本发明涉及中药领域,尤其涉及一种检验科用中药空气消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
检验科是临床医学和基础医学之间的桥梁,每天承担包括病房、门急诊病人、各类体检以及科研的各种人体和动物标本的检测工作。由于空气是疾病传播的主要媒介之一,检验科集中了医院送检的人体血液、体液、排泄物、分泌物等各类标本,这些标本大多带有致病微生物,并且在检验过程中产生的气溶胶都易污染空气,故有效的空气消毒及检验科微生物监测,对控制医院感染非常重要,检验科一般每日都要进行空气消毒。
空气消毒可采用物理方法和化学药物进行消毒。传统的物理方法消毒主要是紫外线照射消毒,其作用原理是通过辐射的紫外线光波作用于微生物DNA,导致核酸结构突变,生物体丧失复制、繁殖能力,功能遭受破坏,从而达到消毒、杀菌的目的,但其消毒效果易受灯管强度、洁净度、环境湿度和距离等诸多因素的影响,同时,还受温度影响,温度过高或过低均会影响消毒效果,又因灯罩背面空气被阻挡了20%~40%的紫外线照射而降低了杀菌效果和维持时间,存在消毒死角,因而消毒效果并不十分理想;化学药物消毒方式一般采用过氧乙酸喷雾进行喷洒消毒,由于过氧乙酸具有一定的毒性,对皮肤和眼睛有刺激性,消毒时需要人员近距离接触操作,给医护人员的健康带来安全隐患,且消毒时及消毒后一段时间内检验人员不能在室内工作,影响了检验人员的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种检验科用中药空气消毒剂及其制备方法,本发明中药空气消毒剂为纯中药原料制剂,无毒无害,杀菌效果好,对人体无刺激,无异味且有草木香味,可提神醒脑,净化清新空气,消毒后不影响检验人员的正常工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案实施如下:
一种检验科用中药空气消毒剂,制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
鹿衔草15~30份、桑叶15~30份、石决明15~30份、佩兰15~30份、
石韦15~25份、野菊花15~25份、龙胆草10~20份、甘草10~20份、
倒扣草10~20份、乌梅9~15份、车前子9~15份、连翘6~12份、
水团花6~12份、蒮香6~12份、五倍子4~10份、苍术4~10份、
艾叶4~10份、侧柏叶3~9份、胡荽子3~9份、荜拨3~9份、
牡丹皮2~6份、茜草2~6份、迷迭香1~4份、青木香1~4份。
制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
鹿衔草20~26份、桑叶20~26份、石决明20~25份、佩兰20~25份、
石韦18~22份、野菊花18~22份、龙胆草12~18份、甘草12~16份、

