本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶黏剂是指在分子链中含有氨基甲酸酯基团或异氰酸酯基的胶黏剂,因具有优异的粘结性能以及良好的柔韧性、耐冲击性、耐溶剂性、耐磨性、曲挠性和耐低温性能等而广泛应用于民用、体育、航天、军事等领域,成为不可缺少的重要材料之一。虽然现已公开了多种聚氨酯胶粘剂,但是现有的聚氨酯胶黏剂其耐水性欠佳,限制了其在一些特殊环境下的使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其粘结强度高,耐水性能优异,阻燃性好。
本发明提出的一种耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其原料按重量份包括:多异氰酸酯15-50份、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇5-20份、聚ε-己内酯二醇10-35份、木质素3-25份、催化剂0.3-1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺10-22份、萜烯树脂1-3.2份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、纳米二氧化硅2-8份、二硼化钛1-3.5份、硫酸亚铁0.2-1.5份、复合阻燃剂2-8份、聚苯乙烯3-15份、甘油0.1-0.8份、三乙醇胺2-8份、溶剂15-35份、偶联剂0.01-0.18份。
优选地,所述多异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、六甲撑二异氰酸酯中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述复合阻燃剂为双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基氧化磷、2-苯氧基(3-羟基)-氧化磷、氮丙啶聚磷腈、硫酸铝、磷酸锆按重量比为2-10:3-9:3-8:1-7:2-10的混合物;氮丙啶聚磷腈中含有六个氮丙啶基团,可以与聚氨酯上的羧基和氨基反应,含磷量高,加入体系中,一方面能固化聚氨酯,另一方面与体系中的双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基氧化磷、2-苯氧基(3-羟基)-氧化磷、氮丙啶聚磷腈、硫酸铝、磷酸锆发挥协效作用,降低胶黏剂的热释放速率和总热释放量,增加残炭量,显著提高了胶黏剂的耐热性,同时能减缓燃烧过程,延长燃烧时间,赋予胶黏剂优异的阻燃性能。
优选地,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、碳酸二甲酯、二氯丙烷、环己烷、醋酸、醋酸丁酯中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-550按重量比为3-8:1-3的混合物。
优选地,其原料中还包括十二烷基硫酸钠、戊二醛和脱脂大豆粉。
优选地,十二烷基硫酸钠的重量份为2-5份、戊二醛的重量份为0.2-0.9份、脱脂大豆粉的重量份为3-8份;脱脂大豆粉、戊二醛加入体系中,分子间形成化学键交联,与体系中的硫酸亚铁、聚苯乙烯配合显著提高了胶黏剂的耐水性能。
本发明所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇和聚ε-己内酯二醇配合作为多元醇,与多异氰酸酯反应,得到了聚氨酯预聚体,同时加入了木质素、聚乙烯亚胺进行改性,得到的胶黏剂粘合强度高,其耐热性好,耐水性能优异;纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅配合加入体系中,能与聚氨酯基体发生反应,与二硼化钛、硫酸亚铁和甘油配合,显著提高了胶黏剂的耐水性,同时改善了胶黏剂的初粘强度和终粘强度,改善了胶黏剂的性能。

1.一种耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:多异氰酸酯15-50份、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇5-20份、聚ε-己内酯二醇10-35份、木质素3-25份、催化剂0.3-1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺10-22份、萜烯树脂1-3.2份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、纳米二氧化硅2-8份、二硼化钛1-3.5份、硫酸亚铁0.2-1.5份、复合阻燃剂2-8份、聚苯乙烯3-15份、甘油0.1-0.8份、三乙醇胺2-8份、溶剂15-35份、偶联剂0.01-0.18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、六甲撑二异氰酸酯中的一种或者多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、2,2-二吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种或者多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述复合阻燃剂为双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基氧化磷、2-苯氧基(3-羟基)-氧化磷、氮丙啶聚磷腈、硫酸铝、磷酸锆按重量比为2-10:3-9:3-8:1-7:2-10的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、碳酸二甲酯、二氯丙烷、环己烷、醋酸、醋酸丁酯中的一种或者多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-560、硅烷偶联剂KH-550按重量比为3-8:1-3的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,其原料中还包括十二烷基硫酸钠、戊二醛和脱脂大豆粉。
8.根据权利要求7所述耐水性聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,十二烷基硫酸钠的重量份为2-5份、戊二醛的重量份为0.2-0.9份、脱脂大豆粉的重量份为3-8份。
