本发明公开了一种汽车空调管路的减震垫圈,其特征在于:所述的减震垫圈包括圆柱体的橡胶垫设置于管夹本体与空调管路之间,橡胶垫上设有减震圈,减震圈位于管夹本体的夹爪之间。由于采用上述的结构,本发明的可将从压缩机传递至空调管路的振动,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而有利于降低整车的振动噪音,具有很好的实用性,易于推广应用。

本发明涉及汽车空调的安装领域,特别涉及一种汽车空调管路的减震垫圈。
背景技术
汽车空调管路橡胶垫仅仅是对汽车空调管路进行简单的包裹,装配后存在弹性差,可靠性差的缺点,无形中增加了空调管路振动的噪音。
针对上述问题,提供一种新型的减震垫圈,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而降低整车的振动噪音。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种汽车空调管路的减震垫圈,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而降低整车的振动噪音。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是,一种汽车空调管路的减震垫圈,其特征在于:所述的减震垫圈包括圆柱体的橡胶垫设置于管夹本体与空调管路之间,橡胶垫上设有减震圈,减震圈位于管夹本体的夹爪之间。
所述的橡胶垫的内部为齿轮结构,包裹住空调管路。

本发明提供一种汽车空调管路减震垫圈,可以使用在不同管径的下装配,弹性好,可靠性强,使用寿命更长。
具体如图1-3所示,本发明包括圆柱体的橡胶垫1设置于管夹本体2与空调管路之间,橡胶垫1上设有减震圈3,减震圈3位于管夹本体2的夹爪之间。橡胶垫1的内部为齿轮结构,包裹住空调管路。
橡胶垫1位于管夹本体2与空调管路之间;所述的橡胶垫1有一定的厚度,与管路贴紧。产品优点在于:可将从压缩机传递至空调管路的振动,能够有效地降低压缩机通过空调管路的支架传递至车身上的振动,从而有利于降低整车的振动噪音,具有很好的实用性,易于推广应用。
