技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,具体涉及一种耐老化广告喷绘板。
背景技术
广告喷绘板是广告领域普遍使用的一种商品,广泛应用在公交车、出租车、旅游客车、机场橱窗、广告灯箱、户内广告贴纸、户内广告 X 架等。目前的喷绘广告板主要由 PVC或其他塑料板片基材做底板,直接在 PVC 层或其他塑料板片基材上进行广告图案的喷绘,这种方法虽然简单快捷,但是其自身有着很多无法避免的缺点,比如,喷绘的广告图案比较容易褪色,保持清晰时间短;PVC 材料或其他塑料板片基材底板在阳光照射以及雨雪等室外恶劣的气候条件下,老化速度快。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,耐老化、使用寿命长的广告喷绘板。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:一种用于广告喷绘板,包括基材层和UV喷绘层,所述基材层包括第一板材和第二板材,所述第一板材内部为空腔结构,所述第一板材和所述第二板材之间设有环氧树脂发泡材料,所述环氧树脂发泡材料完全填满第一板材和第二板材之间空隙,且所述第一板材和第二板材分别与环氧树脂发泡材料粘接,所述第一板材上设有UV喷绘层,所述第一板材与所述UV喷绘层之间设有粘接层,并且所述第一板材与所述UV喷绘层通过粘接层固定在一起,所述UV喷绘层上设有一层透明保护层;
其中,所述透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30-35份、丙烯酸树脂:20-25份、聚醚多元醇:10-13份、丙烯酸盐:8-15 份、羟乙基纤维素:6-11 份、铝硅酸盐:5-7份、玻璃球:3-5份、乳胶粉:6-8 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:4-5份、氧化铝:1-2份、聚季胺盐:4-5份、藻蛋白酸钠:3-4份、纳米材料颗粒:3-6 份、聚丙烯:7-10份、聚乙烯醇:6-10份、抗氧剂:1-2份、氯化聚乙烯:3-7份、木粉:10-16份、硬脂酸:5-8份、亚磷酸三酯:2-3份、聚马来酸酐:2-6份、交联剂:1-3 份、成膜助剂:2-5份。

步骤三:将步骤二物料送至挤出机中,经过混合、热熔、塑化、造粒,其中挤出机各段温度控制为加料段温度设定为160-165℃,混炼段180-185℃,计量段190-198℃,机头段190-200℃,最后通过延压机延压成膜;
步骤四:将步骤制备的放入纳米材料溶液浸渍1-2h,然后烘干,温度为75-82℃,
步骤五:在透明保护层一面喷涂交联粘结胶,交联粘结胶与透明保护层在热压的作用下进行高温粘接复合,其热压复合温度为175-182℃,时间为1.1-1.5min,然后在UV喷绘层表面喷涂一层由PVA与硅溶胶按1:5配比制得粘结剂,再将透明保护层将喷涂有交联粘结胶与UV喷绘层涂有粘结剂的表面贴合;
步骤六:再在透明保护层表面涂刷一层环氧树脂透明漆。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
前述的透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30份、丙烯酸树脂:23份、聚醚多元醇:10份、丙烯酸盐:11 份、羟乙基纤维素:7 份、铝硅酸盐:5份、玻璃球:3份、乳胶粉:6 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:4份、氧化铝:1份、聚季胺盐:4份、藻蛋白酸钠:3份、纳米材料颗粒:4份、聚丙烯:7份、聚乙烯醇:7份、抗氧剂:1份、氯化聚乙烯:4份、木粉:12份、硬脂酸:6份、亚磷酸三酯:2份、聚马来酸酐:3份、交联剂:2 份、成膜助剂:3份。
前述的透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:33份、丙烯酸树脂:20份、聚醚多元醇:11份、丙烯酸盐:13 份、羟乙基纤维素:8 份、铝硅酸盐:6份、玻璃球:4份、乳胶粉:8 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:5份、氧化铝:2份、聚季胺盐:5份、藻蛋白酸钠:4份、纳米材料颗粒:5 份、聚丙烯:8份、聚乙烯醇:9份、抗氧剂:2份、氯化聚乙烯:5份、木粉:14份、硬脂酸:7份、亚磷酸三酯:3份、聚马来酸酐:5份、交联剂:3 份、成膜助剂:4份。
前述的第二板材为碳纤维材料制成。
前述的第一板材为聚苯乙烯材料制成。
前述的透明保护层采用辊涂方式涂覆在UV喷绘层表面。
