Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高牛肉品质的饲料及其制备方法,所述饲料由粮食、中药材、防腐剂、芦荟粉、食盐、骨粉、腐殖酸钠、益生菌、氨基酸和槐树叶粉组成;所述制备方法包括称量、煮沸、浓缩、干燥和混合。本发明通过各原料之间合理的配伍,尤其是中药材之间的协同作用,对牛体进行调节,提高牛体防病抗病能力、增强免疫力;尤其对牛的消化吸收系统,改善牛的脾胃功能,增强牛的消化功能,避免牛因消化吸收引起的体重降低及肉质松软,增强食欲和进食,促进牛的生长,增强牛的体质,实现影响调控,从而改善牛的肉色,吸水率,肌肉嫩度,屠宰率等指标,综合改善牛肉品质。

技术领域
本发明属于畜牧养殖饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种提高牛肉品质的饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛肉品质通常是指牛肉鲜肉和加工肉所具有的外观、风味、营养、卫生等各种与加工和食品有关的物理、化学形状。衡量牛肉品质的指标很多,最初主要是牛肉的外观、风味、质地等感官指标和加工指标,随着人们生活节奏的加快和对健康的日益重视,更多地采用卫生、营养、保健和便利性等指标。
系水率代表当肌肉受到外力作用(如加压、加热、冷冻、切碎)时保持水分的能力,是重要的肉品指标。系水率直接影响肉的颜色、风味、嫩度和营养价值。系水率高,肉表现为多汁、鲜嫩和表面干爽;系水率低,则肉表面水分渗出,可溶性营养成分和风味损失严重,肌肉干硬,肉质下降。相对于其他品种牛,牛的系水率较低,影响牛肉的品质。
现代农业中,提高牛肉品质的途径多种多样,理论上,可以通过遗传育种的手段改进牛肉品质,然而该方法耗时长、耗费大,普通养殖户难以承受;现有用于牛肉的育肥饲料,一般可提高牛肉体重,增加肥度,但多属膘、虚膘,牛肉品质如肉色、吸水率、嫩度等指标改善有限,且因多添加抗生素、激素等对人体健康具有危害的成分,受到广大消费者的抵制。目前,研究可替代抗生素、激素等的绿色饲料添加剂以改善牛肉品质,提高牛肉安全性,成为营养学的热点问题。
中药作为我国独特的药用资源,因其有效性高、毒性小而成为各种饲料添加剂意向采用的有益成分,然而,现有肉牛用饲料添加剂中添加的中药成分种类混杂,效果各异,并未真正起到调节牛肉品质的显著效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种提高牛肉品质的饲料;
本发明的另一目的在于提供此种提高牛肉品质饲料的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:

