本发明涉及中药消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种检验科用中药复合型消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
医疗机构进行医学检验时,检验系统的细菌群系应减少到最低限度,这便对医护人员本身以及检验所需的检验用具进行全方位的彻底的消毒,消除一系列的细菌以及病原菌例如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门菌、绿脓假单胞菌、普通变形杆菌等,为检验系统提供良好的环境。
检验科作为医院检验化验的科室,经常会对一些患者提取标本进行检验,而检验工作需要在无菌条件下进行,以防止细菌、真菌以及病毒等混入检验标本,从而影响检验效果,使检验结果不精确,而检验所使用的杀菌消炎药物如碘酒、酒精、碘伏等大多对人体伤口以及皮肤有刺激性,有的甚至会引起过敏反应,甚至会引发皮炎和湿疹等皮肤疾病。此外,医疗环境的消毒对于检验工作也具有重要的意义。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种检验科用中药复合型消毒液及其制备方法,使得消毒液不仅杀菌消毒效果好,且气味清香。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种检验科用中药复合型消毒液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
薄荷8-10份、薰衣草20-25份、苦参5-8份、防风5-8份、白鲜皮6-9份、松油醇3-5份、盐酸洗必泰2-4份、艾叶3-5份、苍术6-8份、菖蒲10-12份、雄黄10-15份、白芷5-10份、芦荟4-6份、仙人掌10-18份、苦瓜6-8份、双花2-8份、黄根2-10份、三白草3-8份、大青叶13-17份,生姜6-12份,石香葇3-5份、荜茇12-15份、密陀僧6-8份、金银花10-20份、忍冬藤6-8份、鱼腥草5-7份、黄连6-12份、柠檬酸钠溶液适量、乙醇适量、蒸馏水水适量。

上述检验科用中药复合型消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方量称取各原料,备用;
(2)将薄荷、薰衣草、艾叶、苍术、菖蒲、白芷、双花、三白草、大青叶、石香葇、荜茇、金银花、鱼腥草和黄连去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净,将其混合后在密闭反应釜内用适量的乙醇浸泡脱色,加热加压浸泡40-50h后过滤干燥,得混合物A;
(3)将苦参、防风、白鲜皮、雄黄、黄根、密陀僧和忍冬藤去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净烘干,并将其混合得混合物B;
(4)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入到研磨机中,在转速为400r/min的条件下研磨粉碎15min后过100目筛,得到混合粉末;
(5)将混合粉末加入到浸提罐内,再加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-6h后,煮沸3-4h,得到第一次提取液;再次加入5-7倍量蒸馏水,煮沸2-3h,得到第二次提取液;最后,加入2-4倍量蒸馏水,加热煮沸1-2h,得到第三次提取液;合并三次提取液,过滤,得到滤液;
(6)将芦荟、仙人掌、苦瓜和生姜分别榨汁,过滤后将其混合,得混合液;
(7)将滤液和混合液混合均匀后加入松油醇和盐酸洗必泰,再用柠檬酸钠溶液调节溶液的pH值,搅拌均匀后即得复合型消毒液。
优选地,所述步骤(7)中调节溶液的pH值至4-8。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种检验科用中药复合型消毒液及其制备方法,金银花与忍冬藤均具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化、保肝利胆、抗肿瘤、降糖降脂等药理作用,二者共用,可增强消毒液的抗菌活性。
鱼腥草、黄连和大青叶配伍使用,对常见的金葡球菌、大肠埃希氏菌和沙门氐菌等具有抑制作用,三者共同使用使得消毒液的抗菌活性较强。
薄荷与苦参、白鲜皮、防风同用,使得消毒液具有祛风透疹止痒之效,且薄荷与薰衣草同用,具有清香的气味,净化医院的环境;
艾叶与苍术、菖蒲、雄黄、白芷等混合使用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、白喉杆菌、伤寒及副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌、产碱杆菌以及结核杆菌均有杀灭或抑制作用。

(1)按照配方量称取各原料,备用;
(2)将薄荷、薰衣草、艾叶、苍术、菖蒲、白芷、双花、三白草、大青叶、石香葇、荜茇、金银花、鱼腥草和黄连去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净,将其混合后在密闭反应釜内用适量的乙醇浸泡脱色,加热加压浸泡40-50h后过滤干燥,得混合物A;
(3)将苦参、防风、白鲜皮、雄黄、黄根、密陀僧和忍冬藤去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净烘干,并将其混合得混合物B;
(4)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入到研磨机中,在转速为400r/min的条件下研磨粉碎15min后过100目筛,得到混合粉末;
(5)将混合粉末加入到浸提罐内,再加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-6h后,煮沸3-4h,得到第一次提取液;再次加入5-7倍量蒸馏水,煮沸2-3h,得到第二次提取液;最后,加入2-4倍量蒸馏水,加热煮沸1-2h,得到第三次提取液;合并三次提取液,过滤,得到滤液;
(6)将芦荟、仙人掌、苦瓜和生姜分别榨汁,过滤后将其混合,得混合液;
(7)将滤液和混合液混合均匀后加入松油醇和盐酸洗必泰,再用柠檬酸钠溶液调节溶液的pH值至4-8,搅拌均匀后即得复合型消毒液。

2.如权利要求1所述的检验科用中药复合型消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:薄荷9份、薰衣草22份、苦参7份、防风6份、白鲜皮7.5份、松油醇4份、盐酸洗必泰3份、艾叶4份、苍术7份、菖蒲11份、雄黄12份、白芷8份、芦荟5份、仙人掌15份、苦瓜7份、双花4份、黄根6份、三白草5份、大青叶15份,生姜9份,石香葇4份、荜茇13份、密陀僧7份、金银花15份、忍冬藤7份、鱼腥草6份、黄连9份、柠檬酸钠溶液适量、乙醇适量、蒸馏水水适量。
3.如权利要求1所述的检验科用中药复合型消毒液,其特征在于,所述乙醇的浓度为70%。
4.如权利要求1所述的检验科用中药复合型消毒液,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸钠溶液的浓度为0.5-1%。
5.如权利要求1所述的检验科用中药复合型消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方量称取各原料,备用;
(2)将薄荷、薰衣草、艾叶、苍术、菖蒲、白芷、双花、三白草、大青叶、石香葇、荜茇、金银花、鱼腥草和黄连去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净,将其混合后在密闭反应釜内用适量的乙醇浸泡脱色,加热加压浸泡40-50h后过滤干燥,得混合物A;
(3)将苦参、防风、白鲜皮、雄黄、黄根、密陀僧和忍冬藤去除杂质并用蒸馏水洗净烘干,并将其混合得混合物B;
(4)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入到研磨机中,在转速为400r/min的条件下研磨粉碎15min后过100目筛,得到混合粉末;
(5)将混合粉末加入到浸提罐内,再加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-6h后,煮沸3-4h,得到第一次提取液;再次加入5-7倍量蒸馏水,煮沸2-3h,得到第二次提取液;最后,加入2-4倍量蒸馏水,加热煮沸1-2h,得到第三次提取液;合并三次提取液,过滤,得到滤液;
(6)将芦荟、仙人掌、苦瓜和生姜分别榨汁,过滤后将其混合,得混合液;
(7)将滤液和混合液混合均匀后加入松油醇和盐酸洗必泰,再用柠檬酸钠溶液调节溶液的pH值,搅拌均匀后即得复合型消毒液。
6.如权利要求5所述的检验科用中药复合型消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中调节溶液的pH值至4-8。
