技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,特别涉及一种中药抗菌消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
含氯消毒剂是指溶于水后能产生次氯酸的消毒剂。最常用的有次氯酸钠消毒液、漂白粉、三氯异氰尿酸泡腾消毒片等。其杀微生物有效成分常以有效氯表示。次氯酸分子量小,易扩散到细菌表面并穿透细胞膜进入菌体内,使菌体蛋白氧化导致细菌死亡。含氯消毒剂可杀灭各种微生物,包括细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌、结核杆菌和抗力最强的细菌芽胞。含氯消毒液具有杀菌谱广、作用迅速、杀菌效果可靠、使用方便、价格低廉等优点,因此目前仍被广泛应用于医院杀菌消毒作业。如当病房污染时(血液、呕吐物、分泌物等),常使用含氯消毒液擦拭地面、墙面。但是,含氯消毒液同样存在诸多缺点,如含氯消毒液有腐蚀性,若不慎接触皮肤易对皮肤造成伤害,有效氯易丧失,杀菌抑菌效果不持久;同时,将含氯消毒液用于病房消毒,其具有的难闻的刺激性气味,易影响患者心情,影响患者休息,含氯消毒液暴露在空气中易挥发出氯气,氯气是一种有毒气体,它主要通过呼吸道侵入人体并溶解在黏膜所含的水分里,生成次氯酸和盐酸,对上呼吸道黏膜造成有害的影响:次氯酸使组织受到强烈的氧化,盐酸刺激黏膜发生炎性肿胀,使呼吸道黏膜浮肿,大量分泌黏液,严重的会造成呼吸困难。
发明内容
本发明对现有技术进行改进,为了克服使用含氯消毒液进行病房消毒的弊端,提供了一种中药抗菌消毒液,该消毒液为纯中药制剂,配方温和无刺激,含有有效的杀菌成分,可有效杀灭各种致病菌,可长效抑菌,同时无刺激性气味,且用于病房消毒可舒缓患者心神,促进睡眠,帮助患者早日康复。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:

本发明还公开了所述的中药抗菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)艾叶、酸枣仁、荷包花、酸不溜根、连翘、白芷、柏子仁、石菖蒲、蓝桉、白术、远志、萱草、茜草、茵陈、炙甘草粉碎得100目混合粉末,所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数5倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过500目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(2)长寿草鲜品洗净,加入步骤(1)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤得滤液,备用;
(3)步骤(2)所得滤液与茉莉花纯露、杜松果精油混合搅拌均匀即得中药抗菌消毒液;
(4)将所得中药抗菌消毒液灌装入喷雾瓶中,以备使用。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
茉莉花纯露:辛,微甘,性温,理气止痛;辟秽开郁,主湿法中阻;胸膈不舒,泻痢腹痛,头晕头痛,目赤,疮毒,茉莉花对多种细菌有抑制作用,内服外用,可治疗目赤,疮疡,皮肤溃烂等炎性病症;
艾叶:理气血,逐寒湿;温经,止血,安胎。治心腹冷痛,泄泻转筋,久痢,吐衄,下血,月经不调,崩漏,带下,胎动不安,痈疡,疥癣,也可以镇静,可能有一定的安神效果,现代药理研究:艾叶在体外对炭疽杆菌、α-溶血链球菌、B-溶血链球菌、白喉杆菌、假白喉杆菌、肺类双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、白色葡葡球菌、枯草杆菌等10种革兰氏阳性嗜气菌皆有抗菌作用;
酸枣仁:甘,平,宁心安神,养肝,敛汗,主治虚烦不眠,惊悸怔忡,体虚自汗,盗汗;
荷苞花:性温,味甘,无毒,安神,止血,主心悸失眠,痔疮出血;
酸不溜根:酸甘,温,祛寒,温肾,治寒疝,阴囊出汗,对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌O88B7、宋内氏痢疾杆菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌均有抑菌效果;
