本发明公开了一种胃粘膜用组合物,包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。与现有技术相比,本发明的胃粘膜用组合物,对胃黏膜损伤具有很好的保护和修复作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,特别是涉及一种胃粘膜用组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
壳聚糖,是自然界唯一存在的碱性多糖,它无毒性,能够抑制胃酸,能够保护胃黏膜。
海藻胶,做为高粘度的胶体,其钠盐对消化道溃疡、各种类型的胃炎有良好的治疗作用。
牛奶碱性蛋白,富含牛乳铁蛋白,乳铁蛋白具有除了作为一种营养价值高的食品以外,还具有抗菌,抗病毒,抗癌,调节机体免反应等多种功能,乳铁蛋白能同多种抗生素和抗病毒药物协同作用,减少药物用量,降低抗生素或抗病真菌制剂对人体肝、肾功能的损害,同时,增强体内微生物对药物的敏感性,随着乳铁蛋白作用、功能、机制的不断阐明和开发应用范围的不断扩大,乳铁蛋白在治疗、营养补充、食品方面有着广阔的应用前景。
猴头菇,在医药上,猴头头菇是一种药食两用真菌,猴头菌性平,味甘能利五脏、助消化、滋补、抗癌、治疗神经衰弱,中国国内已广泛应用于医治消化不良,胃溃疡、食道癌、胃癌等消化系统疾病。古时候就被作为难得的健身补品,年老体弱者食用猴头菌,有滋补强身的作用。据记载猴头菌性平味甘,有助消化,利五脏的功能。现代医学研究证明,猴头菌中含有的多肽、多糖和脂肪族的酞胺物质,有治疗癌症和有益人体健康的功效。
螺旋藻,营养成分的特点是蛋白质含量高,而脂肪、纤维素含量低,并且还含有种类繁多的维生素,它是维生素B12和β-胡萝卜素含量最高的食品。此外,它还是所有食物中可吸收性铁质含量最高的,同时还发现它含有具有防癌、治癌作用的藻类蛋白,以及其他大量矿质元素和提高机体免疫力的生物活性物质。
螺旋藻多糖是螺旋藻藻体中碳水化合物的主要存在形式,含量高达干重的14%~16%。螺旋藻所含的类脂几乎全都是重要的不饱和脂肪酸类,胆固醇含量极微。螺旋藻干粉的蛋白质含量高达60%~72%,相当于大豆的1.7倍、小麦的6倍、玉米的9.3倍、鸡肉的3.1倍、牛肉的3.5倍、鱼肉的3.7倍、猪肉的7倍、蛋类的4.6倍、全脂奶粉的2.9倍。螺旋藻富含维生素B1、B2、B3、B6、B12及维生素E等。可以说,它全价浓缩了人体最需要的各种维生素。螺旋藻还是叶绿素的天然宝库,量多质优,占藻体的1.1%,是大多数陆生植物的2~3倍,是普通蔬菜的10倍。螺旋藻所含叶绿素的类型主要是叶绿素a,分子结构与人的血红素十分相似,是人类合成血红蛋白的直接原料,堪称“绿色血液”,而且含量高达7600mg/kg藻粉。螺旋藻含有全部人体必需氨基酸,赖氨酸含量高达4%~4.8%,与动植物源食品相比最接近联合国粮农组织的推荐标准,而且组成均衡人体对其吸收利用率特别高。螺旋藻富含人体所需的矿物质,钙、磷、镁、铁、钠、锰、锌、钾、氯等约占藻体中矿物质总量的9%。其中铁含量为一般含铁食物的20倍;钙含量是牛奶的10倍。而螺旋藻所含的这些矿物质,均属细胞生物性范围内的碱金属元素,不对人体细胞和组织器官产生任何副作用。
大部分胃病患者均属胃酸过多,导致胃炎、胃溃疡等疾病,而螺旋藻是碱性食品,螺旋藻内含有很高的植物性蛋白质以及丰富的叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等,这些营养物质对胃酸中和及胃肠道粘膜修复、再生和正常分泌功能极为有效,特别适用于肠胃患者。通过对于肠内环境的良好改善,对糖尿患者也有辅助治疗的意义。螺旋藻可以提高应急能力,而且对糖尿病、高血压症、脂肪肝、肾损害均有一定的防治和保护作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胃粘膜用组合物及其制备方法,来对胃黏膜损伤提供保护和修复作用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是提供了一种胃粘膜用组合物,包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。
优选的,所述各组分含量为壳聚糖10-20份、猴头菇提取物20-40份、牛奶碱性蛋白10-25份、海藻酸钠3-15份、麦芽提取物5-20份、山药提取物5-20份、砂仁提取物5-10份、栀子提取物5-20份、黄芪提取物5-20份、党参提取物5-20份、人参提取物5-20份、螺旋藻粉20-40份。
作为本方案的一种改进,所述壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物以及螺旋藻粉的质量比为1:2:2。
本发明还提供了一种胃粘膜用组合物的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
S1:取壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中并同时进行搅拌,继续加入猴头菇提取物,混合均匀,得到溶液A;
S2:将牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉按顺序放入蒸馏水中,并进行加热至20-45℃,得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,继续加热至120℃-150℃,持续20-30分钟,得到组合物。
其中,所述壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物以及螺旋藻粉的质量比为1:2:2。
优选的,所述各组分含量为壳聚糖10-20份、猴头菇提取物20-40份、牛奶碱性蛋白10-25份、海藻酸钠3-15份、麦芽提取物5-20份、山药提取物5-20份、砂仁提取物5-10份、栀子提取物5-20份、黄芪提取物5-20份、党参提取物5-20份、人参提取物5-20份、螺旋藻粉20-40份。
还公开了一种上述组合物制备的产品,所述产品为片剂、颗粒、粉、营养液以及胶囊中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的胃粘膜用组合物,对胃黏膜损伤具有很好的保护和修复作用。

