Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高二氧化钛对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物处理效果的方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。本发明采用以下工艺:首先,配制蛋白酶溶液对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物进行处理,完成后将蛋白酶失活处理;其次,配制酸性纤维素酶溶液对混纺织物进行处理;然后,加入脂肪酶对织物进一步处理,并将织物从溶液中取出晾干;最后,配制含有二氧化钛、丁烷四羧酸和次亚磷酸钠的分散液,将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍并经焙烘完成处理。本发明利用蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶对混纺织物进行预处理改性,可以提高二氧化钛颗粒在混纺织物上的附着量,进而增强其抗菌、自清洁等功能效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高二氧化钛对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶织物处理效果的方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
羊毛是人类最早利用的纺织纤维之一,羊毛纤维制品具有许多优良特性,如光泽柔和,手感丰满而具有弹性,吸湿性强,穿着舒适,保暖性及抗皱性较好等,是最高档的纺织纤维之一。粘胶纤维是以天然纤维素为基本原料,经纤维素磺酸酯溶液纺制而成的再生纤维,制成的纺织品湿强较低,但具有较好的吸湿性、透气性及染色性。涤纶是以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇缩聚而得的高分子纤维,具有断裂强度高,耐热性好,耐腐蚀性强等优点,但具有吸湿染色性差,易起毛起球等缺点。多组分纤维混纺,能够弥补单种纤维的缺点,使各种纤维实现性能互补,有利于降低产品的成本,是纺织面料的发展趋势,也是提高纺织面料服用性能的重要途径。
二氧化钛是一种工业中常用的催化剂,具有催化活性高、价格低廉而且安全无毒等优点,在纺织工业得到广泛应用。通常,可采用分散浸轧和溶胶-凝胶法将TiO2施加到纺织品表面,再经过焙烘等后处理工艺在纺织品表面形成覆盖层。在紫外光照射下,TiO2价带电子被激发到导带,产生具有很强反应活性的电子空穴对,赋予织物一定功能性,可以制备出抗菌纺织品、自清洁纺织品、抗紫外纺织品及空气净化纺织品等。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种提高二氧化钛对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物处理效果的方法,利用蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶对混纺织物进行预处理改性,然后采用常规的二氧化钛对织物进行整理,可以提高二氧化钛颗粒在混纺织物上的附着量,进而增强其抗菌、自清洁等功能效果。
本发明包括以下工艺:
(1)配制蛋白酶溶液对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物进行处理,蛋白酶用量占织物中羊毛质量的1%,浴比1:10,pH调至9.0,溶液温度升至60℃,处理45min,然后将溶液pH调至5.0,溶液温度升至95℃,失活处理15min;
(2)将处理液的温度降至50℃,加入占织物中粘胶质量1%的酸性纤维素酶,处理30min;
(3)将处理液温度降至40℃,调节pH至7.5,加入占织物中涤纶质量1%的脂肪酶,处理30min,然后将织物从溶液中取出晾干;
(4)配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为0.5-1%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为6-10%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为4-6%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
蛋白酶能够水解混纺面料中的羊毛成分,使其肽键发生部分断裂,生成氨基和羧基。蛋白酶处理完成后,调节溶液的pH至5.0和温度至95℃,可使蛋白酶变性失活,以免对后续的加工产生不利影响。将处理液的温度降至50℃后加入占织物重量1%的酸性纤维素酶,处理30min,可使混纺面料中的粘胶成分发生改性,使其分子链上的部分甙键水解,产生羟基和隐性醛基。处理完成后,将处理液温度进一步降低至40℃,并将溶液pH调整至7.5,加入占涤纶重量1%的脂肪酶,处理30min,可使混纺面料中的涤纶成分发生改性,产生一定数目的羧基等功能性基团。处理完成后的织物从溶液中取出,不经过水洗直接晾干即可,吸附于表面的混合酶蛋白也有助于后续二氧化钛的附着。配制常规锐钛矿型二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为0.5-1%,是对面料进行功能整理的主要成分。另外,加入质量浓度为6-10%的丁烷四羧酸和4-6%的次亚磷酸钠,二者主要起到将二氧化钛固着在面料上的作用。将处理液超声分散15min后放入混纺面料浸渍20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后在180℃焙烘2min。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例和对比例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
将混纺比为30/20/50的羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物(150g/m2)进行如下处理:
(1)配制蛋白酶溶液,蛋白酶用量占织物中羊毛质量的1%,浴比1:10,pH调至9.0,溶液温度升至60℃,处理45min,然后将溶液pH调至5.0,溶液温度升至95℃,失活处理15min;
(2)将处理液的温度降至50℃,加入占织物中粘胶质量1%的酸性纤维素酶,处理30min;
(3)将处理液温度降至40℃,调节pH至7.5,加入占织物中涤纶质量1%的脂肪酶,处理30min,然后将织物从溶液中取出晾干;
(4)配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为0.5%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为6%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为4%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
对比例1
将与实施例1相同的羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物不经过蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶的预处理,直接进行与实施例1相同的二氧化钛处理:配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为0.5%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为6%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为4%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
经检测,经实施例1处理后混纺织物上附着的二氧化钛浓度比对比例1混纺织物上附着的二氧化钛浓度高33%,而抗菌性提高18%,自清洁性能提高21%。表明本发明的方法能够有效增强二氧化钛对混纺织物的处理效果。
实施例2
将混纺比为15/25/60的羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物(220g/m2)进行如下处理:
(1)配制蛋白酶溶液,蛋白酶用量占织物中羊毛质量的1%,浴比1:10,pH调至9.0,溶液温度升至60℃,处理45min,然后将溶液pH调至5.0,溶液温度升至95℃,失活处理15min;
(2)将处理液的温度降至50℃,加入占织物中粘胶质量1%的酸性纤维素酶,处理30min;
(3)将处理液温度降至40℃,调节pH至7.5,加入占织物中涤纶质量1%的脂肪酶,处理30min,然后将织物从溶液中取出,脱水晾干;
(4)配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为1%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为10%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为6%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
对比例2
将与实施例2相同的羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物不经过蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶的预处理,直接进行与实施例2相同的二氧化钛处理:配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为1%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为10%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为6%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
经检测,经实施例2处理后混纺织物上附着的二氧化钛浓度比对比例2混纺织物上附着的二氧化钛浓度高23%,而抗菌性提高15%,自清洁性能提高17%。表明本发明的方法能够有效增强二氧化钛对混纺织物的处理效果。
Claims (2)
1.提高二氧化钛对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶织物处理效果的方法,其特征在于采用以下工艺:
(1)配制蛋白酶溶液对羊毛/粘胶/涤纶混纺织物进行处理,蛋白酶用量占织物中羊毛质量的1%,浴比1:10,pH调至9.0,溶液温度升至60℃,处理45min,然后将溶液pH调至5.0,溶液温度升至95℃,失活处理15min;
(2)将处理液的温度降至50℃,加入占织物中粘胶质量1%的酸性纤维素酶,处理30min;
(3)将处理液温度降至40℃,调节pH至7.5,加入占织物中涤纶质量1%的脂肪酶,处理30min,然后将织物从溶液中取出晾干;
(4)配制二氧化钛分散液,其中二氧化钛质量浓度为0.5-1%,丁烷四羧酸质量浓度为6-10%,次亚磷酸钠质量浓度为4-6%,超声分散15min;将混纺织物浸入分散液里浸渍处理20min取出,脱水后90℃烘干,然后180℃焙烘2min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是所用二氧化钛为锐钛矿型二氧化钛。