连翘:清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热。现代医学研究证实,连翘浓缩煎剂在体外有抗菌作用,可抑制伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌及霍乱弧菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌等;
白芷:祛风散寒,通窍止痛,消肿排脓,燥湿止带,利血脉,祛风散寒,除湿通络,现代医学研究证实,白芷对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用;
柏子仁:味甘,性平,养心安神,润肠通便,止汗,用于阴血不足,虚烦失眠,心悸怔忡,肠燥便秘,阴虚盗汗;
石菖蒲:辛、苦,温,化湿开胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智,用于脘痞不饥,噤口下痢,神昏癫痫,健忘耳聋,《重庆堂随笔》中记载“石菖蒲,舒心气、畅心神、怡心情、益心志,妙药也,清解药用之,赖以祛痰秽之浊而卫宫城,滋养药用之,借以宣心思之结而通神明”,对某些真菌在试管内有抑制作用,体外试验,高浓度浸出液对常见致癌性皮肤真菌有抑制作用,1:2的煎剂使蛔虫麻痹和死亡70%;
杜松果精油:杜松果精油的三大功效是收敛、杀菌和解毒,数种皮肤过敏的病症,也可以用杜松果精油治疗,像湿疹(特别是湿性湿疹)、皮肤炎,甚至牛皮癣,杜松能净化气氛,让心灵在挑战性的情况下获得支援;
蓝桉:味微辛、微苦,性平。疏风解热,抑菌消炎,防腐止痒。用于预防流行性感冒、流行性脑脊髓膜炎,治上呼吸道感染,咽喉炎,支气管炎,肺炎,急、慢性肾盂肾炎,肠炎,痢疾,丝虫病;外用治烧烫伤,蜂窝织炎,乳腺炎,疖肿,丹毒,水田皮炎,皮肤湿疹,脚癣,皮肤消毒;
白术:味甘、微苦,入足阳明胃、足太阴脾经,补中燥湿,止渴生津,最益脾精,大养胃气,降浊阴而进饮食,善止呕吐,升清阳而消水谷,能医泄利,水浸液在试管内对絮状表皮癣菌、星形奴卡氏菌有抑制作用,煎剂对脑膜炎球菌亦有抑制作用,近报道白术煎剂和四君子汤对伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等均有不同程度的抑菌作用,而无杀菌作用;
远志:苦、辛、温,安神益智,解郁,治惊悸,健忘,梦遗,失眠,咳嗽多痰,痈疽疮肿,本品乙醇浸液在体外的对固紫染色阳性菌有一定抗菌作用,对结核杆菌中度敏感,远志煎剂对肺炎双球菌有抑制作用;
长寿草鲜品:性寒、味甘,有益气,安神,降血压之功效,将茎部切下时,会流出黄色的乳汁,这种黄色的汁液,经分析含有CHALCONE之成份,它可增强人体免疫力、抗菌、抗血拴、治癌、抗溃疡、防艾滋病毒等,在医疗方面俱有特别功效;
萱草:味甘,性凉,清热利尿,凉血止血,根据现代药理学研究,萱草根对血吸虫、结核菌均有一定的抑制作用;
茜草:苦,寒,凉血,止血,祛瘀,通经,用于吐血,衄血,崩漏,外伤出血,经闭瘀阻,关节痹痛,跌扑肿痛,体外试验表明,茜草根水提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用,对肺炎链球菌、流感杆菌和部分皮肤真菌也有抑制作用,茜草素对金黄色葡萄球菌也有抑制作用;
茵陈:苦、辛,微寒,清热利湿,退黄,主治黄疸、小便不利、湿疮瘙痒等,药理学研究有利胆、保护肝功能,解热,抗炎,降血脂,降压,扩冠等作用,体外试验证明,茵陈煎剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、炭疽杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、脑膜炎双球菌、枯草杆菌等有不同程度的抑制作用;
炙甘草:含有甘草甜素、甘草次酸、甘草多糖等多种化学成分,具有抗炎及抗变态反应作用,可调节机体免疫功能,抗肿瘤和止痛作用,因此炙甘草的主要功效是和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药。
