Abstract
本发明涉及一种建筑围护多功能复合膜,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明的建筑围护多功能复合膜,包括面层,胶粘层,所述胶粘层结合与面层的任意一侧,所述胶粘层一侧连接功能层。本发明的多功能复合膜,用于建筑围护结构,极大地提升了通用建筑围护材料的性能和使用寿命,使其兼具防水、隔热、防腐和自洁功能,解决了绝大多数通用防水、隔热材料功能单一,不能外露、使用寿命短和维护难度大的问题,在绿色建筑领域具有很大的经济实用性和推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑围护多功能复合膜,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前建筑围护结构主要采用聚苯板、保温棉等作为隔热保温措施,这些材料导热系数低,可有效阻隔传导热,但是对辐射热的阻隔效果不佳,并且用于围护结构冷桥难以处理,材料容易受潮,使热工性能受损,因此我国实施建筑节能至今,建筑能耗居高不下而没有得到很好控制。另外,除矿物棉外,目前所采用的保温材料多为易燃材料,普遍存在一个难以解决的防火问题,国内外因保温材料导致的建筑工地火灾已累见不鲜。金属铝箔放射率低,反射率高达95%以上,可有效阻隔辐射热,同时为不燃材料;国标GB50176-93《民用建筑热工设计规范》指出带铝箔的空气间层是提高围护结构热阻值与围护结构隔热措施之一,但是金属铝箔很脆,无法满足建筑工地安装要求,同时目前建筑围护结构功能单一,无法满足其他要求,并且目前氟碳膜很难与其他材料其他难以粘合、应用难度大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前建筑围护结构功能单一,无法满足其他要求,且氟碳膜很难与其他材料其他难以粘合、应用难度大的问题,本发明提供了一种建筑围护多功能复合膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
一种建筑围护多功能复合膜,包括面层,胶粘层,所述胶粘层结合与面层的任意一侧,所述胶粘层一侧连接功能层。
所述面层是由耐候、耐蚀、隔热和自洁功能为氟碳膜材料形成。
所述氟碳膜材料的厚度不低25μm,氟碳含量不低于40%,暴露使用年限不低于15年。
所述氟碳材料的紫外光反射率不低于90%,红外光反射率不低于83%。
所述胶粘层为特种胶粘材料,提供氟碳膜与功能层的粘接性能。
所述胶粘层厚度不低于10μm,与功能层粘合剥离强度不低于5N/cm。
所述功能层包括中间层、底层、隔离层。
所述中间层包括PE单膜、PET单膜或两者形成的多层膜,所述单膜厚度不低于45μm,所述两者形成的多层膜厚度不低100μm,与面层复合后纵横向拉力不低于150N/50mm。
所述底层为丁基橡胶、改性沥青及各类高分子压敏自粘胶涂盖料,其中丁基橡胶或各类高分子压敏自粘胶涂盖料厚度不低于0.5mm,改性沥青自粘胶料不低于1mm。
所述隔离层为离型膜或纸。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明的多功能复合膜,用于建筑围护结构,极大地提升了通用建筑围护材料的性能和使用寿命,使其兼具防水、隔热、防腐和自洁功能,解决了绝大多数通用防水、隔热材料功能单一,不能外露、使用寿命短和维护难度大的问题,在绿色建筑领域具有很大的经济实用性和推广价值。
(2)本发明用多层复合工艺解决了氟碳膜与一般材料难以粘合、应用难度大的问题,既充分发挥了氟碳膜的强大功能,又使所述复合膜材料具有安装便捷性。
(3)本发明通过冷挤、预涂工艺保证了产品外观的平整度和后续施工的可靠性,同时一布一膜一次成型膜的应用增加了膜与底层涂盖料的接触面和机械啮合度,使其结合更牢固更持久。

3.根据权利要求2所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述氟碳膜材料的厚度不低25μm,氟碳含量不低于40%,暴露使用年限不低于15年。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述氟碳材料的紫外光反射率不低于90%,红外光反射率不低于83%。
5.根据权利要求1所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述胶粘层(2)为特种胶粘材料,提供氟碳膜(1)与功能层(3)的粘接性能。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述胶粘层(2)厚度不低于10μm,与功能层(3)粘合剥离强度不低于5N/cm。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述功能层(3)包括中间层(31)、底层(32)、隔离层(33)。
8.根据权利要求7所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述中间层(31)包括PE单膜、PET单膜或两者形成的多层膜,所述单膜厚度不低于45μm,所述两者形成的多层膜厚度不低100μm。
9.根据权利要求7所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述底层(32)为丁基橡胶、改性沥青及各类高分子压敏自粘胶涂盖料,其中丁基橡胶或各类高分子压敏自粘胶涂盖料厚度不低于0.5mm,改性沥青自粘胶料不低于1mm。
10.根据权利要求7所述建筑围护多功能复合膜,其特征在于,所述隔离层(33)为离型膜或纸。