前述的透明保护层厚度为0.001-0.003mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,基材层板由第一板材和第二板材和两块板材之间填充有环氧树脂发泡材料组成,具有耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀、抗张强度、耐高压荷重等良好性能,在UV喷绘层表面上通过辊涂方式涂覆一层透明保护层,这样不仅能够起到保护的作用,从而也能够有效地防止的老化,延长其的使用寿命,且透明保护层不会对UV喷绘层的内容和色彩造成较大的影响,使其保持有原有的效果,第二板材为碳纤维材料制成,具有拉伸强度高、耐腐蚀性、抗震性、抗冲击性等良好性能,同时耐老化、质量轻,减少安装强度,第一板材为聚苯乙烯材料制成,防腐蚀、经久耐用性,且内部为空腔结构,减轻了其质量,也降低了其成本。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种用于广告喷绘板,结构如图1所示,包括基材层和UV喷绘层3,基材层包括第一板材1和第二板材2,第二板材为碳纤维材料制成,第一板材为聚苯乙烯材料制成,第一板材内部为空腔结构,第一板材1和第二板材2之间设有环氧树脂发泡材料4,环氧树脂发泡材料4完全填满第一板材1和第二板材2之间空隙,且第一板材1和第二板材2分别与环氧树脂发泡材料粘接,第一板材1上设有UV喷绘层3,第一板材1与UV喷绘层3之间设有粘接层5,并且第一板材1与UV喷绘层3通过粘接层5固定在一起,UV喷绘层3上设有一层透明保护层6,且透明保护层6采用辊涂方式涂覆在UV喷绘层表面,其厚度为0.002mm;
其中,透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30份、丙烯酸树脂:23份、聚醚多元醇:10份、丙烯酸盐:11 份、羟乙基纤维素:7 份、铝硅酸盐:5份、玻璃球:3份、乳胶粉:6 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:4份、氧化铝:1份、聚季胺盐:4份、藻蛋白酸钠:3份、纳米材料颗粒:4份、聚丙烯:7份、聚乙烯醇:7份、抗氧剂:1份、氯化聚乙烯:4份、木粉:12份、硬脂酸:6份、亚磷酸三酯:2份、聚马来酸酐:3份、交联剂:2 份、成膜助剂:3份。
本实施例提供一种耐老化广告喷绘板制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在第一板材和所述第二板材之间填充环氧树脂发泡材料,并在第一板材表面上喷涂粘结剂,将UV喷绘层贴合在第一板材喷涂有粘结剂的表面上;
步骤二:制备透明保护层:环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和玻璃球加入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为27min,速度为350r/min,然后将聚醚多元醇、丙烯酸盐、羟乙基纤维素、铝硅酸盐、乳胶粉、乙烯吡咯烷酮、氧化铝、聚季胺盐、藻蛋白酸钠、纳米材料颗粒、聚丙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯化聚乙烯、木粉、硬脂酸、亚磷酸三酯和聚马来酸酐继续搅拌,时间为1.5h,速度为550r/min,等充分混合均匀后加入交联剂、成膜助剂和抗氧剂,高速搅拌52min,其速度为630r/min,备用;
步骤三:将步骤二物料送至挤出机中,经过混合、热熔、塑化、造粒,其中挤出机各段温度控制为加料段温度设定为160℃,混炼段180℃,计量段190℃,机头段195℃,最后通过延压机延压成膜;
步骤四:将步骤制备的放入纳米材料溶液浸渍1.5h,然后烘干,温度为78℃,
步骤五:在透明保护层一面喷涂交联粘结胶,交联粘结胶与透明保护层在热压的作用下进行高温粘接复合,其热压复合温度为177℃,时间为1.3min,然后在UV喷绘层表面喷涂一层由PVA与硅溶胶按1:5配比制得粘结剂,再将透明保护层将喷涂有交联粘结胶与UV喷绘层涂有粘结剂的表面贴合;
步骤六:再在透明保护层表面涂刷一层环氧树脂透明漆。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种用于广告喷绘板,结构如图1所示,包括基材层和UV喷绘层3,基材层包括第一板材1和第二板材2,第二板材为碳纤维材料制成,第一板材为聚苯乙烯材料制成,第一板材内部为空腔结构,第一板材1和第二板材2之间设有环氧树脂发泡材料4,环氧树脂发泡材料4完全填满第一板材1和第二板材2之间空隙,且第一板材1和第二板材2分别与环氧树脂发泡材料粘接,第一板材1上设有UV喷绘层3,第一板材1与UV喷绘层3之间设有粘接层5,并且第一板材1与UV喷绘层3通过粘接层5固定在一起,UV喷绘层3上设有一层透明保护层6,且透明保护层6采用辊涂方式涂覆在UV喷绘层表面,其厚度为0.003mm;
其中,透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:33份、丙烯酸树脂:20份、聚醚多元醇:11份、丙烯酸盐:13 份、羟乙基纤维素:8 份、铝硅酸盐:6份、玻璃球:4份、乳胶粉:8 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:5份、氧化铝:2份、聚季胺盐:5份、藻蛋白酸钠:4份、纳米材料颗粒:5 份、聚丙烯:8份、聚乙烯醇:9份、抗氧剂:2份、氯化聚乙烯:5份、木粉:14份、硬脂酸:7份、亚磷酸三酯:3份、聚马来酸酐:5份、交联剂:3 份、成膜助剂:4份。
本实施例提供一种耐老化广告喷绘板制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在第一板材和所述第二板材之间填充环氧树脂发泡材料,并在第一板材表面上喷涂粘结剂,将UV喷绘层贴合在第一板材喷涂有粘结剂的表面上;