其中,茉莉花纯露和艾叶为主药,共奏抗菌杀虫、安神开郁之效,在有效消毒杀灭致病原的同时,药物有效成分挥发入空气中,通过呼吸作用被人体吸收,可有效调节安抚患者心神,促进睡眠,减轻患者痛苦;酸枣仁、荷包花、酸不溜根、连翘、白芷、柏子仁、石菖蒲、杜松果精油、蓝桉、白术、远志、长寿草鲜品、萱草、茜草、茵陈为辅药,增益主药药效,酸不溜根、连翘、白芷、石菖蒲、杜松果精油、蓝桉、远志、长寿草鲜品、萱草、茜草、茵陈可增益主药抗菌杀虫之效,使该消毒液可有效杀灭各种细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌、结核杆菌和细菌芽胞,起到与含氯消毒液相媲美的杀菌消毒效果,更好的适用于病房杀菌工作,酸枣仁、荷包花、柏子仁、石菖蒲、杜松果精油、远志、长寿草鲜品还可增益主药安神开郁之效,安抚舒缓患者心神,辅助调节患者心情,减轻患者心理负担,促进患者睡眠,帮助患者身体康复;炙甘草共为左使,起调和营卫,起温中散寒之效。以上诸药合用,具有很好的杀菌消毒和安神开郁的功效,并且诸药相互调理,对机体无不良影响小,应用更加安全。本发明消毒液为纯中药制剂,所选药材配伍相宜,并采用现代先进的医药制药技术制成,具有杀菌抑菌能力强,作用速度快,稳定性好,抑菌时间常的显著优点,适应于医院病房的杀菌消毒工作,不污染环境,对人和动物无刺激,无毒副作用,是一种值得推广的新型杀菌消毒液。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明克服使用含氯消毒液进行病房消毒的弊端,提供了一种中药抗菌消毒液,该消毒液为纯中药制剂,配方温和无刺激,接触皮肤不会对人体造成伤害,且通过呼吸道进入人体不但不会刺激呼吸道黏膜造成不适,还能够起到安神开郁的效果,安抚舒缓患者心神,辅助调节患者心情,减轻患者心理负担,促进患者睡眠,帮助患者身体康复;该消毒液含有多种有效的杀菌成分,可有效杀灭各种细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌、结核杆菌和细菌芽胞,起到与含氯消毒液相媲美的杀菌消毒效果,更好的适用于病房杀菌工作;该消毒液采用药物有效成分抗菌杀虫,有效避免了含氯消毒液通过氯气杀菌,有效氯易丧失,杀菌抑菌效果不持久的缺陷,可长效抑菌,且无刺激性气味产生。

实施例1
一种中药抗菌消毒液,制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露10份,艾叶15份,酸枣仁6份,荷包花5份,酸不溜根6份,连翘8份,白芷6份,柏子仁8份,石菖蒲5份,杜松果精油4份,蓝桉8份,白术9份,远志6份,长寿草鲜品16份,萱草5份,茜草8份,茵陈2份,炙甘草9份。
取以上原料按下述方法,制成中药抗菌消毒液:
(1)艾叶、酸枣仁、荷包花、酸不溜根、连翘、白芷、柏子仁、石菖蒲、蓝桉、白术、远志、萱草、茜草、茵陈、炙甘草粉碎得100目混合粉末,所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数5倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过500目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(2)长寿草鲜品洗净,加入步骤(1)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤得滤液,备用;
(3)步骤(2)所得滤液与茉莉花纯露、杜松果精油混合搅拌均匀即得中药抗菌消毒液;
(4)将所得中药抗菌消毒液灌装入喷雾瓶中,以备使用。
用法用量:用喷雾瓶将中药抗菌消毒液喷洒于病房中,10平米房间喷洒约8毫升消毒液。
实施例2
一种中药抗菌消毒液,制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露15份,艾叶20份,酸枣仁10份,荷包花8份,酸不溜根9份,连翘12份,白芷8份,柏子仁10份,石菖蒲9份,杜松果精油6份,蓝桉12份,白术12份,远志8份,长寿草鲜品22份,萱草8份,茜草10份,茵陈5份,炙甘草12份。
实施例2的消毒液的制备方法和用法用量与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种中药抗菌消毒液,制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露12份,艾叶18份,酸枣仁8份,荷包花6份,酸不溜根7份,连翘10份,白芷7份,柏子仁9份,石菖蒲7份,杜松果精油5份,蓝桉10份,白术11份,远志7份,长寿草鲜品19份,萱草7份,茜草9份,茵陈3份,炙甘草11份。