制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
鹿衔草25份、桑叶25份、石决明24份、佩兰24份、
石韦20份、野菊花20份、龙胆草16份、甘草15份、
倒扣草15份、乌梅12份、车前子12份、连翘9份、
水团花9份、蒮香9份、五倍子8份、苍术8份、
艾叶7份、侧柏叶6份、胡荽子6份、荜拨5份、
牡丹皮4份、茜草4份、迷迭香3份、青木香2份。
一种检验科用中药空气消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将鹿衔草、桑叶、石决明、佩兰、石韦、野菊花、龙胆草、倒扣草、乌梅、连翘、水团花、蒮香、五倍子、胡荽子、牡丹皮、迷迭香、青木香洗净后放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-5小时,加热煮沸3-4小时,提取浸液;再次加入6-8倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸2-3小时,提取浸液;最后再加入4-6倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸 1-2小时,提取浸液;合并三次浸液,过滤,得滤液备用;
(2)将艾叶、侧柏叶、荜拨、茜草洗净放入容器内,加入4倍量的浓度80%的乙醇溶液,浸泡1-2小时,加热回流提取3-4小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(3)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,
(5)取苍术用大火炒至外皮焦黑色,喷淋盐水,炒干取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的滤液与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)所得的细粉混合后,加入8~10倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,冷却至60℃以下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,包装,即得所述的中药空气消毒剂。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
鹿衔草:味甘;苦;性温。归肝;肾经。补肾强骨;祛风除湿;止咳;止血。主治肾虚腰痛;风湿痹痛;筋骨痿软;新久咳嗽;吐血;衄血;崩漏;外伤出血。现代医学证实,有增加心肌收缩力,抗心律不齐的作用,对甲肾上腺素血管收缩有很好的扩张作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、脑膜炎球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌及绿脓杆菌等有抑制作用。
桑叶:味苦;甘;性寒。归肺;肝经。疏散风热;清肺;明目。主治风热感冒;风湿初起;发热头痛;汗出恶风;咳嗽胸痛;肺燥干咳无痰;咽干口渴;风热及肝阳上扰;目赤肿痛。《本草经疏》载:“益血,凉血,益阴,除风,明目而止渴。”现代医学研究表明,桑叶煎剂体外实验,对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白喉杆菌和炭疸杆菌均有较强的抗菌作用,对大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌也有一定的抗菌作用。
石决明:味咸;性寒。归肝经。平肝清热;明目去翳。主治头痛眩晕;目赤翳障;视物昏花;青盲雀目。《医学衷中参西录》载:“石决明,为凉肝镇肝之要药,主肝风热,骨蒸劳极。“现代医学研究证实,石决明有清热、镇静、降血压、拟交感神经的作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有显著的抑制效力,扩张气管、支气管的平滑肌,延长凝血时间。
佩兰:味辛;性平。归脾;胃经。解暑化湿;辟秽和中。主治感受暑湿;寒热头痛;湿润内蕴;脘痞不饥;恶心呕吐;口中甜腻;消洵。《中药志》:发表祛湿,和中化浊。治伤暑头痛,无汗发热,胸闷腹满,日中甜腻,口臭。现代药理研究证明:佩兰水煎剂,用试管稀释法,对白喉杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌等有抑制作用,其挥发油对流感病毒有抑制作用。
石韦:味甘;苦;性平;微寒。入肺;膀胱经。利水通淋;清肺泄热;主治淋痛;尿血;尿路结石;肾炎;崩漏;痢疾;肺热咳嗽;慢性气管炎;金疮;痈疽。《纲目》载:“主崩漏,金疮,清肺气。”现代医学研究证实,石韦对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌有不同程度的抑制作用,抗流感病毒,有效提升白细胞数量,多适用于治疗热淋,有清热止血之功效。
野菊花:味苦;辛;性平。入肺;肝经。清热解毒;疏风平肝。主治疔疮;痈疽;丹毒;湿疹;皮炎;风热感冒;咽喉肿痛;高血压病。《本草汇言》载:“破血疏肝;解疔散毒。主妇人腹内宿血,解天行火毒丹疔。洗疮疥,又能去风杀虫。”现代医学研究证实,野菊花具有广谱抗菌作用,对多数皮肤真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌和流感病毒均有较强的抑制作用,还具有降压、降脂、预防感冒的作用。
龙胆草:味苦;性寒。入心;肺;胃;大肠经。清热利湿;凉血解毒。主治肺热咳喘;痨嗽痰血;黄疸;痢疾;便血;小便不利;产褥热;小儿惊风;疳积;疮疡;肿毒;烧烫伤;蛇咬伤。《常用中草药手册》载:“清热,除湿,解毒,止痛,健胃。治药毒,发痧肚痛,腰痛,子宫内膜炎,黄疸,胃痛,消化不良。”现代医学研究证实,龙胆草能促进胃液和胃酸分泌,明显降低血清胆红素含量,对绿脓杆菌,变形杆菌,伤寒杆菌,痢疾杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,此外还具有利尿、镇痛、镇静和抗变态反应的功能。
甘草:味甘;性平。归心;肺;脾;胃经。补脾益气;清热解毒;祛痰止咳;缓急止痛;调和诸药。主治脾胃虚弱;倦怠乏力;心悸气短;咳嗽痰多;脘腹四肢挛急疼痛;痈肿疮毒;缓解药物毒性。《本草纲目》载:“诸药中甘草为君。治七十二种乳石毒,解一千二百般草本毒,调和从药有功。”现代医学研究证实,甘草有较强的解毒作用,还有抗溃疡、抗炎症、镇痉镇咳、降血压、降血脂、抗癌作用,广泛用于治疗咽喉炎、喉炎、气管炎、支气管炎、哮喘、咳嗽、咳血等疾病,此外还具有抗胃溃疡、抗胃炎作用。

车前子:味甘;淡;性微寒。归肺;肝;肾;膀胱经。清热利尿;渗湿止泻;明目;祛痰。主治小便不利;淋浊带下;水肿胀满;暑湿泻痢;目赤障翳;痰热咳喘。《医林纂要》:车前子,功用似泽泻,但彼专去肾之邪水,此则兼去脾之积湿;彼用根,专下部,此用子,兼润心肾。又甘能补,故古人谓其强阴益精。现代医学研究证实,车前子有显著利尿作用,能促进呼吸道粘液分泌,稀释痰液,并对各种杆菌和葡萄球菌有显著抑制作用。