下面通过具体实施例的方式来对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明,但以下实施例仅列举示意性的几个较佳实施例,并不能理解为是对本发明的限定。
实施例一:一种胃粘膜用组合物,包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。
所述各组分含量为壳聚糖10份、猴头菇提取物20份、牛奶碱性蛋白25份、海藻酸钠15份、麦芽提取物20份、山药提取物20份、砂仁提取物10份、栀子提取物20份、黄芪提取物20份、党参提取物20份、人参提取物20份、螺旋藻粉20份。
实施例二:一种胃粘膜用组合物,包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。
所述各组分含量为壳聚糖20份、猴头菇提取物40份、牛奶碱性蛋白10份、海藻酸钠3份、麦芽提取物5份、山药提取物5份、砂仁提取物5份、栀子提取物5份、黄芪提取物5份、党参提取物5份、人参提取物5份、螺旋藻粉40份。
实施例三:一种胃粘膜用组合物,包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。
所述各组分含量为壳聚糖15份、猴头菇提取物30份、牛奶碱性蛋白15份、海藻酸钠9份、麦芽提取物15份、山药提取物10份、砂仁提取物8份、栀子提取物11份、黄芪提取物12份、党参提取物10份、人参提取物8份、螺旋藻粉30份。
本发明还提供了一种胃粘膜用组合物的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
S1:取壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中并同时进行搅拌,继续加入猴头菇提取物,混合均匀,得到溶液A;
S2:将牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉按顺序放入蒸馏水中,并进行加热至20-45℃,得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,继续加热至120℃-150℃,持续20-30分钟,得到组合物。
其中,所述壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物以及螺旋藻粉的质量比为1:2:2。

还公开了一种上述组合物制备的产品,所述产品为片剂、颗粒、粉、营养液以及胶囊中的一种。
对胃粘膜损伤有辅助保护功能检验方法:
实验设计及剂量分组:受试物设三个剂量组,其中一个应为人体推荐量的5倍剂量组,并同时设置正常对照组。不同的损伤模型,还应设置相应的模型对照组。慢性溃疡模型应先造模,手术次日再分组。受试样品给予时间一般为14—30天,必要时可以延长至45天
实验动物:选用Wistar或SD健康大鼠,单一性别。
实验器材及试剂:解剖器械,游标卡尺,酒精或醋酸,病理制片系统,生物显微镜等。
实验方法:动物随机分正常对照组、模型组和受试样品三个剂量组。各剂量组灌胃样品30天后,全部动物严格禁食24小时(不禁水),此期间亦禁止给予受试物。除空白对照外,所有试验组动物给予无水乙醇1.0ml/只,1小时后处死动物,暴露完整胃,结扎幽门,灌注适量10%甲醛溶液,固定20min,然后沿胃大弯剪开,洗净胃内容物,展开胃粘膜,在体视解剖显微镜下或肉眼下用游标卡尺测量出血点或出血带的长度和宽度。因宽度所代表损伤的严重性远较长度大,故双倍积分。其评分标准见表1

观察指标:各实验组胃粘膜损伤程度以损伤发生率(%)、损伤积分指数和损伤抑制率表示。损伤发生率(%)=某组出现出血或溃疡的大鼠数量/该组大鼠数量×100%;损伤积分指数=组损伤评分总和/组动物数量;损伤抑制率(%)=(A-B)/A×100%(A、B分别为模型组与试验组的损伤积分)。
统计结果显示,受试物一个或一个以上剂量组与模型对照组进行比较,大体观察评分与病理组织学检查评分结果均表明胃粘膜损伤明显改善,可判定该受试样品动物实验结果为阳性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的胃粘膜用组合物,对胃黏膜损伤具有很好的保护和修复作用。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种胃粘膜用组合物,其特征在于:包括壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物、牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胃粘膜用组合物,其特征在于:所述各组分含量为壳聚糖10-20份、猴头菇提取物20-40份、牛奶碱性蛋白10-25份、海藻酸钠3-15份、麦芽提取物5-20份、山药提取物5-20份、砂仁提取物5-10份、栀子提取物5-20份、黄芪提取物5-20份、党参提取物5-20份、人参提取物5-20份、螺旋藻粉20-40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胃粘膜用组合物,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物以及螺旋藻粉的质量比为1:2:2。
4.一种权利要求1所述的胃粘膜用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包含如下步骤:
S1:取壳聚糖溶于乙酸溶液中并同时进行搅拌,继续加入猴头菇提取物,混合均匀,得到溶液A;
S2:将牛奶碱性蛋白、海藻酸钠、麦芽提取物、山药提取物、砂仁提取物、栀子提取物、黄芪提取物、党参提取物、人参提取物、螺旋藻粉按顺序放入蒸馏水中,并进行加热至20-45℃,得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液A缓慢加入到溶液B中,继续加热至120℃-150℃,持续20-30分钟,得到组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胃粘膜用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖、猴头菇提取物以及螺旋藻粉的质量比为1:2:2。
6.根据权利要求4所述的胃粘膜用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述各组分含量为壳聚糖10-20份、猴头菇提取物20-40份、牛奶碱性蛋白10-25份、海藻酸钠3-15份、麦芽提取物5-20份、山药提取物5-20份、砂仁提取物5-10份、栀子提取物5-20份、黄芪提取物5-20份、党参提取物5-20份、人参提取物5-20份、螺旋藻粉20-40份。
7.一种权利要求1所述的组合物制备的产品,其特征在于:所述产品为片剂、颗粒、粉、营养液以及胶囊中的一种。
