轴34;实现切条轴33转动,切条轴33将从压片轴32和滚筒轴35进入的菜切成条,实现切断轴34转动将切成条的菜切成片;
第二条传动线路:主动带轮311→从动带轮39→切条轴339→第三传动齿轮38→第四传动齿轮313→滚筒轴35→第五传动齿轮314→第六传动齿轮321→压片轴32;实现滚筒轴35和压片轴32转动,为切条轴33和切断轴34进行喂料
第三条传动线路:主动带轮311→从动带轮39→切条轴339→第三传动齿轮38→第四传动齿轮313→滚筒轴35→第一链轮315→第二链轮317→第三链轮318→第四链轮320→输送带2的驱动轴,实现输送带的运输;
综上所述传动结构,通过一台步进电机312实现输送带2、压片轴32、滚筒轴35、切条轴33、切断轴34的运转,从而菜经过输送带2输送进入切菜机构3,然后在压片轴32的作用下落到滚筒轴35上,从而在滚筒轴35的作用下进入滚筒轴35和切条轴33之间,切条轴33将菜切成条,然后随滚筒轴35的作用其切成条的菜进入滚筒轴35和切断轴34之间,将其条形的菜切成若干段,而根据切断轴34上切断刀341的数量可以控制切断后菜的长度,而且在切条轴33上的切条轮331上还安装有刮料片324,刮料片324可以防止条形的菜随切条轮331转动往上跑,同时又可以刮除切条轮331上的碎末。

1.新型的切菜机,包括机架(1),机架(1)上设置有输送带(2),输送带(2)的一端的机架上固定有切菜机构(3),其特征在于:切菜机构(3)包括固定在机架(1)上的两侧支座(31),压片轴(32)、切条轴(33)和切断轴(34)的两端均铰接分别在两侧支座(31)上,压片轴(32)位于切条轴(33)和切断轴(34)的上侧,切条轴(33)上插套并固定有若干切条轮(331),切断轴(34)的外壁上固定有若干切断刀(341),切断轴(34)的一端伸出侧支座(31)固定连接有第一传动齿轮(37),第一传动齿轮(37)和第二传动齿轮(36)相啮合在一起,第二传动齿轮(36)固定在切条轴(33)的一端,切条轴(33)的另一端伸出侧支座(31)固定连接有第三传动齿轮(38)和从动带轮(39),从动带轮(39)通过皮带(310)和主动带轮(311)相连接,主动带轮(311)固定在步进电机(312)的转轴上,步进电机(312)固定在机架(1)上;
所述的第三传动齿轮(38)和第四传动齿轮(313)相啮合,第四传动齿轮(313)固定在滚筒轴(35)的一端,滚筒轴(35)的两端铰接在侧支座(31)上,滚筒轴(35)位于切条轴(33)和切断轴(34)的下侧,滚筒轴(35)上插套固定有第五传动齿轮(314)和第一链轮(315),第五传动齿轮(314)和第四传动齿轮(313)相并靠在一起,第一链轮(315)通过第一链条(316)和第二链轮(317)相连接,第二链轮(317)通过支轴铰接在机架(1)上,第二链轮(317)的支轴上固定连接有第三链轮(318),第三链轮(318)通过第二链条(319)和第四链轮(320)相连接,第四链轮(320)固定在输送带(2)的驱动辊上;第五传动齿轮(314)上啮合有第六传动齿轮(321),第六传动齿轮(321)固定连接在压片轴(32)上;
所述切条轴(33)相邻的切条轮(331)之间插接有刮料片(324),刮料片(324)的两侧壁抵靠在切条轮(331)的侧端面上,刮料片(324)固定在刮料轴(323)上,刮料轴

4.根据权利要求1所述的新型的切菜机,其特征在于:所述的切菜机构(3)位于输送带(2)的输出端,切菜机构(3)的出口侧设有出料斗(4),出料斗(4)固定在机架(1)上。