蒮香:味辛;性微温。归肺;脾;胃经。祛暑解表;化湿和胃。主治夏令感冒;寒热头痛;胸脘痞闷;呕吐泄泻;妊娠呕吐;鼻渊;手足癣。《本草述》载:“散寒湿、暑湿、郁热、湿热。洽外感寒那,内伤饮食,或饮食伤冷湿滞,山风瘴气,不伏水士,寒热作疟等症。”现代医学研究表明,蒮香所含的广蒮香酮有良好的抗真菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著效果,对钙离子有拮抗特性,临床上广泛用于治疗消化不良、呕吐、腹泻和食欲不振,控制平滑肌过度兴奋。

苍术:味辛;苦;性温。归脾;胃;肝经。燥湿健脾;祛风湿;明目。主治湿困脾胃;倦怠嗜卧;胞痞腹胀;食欲不振;呕吐泄泻;痰饮;湿肿;表证夹湿;头身重痛;痹证温性;肢节酸痛重症;痿襞;夜盲。《玉楸药解》载:“燥土利水,泄饮消痰,行瘀,开郁,去漏,化癖,除症,理吞酸去腐,辟山川瘴疠,回筋骨之痿软,清溲溺之混浊。”现代医学研究证实,苍术具有调整胃肠运动功能、抗溃疡、保肝、抑菌消毒、降血糖、抗缺氧、中枢抑制、抗肿瘤、促进骨骼钙化及对血管轻微扩张等作用。

荜拨:味辛;性热。归脾;胃;大肠;肺;膀胱;肝;肾经。温中散寒;下气止痛。主治脘腹冷痛;呕吐;泄泻;头痛;牙痛;鼻渊;冠心病;心绞痛。《纲目》载:“为头痛、鼻渊、牙痛要药,取其辛热能入阳明经散浮热也。”现代医学研究表明,荜拨所含的挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、结核杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒沙门氏菌T和B、卵黄色八叠菌等和流感病毒均有抑制作用,能舒张冠状动脉,降低血脂,抑制As的形成和发展,促进胆固醇酯化,此外还有显著的抗惊厥、镇静作用。
牡丹皮:味辛苦;性凉,微寒,归心;肝;肾;肺经。清热凉血,活血化瘀。用于温毒发斑,吐血衄血,夜热早凉,无汗骨蒸,经闭痛经,痈肿疮毒,跌扑伤痛。《日华子本草》:"除邪气,悦色,通关腠血脉,排脓,通月经,消扑损瘀血,续筋骨,除风痹,落胎下胞,产后一切冷热血气。"现代医学研究证明:牡丹皮具有镇静、催眠、镇痛、降压、抗菌的作用。体外实验表明,牡丹皮煎剂对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、霍乱弧菌等均有较强的抗菌作用。
茜草:味苦;性寒。归肝;心;肾;脾;胃;心包经。凉血止血;活血化瘀;主治血热咯血;吐血;衄血;尿血;便血;崩漏;经闭;产后瘀阻腹痛;跌打损伤;风湿痹痛;黄疸;疮痈;痔肿。《本草经疏》载:“止鼻洪,带下,产后血晕,乳结,月经不止,肠风痔瘘,排脓,治疮疖,泄精,尿血,扑损瘀血,皆取其凉血行轿,苦寒泄热之功耳。”现代医学研究证实,茜草对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎双球菌、卡他球菌、流感杆菌有一定的抑制作用,对人型结核杆菌有抑制作用,有降低血压却不影响心脏的功效,纠正肝素引起的凝血障碍,有利尿及兴奋离体肠管的作用。
迷迭香:味辛;性温。发汗;健脾;安神;止痛。主治各种头痛;防止早期脱发。《国药的药理学》:芳香健胃,亢进消化机能。现代药理研究证明:迷迭香的挥发油对金黄色萄萄球菌、大肠杆菌、霍乱弧菌等有明显的抗菌作用。
青木香:味辛;苦;性寒;有小毒。入肺;胃经。行气止痛;解毒消肿;平肝降压。主治胸胁脘腹疼痛;疝气痛;肠炎;下痢腹痛;咳嗽痰喘;蛇虫咬伤;痈肿疔疮;湿疹;皮肤瘙痒;高血压病。《本草逢原》载:“治大肠,治头风,瘙痒,秃疮。”临床医学研究表明,青木香制剂有一定的降压作用,青木香总生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌及变型杆菌有不同程度的抑制作用,能提高非特异性抗体,增强腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性,增强机体的防御机能,此外还有镇静、催吐作用。

本发明中药空气消毒剂为纯中药原料制剂,无毒无害,对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、结核杆菌、伤寒杆菌、白喉杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等均有明显的抑菌或杀菌作用,对其他致病菌、流感病毒、真菌都有一定的抑制作用,杀菌效果好,对人体无刺激,无异味且有草木香味,可提神醒脑,净化清新空气,消毒后不影响检验人员的正常工作。