进一步地,所述的粮食为玉米、小麦、高粱或豆类中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步地,所述的防腐剂为肉桂酸或乙氧喹啉中的一种或两种的组合。
进一步地,所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌和酵母菌的混合。
进一步地,所述的中草药由下述重量份的原料组成:银杏叶:4~8;皂角刺:10~17;甘草:8~15;蒲公英:3~8;陈皮:20~25;板蓝根:15~37;侧柏叶:40~55;天麻:27~39;鱼腥草:20~34;麦冬:5~13;枸杞:17~33;桑叶:10~22;马齿笕:40~50。
进一步地,所述的中草药由下述重量份的原料组成:银杏叶:4;皂角刺:15;甘草:12;蒲公英:4;陈皮:25;板蓝根:30;侧柏叶:48;天麻:33;鱼腥草:27;麦冬:7;枸杞:25;桑叶:14;马齿笕:44。
一种提高牛肉品质的饲料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
S1.称量:按上述比例称取各原料,备用;
S2.煮沸:取称量后的中药材投入至浸提罐中,加入水并进行煮沸,所述加水量为药材重量的5~8倍,煮沸时间为1~2h,且重复煮沸三次,收集三次滤液合并后备用;
S3.浓缩:将步骤S2制备的滤液进行膜浓缩,收集滤液为浓缩液;其中,所述膜浓缩的压力为0.35~0.5MPa;
S4.干燥:将上述浓缩液浸渍喷雾干燥,得中草药干粉;
S5.混合:将粮食、防腐剂、芦荟粉、食盐、骨粉、腐殖酸钠、益生菌、氨基酸、槐树叶粉和步骤S4制备的中草药粉混合均匀,即为提高牛肉品质的饲料。
本发明配方中:
芦荟粉具有健胃、缓泻、增强精力和健康的作用;增强身体的抵抗力及抗炎、杀菌作用;起镇痛、镇静的作用;解毒、抗过敏、抗组胺的作用;使体液碱性化,改善胶原的作用;抗癌和破坏异常细胞的作用。
槐树叶具有以下功效:
①《食疗本草》:主邪气,产难,绝伤。又主瘾疹,牙齿诸风疼;
②《日华子本草》:煎汤,治小儿惊痫壮热,疥癣及疔肿;
③《滇南本草》:阴干为末,治一切大小便下血,或痔疮疼痛,脓血不止,灯草煎汤服。
银杏叶具有活血化瘀,通络止痛,敛肺平喘,化浊降脂的功效。用于瘀血阻络,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,肺虚咳喘,高脂血症。
皂角刺具有消肿托毒,排脓,杀虫之功效。常用于痈疽初起或脓成不溃;外治疥癣麻风。
甘草气微,味甜而特殊;功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
蒲公英性味甘,微苦,寒。归肝、胃经。有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,牙痛,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。治急性乳腺炎,淋巴腺炎,瘰疬,疔毒疮肿,急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎,急性支气管炎,胃炎,肝炎,胆囊炎,尿路感染等。蒲公英可生吃、炒食、做汤,是药食兼用的植物。
陈皮具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功效,主治脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
板蓝根苦,寒。具有清热解毒,凉血利咽之功效。常用于温疫时毒,发热咽痛,温毒发斑,痄腮,烂喉丹痧,大头瘟疫,丹毒,痈肿。
侧柏叶凉血止血,化痰止咳,生发乌发,用于吐血,衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏下血,肺热咳嗽,血热脱发,须发早白。
天麻息风,定惊,治眩晕眼黑,头风头痛,肢体麻木,半身不遂,语言蹇涩,小儿惊痫动风。
鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。
麦冬有生津解渴、润肺止咳之效。
枸杞子养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。
桑叶有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效。且有治疗风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花的作用。
马齿笕有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用;种子明目;还可作兽药和农药;嫩茎叶可作蔬菜,味酸,也是很好的饲料。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过各原料之间合理的配伍,尤其是中药材之间的协同作用,对牛体进行调节,提高牛体防病抗病能力、增强免疫力;尤其对牛的消化吸收系统,改善牛的脾胃功能,增强牛的消化功能,避免牛因消化吸收引起的体重降低及肉质松软,增强食欲和进食,促进牛的生长,增强牛的体质,实现影响调控,从而改善牛的肉色,吸水率,肌肉嫩度,屠宰率等指标,综合改善牛肉品质。

所述的中草药由下述重量份的原料组成:银杏叶:8;皂角刺:17;甘草:15;蒲公英:8;陈皮:25;板蓝根:37;侧柏叶:55;天麻:39;鱼腥草:34;麦冬:13;枸杞:33;桑叶:22;马齿笕:50。
实施例3:一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
其中,所述的粮食为玉米、小麦和高粱以任意比例的组合;所述的防腐剂为乙氧喹啉;所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌和酵母菌的混合。
所述的中草药由下述重量份的原料组成:银杏叶:7;皂角刺:12;甘草:13;蒲公英:7;陈皮:22;板蓝根:22;侧柏叶:52;天麻:36;鱼腥草:30;麦冬:10;枸杞:30;桑叶:18;马齿笕:48。
实施例4:一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
其中,所述的粮食为玉米、小麦、高粱和黄豆以任意比例的混合;所述的防腐剂为肉桂酸;所述的益生菌为双歧杆菌和酵母菌的混合。
所述的中草药由下述重量份的原料组成:银杏叶:4;皂角刺:15;甘草:12;蒲公英:4;陈皮:25;板蓝根:30;侧柏叶:48;天麻:33;鱼腥草:27;麦冬:7;枸杞:25;桑叶:14;马齿笕:44。
实施例5:上述实施例中的一种提高牛肉品质的饲料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
S1.称量:按上述比例称取各原料,备用;
S2.煮沸:取称量后的中药材投入至浸提罐中,加入水并进行煮沸,所述加水量为药材重量的5倍,煮沸时间为1h,且重复煮沸三次,收集三次滤液合并后备用;