步骤二:制备透明保护层:环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和玻璃球加入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为30min,速度为320r/min,然后将聚醚多元醇、丙烯酸盐、羟乙基纤维素、铝硅酸盐、乳胶粉、乙烯吡咯烷酮、氧化铝、聚季胺盐、藻蛋白酸钠、纳米材料颗粒、聚丙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯化聚乙烯、木粉、硬脂酸、亚磷酸三酯和聚马来酸酐继续搅拌,时间为2h,速度为560r/min,等充分混合均匀后加入交联剂、成膜助剂和抗氧剂,高速搅拌55min,其速度为620r/min,备用;
步骤三:将步骤二物料送至挤出机中,经过混合、热熔、塑化、造粒,其中挤出机各段温度控制为加料段温度设定为163℃,混炼段182℃,计量段193℃,机头段198℃,最后通过延压机延压成膜;
步骤四:将步骤制备的放入纳米材料溶液浸渍2h,然后烘干,温度为80℃,
步骤五:在透明保护层一面喷涂交联粘结胶,交联粘结胶与透明保护层在热压的作用下进行高温粘接复合,其热压复合温度为180℃,时间为1.2min,然后在UV喷绘层表面喷涂一层由PVA与硅溶胶按1:5配比制得粘结剂,再将透明保护层将喷涂有交联粘结胶与UV喷绘层涂有粘结剂的表面贴合;
步骤六:再在透明保护层表面涂刷一层环氧树脂透明漆。

Claims (8)
1.一种耐老化广告喷绘板,包括基材层和UV喷绘层(3),其特征在于:所述基材层包括第一板材(1)和第二板材(2),所述第一板材内部为空腔结构,所述第一板材(1)和所述第二板材(2)之间设有环氧树脂发泡材料(4),所述环氧树脂发泡材料(4)完全填满第一板材(1)和第二板材(2)之间空隙,且所述第一板材(1)和第二板材(2)分别与环氧树脂发泡材料粘接,所述第一板材(1)上设有UV喷绘层(3),所述第一板材(1)与所述UV喷绘层(3)之间设有粘接层(5),并且所述第一板材(1)与所述UV喷绘层(3)通过粘接层(5)固定在一起,所述UV喷绘层(3)上设有一层透明保护层(6);
其中,所述透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30-35份、丙烯酸树脂:20-25份、聚醚多元醇:10-13份、丙烯酸盐:8-15 份、羟乙基纤维素:6-11 份、铝硅酸盐:5-7份、玻璃球:3-5份、乳胶粉:6-8 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:4-5份、氧化铝:1-2份、聚季胺盐:4-5份、藻蛋白酸钠:3-4份、纳米材料颗粒:3-6 份、聚丙烯:7-10份、聚乙烯醇:6-10份、抗氧剂:1-2份、氯化聚乙烯:3-7份、木粉:10-16份、硬脂酸:5-8份、亚磷酸三酯:2-3份、聚马来酸酐:2-6份、交联剂:1-3 份、成膜助剂:2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化广告喷绘板,其特征在于:所述透明保护层按质量份数计包括以下组分:环氧树脂:30份、丙烯酸树脂:23份、聚醚多元醇:10份、丙烯酸盐:11 份、羟乙基纤维素:7 份、铝硅酸盐:5份、玻璃球:3份、乳胶粉:6 份、乙烯吡咯烷酮:4份、氧化铝:1份、聚季胺盐:4份、藻蛋白酸钠:3份、纳米材料颗粒:4份、聚丙烯:7份、聚乙烯醇:7份、抗氧剂:1份、氯化聚乙烯:4份、木粉:12份、硬脂酸:6份、亚磷酸三酯:2份、聚马来酸酐:3份、交联剂:2 份、成膜助剂:3份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化广告喷绘板,其特征在于:所述透明保护层(6)采用辊涂方式涂覆在UV喷绘层表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化广告喷绘板,其特征在于:所述透明保护层(6)厚度为0.001-0.003mm。
8.根据权利要求1-3任意所述的耐老化广告喷绘板制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在第一板材和所述第二板材之间填充环氧树脂发泡材料,并在第一板材表面上喷涂粘结剂,将UV喷绘层贴合在第一板材喷涂有粘结剂的表面上;
步骤二:制备透明保护层:环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和玻璃球加入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为25-30min,速度为300-350r/min,然后将聚醚多元醇、丙烯酸盐、羟乙基纤维素、铝硅酸盐、乳胶粉、乙烯吡咯烷酮、氧化铝、聚季胺盐、藻蛋白酸钠、纳米材料颗粒、聚丙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯化聚乙烯、木粉、硬脂酸、亚磷酸三酯和聚马来酸酐继续搅拌,时间为1-2h,速度为500-600r/min,等充分混合均匀后加入交联剂、成膜助剂和抗氧剂,高速搅拌50-55min,其速度为600-650r/min,备用;

步骤六:再在透明保护层表面涂刷一层环氧树脂透明漆。