实施例1
本发明药物有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
鹿衔草15~30份、桑叶15~30份、石决明15~30份、佩兰15~30份、
石韦15~25份、野菊花15~25份、龙胆草10~20份、甘草10~20份、
倒扣草10~20份、乌梅9~15份、车前子9~15份、连翘6~12份、
水团花6~12份、蒮香6~12份、五倍子4~10份、苍术4~10份、
艾叶4~10份、侧柏叶3~9份、胡荽子3~9份、荜拨3~9份、
牡丹皮2~6份、茜草2~6份、迷迭香1~4份、青木香1~4份。
本发明药物制备方法的工艺步骤为:
(1)将鹿衔草、桑叶、石决明、佩兰、石韦、野菊花、龙胆草、倒扣草、乌梅、连翘、水团花、蒮香、五倍子、胡荽子、牡丹皮、迷迭香、青木香洗净后放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-5小时,加热煮沸3-4小时,提取浸液;再次加入6-8倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸2-3小时,提取浸液;最后再加入4-6倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸 1-2小时,提取浸液;合并三次浸液,过滤,得滤液备用;
(2)将艾叶、侧柏叶、荜拨、茜草洗净放入容器内,加入4倍量的浓度80%的乙醇溶液,浸泡1-2小时,加热回流提取3-4小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(3)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,
(5)取苍术用大火炒至外皮焦黑色,喷淋盐水,炒干取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的滤液与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)所得的细粉混合后,加入8~10倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,冷却至60℃以下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,包装,即得所述的中药空气消毒剂。

本实施例的药物制备方法工艺步骤及用法用量与实施例1相同。
消毒实验:
1、实验方法:
选择3间温度和相对湿度相似的检验室,大小为60平方米,其中2间分别使用本发明中药空气消毒剂和2%过氧乙酸喷雾进行喷洒消毒,喷雾消毒前后门窗关闭1小时,另外1间使用紫外线灯照射消毒,灯管照射强度≥90μW cm-2,照射时间1小时。
2、取样方法:
在相同条件下(房间面积相同,消毒时间相同),分别在消毒前30min、消毒后60min采样进行细菌培养。
使用直径为9cm的普通营养琼脂平皿,分别置于室内中心处及四角位置,采样高度为1m,将平皿盖打开,暴露5min后合盖送检,置37℃温箱培养24h,观察结果,计数5个平皿中的平均菌落数,取平均值进行活菌计数。
3、结果与分析:
由实验结果可以看出,三种杀菌方式均具有很好的杀菌消毒效果,但从表中数据可知,本发明的中药空气消毒剂比其余两种消毒方法效果更好。另外紫外线对人眼睛和皮肤均有刺激作用,过氧乙酸喷雾具有明显的刺激性气味,会刺激呼吸道,并对眼睛及皮肤黏膜有明显的刺激性,因此使用这两种方法消毒时,需要保证检验室内无人,因而会对检验人员的正常工作造成影响,且会对检验人员的身体健康带来一定的危害;而本发明的中药空气消毒剂为纯中药制剂,无毒无害,杀菌效果好,对人体无刺激,无异味且具有草木清香,可提神醒脑,净化清新空气,尤其是可在室内有人的情况下使用,不影响检验人员的正常工作,值得推广使用。

4.一种检验科用中药空气消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将鹿衔草、桑叶、石决明、佩兰、石韦、野菊花、龙胆草、倒扣草、乌梅、连翘、水团花、蒮香、五倍子、胡荽子、牡丹皮、迷迭香、青木香洗净后放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-5小时,加热煮沸3-4小时,提取浸液;再次加入6-8倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸2-3小时,提取浸液;最后再加入4-6倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸 1-2小时,提取浸液;合并三次浸液,过滤,得滤液备用;
(2)将艾叶、侧柏叶、荜拨、茜草洗净放入容器内,加入4倍量的浓度80%的乙醇溶液,浸泡1-2小时,加热回流提取3-4小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(3)取净甘草片,加入炼熟的蜂蜜与少许开水,拌匀后稍闷,置炒制容器内,文火炒至深黄色,不粘手时取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(4)取净车前子,置锅内用文火炒至鼓起,喷淋盐水,再略炒取出,晾干,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,
(5)取苍术用大火炒至外皮焦黑色,喷淋盐水,炒干取出,放凉,粉碎研末,过140目细筛,得细粉,备用;
(6)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的滤液与步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)所得的细粉混合后,加入8~10倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,冷却至60℃以下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,包装,即得所述的中药空气消毒剂。