S4.干燥:将上述浓缩液浸渍喷雾干燥,得中草药干粉;
S5.混合:将粮食、防腐剂、芦荟粉、食盐、骨粉、腐殖酸钠、益生菌、氨基酸、槐树叶粉和步骤S4制备的中草药粉混合均匀,即为提高牛肉品质的饲料。
实施例6:上述实施例中的一种提高牛肉品质的饲料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
S1.称量:按上述比例称取各原料,备用;
S2.煮沸:取称量后的中药材投入至浸提罐中,加入水并进行煮沸,所述加水量为药材重量的8倍,煮沸时间为2h,且重复煮沸三次,收集三次滤液合并后备用;
S3.浓缩:将步骤S2制备的滤液进行膜浓缩,收集滤液为浓缩液;其中,所述膜浓缩的压力为0.5MPa;
S4.干燥:将上述浓缩液浸渍喷雾干燥,得中草药干粉;
S5.混合:将粮食、防腐剂、芦荟粉、食盐、骨粉、腐殖酸钠、益生菌、氨基酸、槐树叶粉和步骤S4制备的中草药粉混合均匀,即为提高牛肉品质的饲料。
实施例7:上述实施例中的一种提高牛肉品质的饲料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
S1.称量:按上述比例称取各原料,备用;
S2.煮沸:取称量后的中药材投入至浸提罐中,加入水并进行煮沸,所述加水量为药材重量的6倍,煮沸时间为1.5h,且重复煮沸三次,收集三次滤液合并后备用;
S3.浓缩:将步骤S2制备的滤液进行膜浓缩,收集滤液为浓缩液;其中,所述膜浓缩的压力为0.4MPa;
S4.干燥:将上述浓缩液浸渍喷雾干燥,得中草药干粉;
S5.混合:将粮食、防腐剂、芦荟粉、食盐、骨粉、腐殖酸钠、益生菌、氨基酸、槐树叶粉和步骤S4制备的中草药粉混合均匀,即为提高牛肉品质的饲料。
以下通过实验说明本发明的有益效果:
试验对象:18月龄肉牛,分别设置试验组和对照组,每组15头,试验组饲喂本发明实施例3的饲料,对照组添加常规肉牛饲料,试验周期为60天;
试验结果:采用常规方法测定肉色、大理石纹、剪切力、水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪指标的测定,试验结果如表1所示。

从表1可知,用本发明方法的饲料饲养的牛可显著提升牛肉的品质,肉色鲜嫩、牛肉多汁、大理石纹路明显。

1.一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,其特征在于,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
粮食:30〜40;中药材:15〜50;
防腐剂:0.5〜3;芦荟粉:3〜12;
食盐:2〜5;骨粉:8〜20;
腐殖酸钠:10〜15;益生菌:5〜13;
氨基酸:3〜10;槐树叶粉:5〜15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,其特征在于,它由下述重量份的原料组成:
粮食:34;中药材:28;
防腐剂:1.5;芦荟粉:8;
食盐:4;骨粉:12;
腐殖酸钠:10;益生菌:13;
氨基酸:5;槐树叶粉:10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种提高牛肉品质的饲料,其特征在于,所述的粮食为玉米、小麦、高粱或豆类中的一种或多种的组合。