实施例3的消毒液的制备方法和用法用量与实施例1相同。
实施例4抑菌实验
1、实验菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌。
2、菌种培养基:营养琼脂培养基和营养肉汤培养基。
3、抑菌实验分三个实验组和一个对照组,实验组为本发明的中药消毒药水,其中,实验组A为实施例1中所得的消毒液,实验组B为实施例2中所得的消毒液,实验组C为实施例3中所得的消毒液。对照组选用含氯消毒液(1000mg/L)。
4、具体实验步骤:
(1)制备菌液:将上述两组菌种分别接种于两个琼脂培养基上,在37℃下培养24小时,分别从中挑取典型菌落分别接种于两个新鲜的营养肉汤培养基中,同温度下,培养18小时,备用;
(2)分别取实验组的三种消毒液和含氯消毒液分别分置于四个密封容器内,置于无菌条件下,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)经营养肉汤培养18小时的实验菌种用无菌的营养肉汤分别稀释100倍,每种菌种分装于四个培养皿中,分别标记实验组A、实验组B、实验组C和对照组;
(4)将上述步骤(2)所得的4种消毒液分别滴入步骤(3)中对应的培养皿,1小时后观察实验结果。
5、试验观察测量:
对上述实验进行观察并测量菌种残留面积,具体结果如上表。
6、观测测量完毕后,将上述培养皿均置于无菌条件下静置三天,跟踪观察发现,对照组菌落继续繁殖,而实验组菌落无变化。
7、实验结果:
由上述结果可以看出本发明的消毒液可以起到与含氯消毒液相似的杀菌消毒效果,可以很好的替代含氯消毒液,且相较于含氯消毒液能够更长久的抑制菌种继续繁殖。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种中药抗菌消毒液,其特征在于:制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露10份,艾叶15份,酸枣仁6份,荷包花5份,酸不溜根6份,连翘8份,白芷6份,柏子仁8份,石菖蒲5份,杜松果精油4份,蓝桉8份,白术9份,远志6份,长寿草鲜品16份,萱草5份,茜草8份,茵陈2份,炙甘草9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种中药抗菌消毒液,其特征在于:制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露15份,艾叶20份,酸枣仁10份,荷包花8份,酸不溜根9份,连翘12份,白芷8份,柏子仁10份,石菖蒲9份,杜松果精油6份,蓝桉12份,白术12份,远志8份,长寿草鲜品22份,萱草8份,茜草10份,茵陈5份,炙甘草12份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种中药抗菌消毒液,其特征在于:制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:茉莉花纯露12份,艾叶18份,酸枣仁8份,荷包花6份,酸不溜根7份,连翘10份,白芷7份,柏子仁9份,石菖蒲7份,杜松果精油5份,蓝桉10份,白术11份,远志7份,长寿草鲜品19份,萱草7份,茜草9份,茵陈3份,炙甘草11份。
5.如权利要求1至4所述的一种中药抗菌消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)艾叶、酸枣仁、荷包花、酸不溜根、连翘、白芷、柏子仁、石菖蒲、蓝桉、白术、远志、萱草、茜草、茵陈、炙甘草粉碎得100目混合粉末,所得混合粉末加入总质量倍数5倍的水浸泡1小时,文火煎煮2小时,煎煮后过500目过滤网得滤液,所得滤液冷却至室温备用;
(2)长寿草鲜品洗净,加入步骤(1)所得滤液混合榨汁后静置1小时,过500目过滤网过滤得滤液,备用;
(3)步骤(2)所得滤液与茉莉花纯露、杜松果精油混合搅拌均匀即得中药抗菌消毒液;
(4)将所得中药抗菌消毒液灌装入喷雾瓶中,以备使用。
