背景技术
食用菌以其白色或浅色的菌丝体在含有丰富有机质的场所生长。条件适宜时形成子实体,成为人类喜食的佳品。菌丝体和子实体是一般食用菌生长发育的两个主要阶段。各种食用菌是根据子实体的形态如:菇形、菇盖、菌褶或子实层体、孢子和菇柄的特征,再结合生态、生理等的差别来分类识别的(见层菌纲、木耳目、银耳目、伞菌目)。
中国的食用菌资源丰富,也是最早栽培、利用食用菌的国家之一。
食用菌含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,其含量是一般蔬菜和水果的几倍到几十倍。如鲜蘑菇含蛋白质为1.5-3.5%,是大白菜的3倍,萝卜的6倍,苹果的17倍。1公斤干蘑菇所含蛋白质相当于2公斤瘦肉,3公斤鸡蛋或12公斤牛奶的蛋白量。食用菌中赖氨酸含很丰富,含有组成蛋白质的18种氨基酸,和人体所必需的8种微量元素。谷物食品中含量少的赖氨酸,食用菌中含量也相当丰富。食用菌脂肪含量很低,约占干品重量的0.2%-3.6%,而其中74-83%是人体健康有益的不饱和脂肪酸。食用菌还含有维生素,食用菌富含的VB1、V12,都高于肉类,草菇Vc含量为辣椒的1.2~2.8倍,是柚、橙的2~5倍,香菇的17倍。香菇Vd原含量高达128国际单位,是紫菜的8倍,甘薯的7倍,大豆的21倍。VD原经紫外线照射可转化为VD,促进对钙的吸收。食用菌还富含多种矿质元素:磷、钾、钠、钙、铁、锌、镁、锰、等及其他一些微量元素。
食用菌具有丰富的营养价值,近年来,越来越多的企业和种植户在室内培养食用菌,食用菌品质的影响因素很多,除了基质、培育过程温湿度的控制,还有培育前的培养室消毒也很重要。
现有的食用菌培养室的消毒方法比较单一,不够全面,虽然先期的效果还可以,但是后期由于前期的消毒不完善而导致食用菌生长品质的问题,这样的问题在后期是无法弥补的,所以前期的消毒工作尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供设计合理、操作方便的食用菌培养室消毒方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:食用菌培养室消毒方法包含臭氧消毒、中药喷洒与空气处理;
其中,臭氧消毒的步骤如下:
11、采用清洁的井水或自来水水源;
12、对水源进行臭氧处理;
13、对食用菌培养室的土地采取臭氧水浇灌;
14、而后进行翻土、晒土、灌水操作;
所述中药喷洒的中药配方为生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母、夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生;所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜2-4份、苦参1-3份、薄荷1-5份、白头翁3-5份、鸦胆子2-4份、黄药子1-4份、大黄0.6-2份、菊花3-6份、知母1-2份、夏枯1-4份草、马齿苋3-6份、常山1-4份、佩兰1-2份、石苇2-5份、桑寄生0.5-2份;
所述中药喷洒的步骤如下:
21、先将中药生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母加水煮沸,再加入夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生和适量的水煮沸,沸腾1小时左右,静置;
22、将静置的中药去渣;
23、将中药药水装入喷洒(淋)装置;
24、通过喷洒装置由上而下喷洒这个整个食用菌培养室;
所述空气处理采用烟熏的方式,所述烟熏的材料为:木屑、氯酸钾、苍术、四氯间苯二睛;烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑15-30份、氯酸钾5-10份、苍术2-8份、四氯间苯二睛30-60份;
所述烟熏空气处理的方法如下:

32、将木屑过60目筛子后浸泡后晒干;

本发明的原理:对食用菌培养室进行全方位的消毒处理,首先利用臭氧对土壤进行消毒处理,处理后的土壤可以对食用菌保鲜,延长食用菌保鲜周期;中药喷洒与烟熏相结合可实现相互互补的对空气进行消毒,中药喷洒和烟熏的结合可以消除空气中的细菌、真菌,能帮助提高栽培效率。
采用上述方法后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,杀菌效果好,对人体没有伤害,且无环境污染,可以有效改善食用菌培养室的环境,也避免了现有技术中存在的问题,多方位相结合杀菌,全方位的处理方式可有效的确保杀菌效果,多种方式的结合可达到互补杀菌的效果;本发明的消毒方式简单,取材也容易,操作成本低,适合广泛推广。

本具体方式的臭氧消毒的步骤如下:
11、采用清洁的井水或自来水水源;
12、对水源进行臭氧处理;
13、对食用菌培养室的土地采取臭氧水浇灌;
14、而后进行翻土、晒土、灌水操作;
所述中药喷洒的中药配方为生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母、夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生;
所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜2份、苦参1份、薄荷1.5份、白头翁3份、鸦胆子2份、黄药子1份、大黄0.6份、菊花3份、知母1-2份、夏枯1份草、马齿苋3份、常山1份、佩兰1份、石苇2份、桑寄生0.6份;
所述中药喷洒的步骤如下:
21、先将中药生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母加水煮沸,再加入夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生和适量的水煮沸,沸腾1小时左右,静置;
22、将静置的中药去渣;
23、将中药药水装入喷洒(淋)装置;
24、通过喷洒装置由上而下喷洒这个整个食用菌培养室;
所述空气处理采用烟熏的方式,所述烟熏的材料为:木屑、氯酸钾、苍术、四氯间苯二睛;
所述烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑20份、氯酸钾6份、苍术5份、四氯间苯二睛45份;
所述烟熏空气处理的方法如下:
31、将氯酸钾、苍术、四氯间苯二睛混合;
32、将木屑过60目筛子后浸泡后晒干;
33、将干木屑与步骤31中的混合物料混匀。
具体实施方式二:
本具体实施方式中臭氧消毒方式与具体实施方式一相同;
中药喷洒中所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜3份、苦参2份、薄荷3份、白头翁4份、鸦胆子3份、黄药子2.5份、大黄1.5份、菊花4.5份、知母1.5份、夏枯2.5份草、马齿苋4.5份、常山3份、佩兰1.5份、石苇3份、桑寄生1份;中药喷洒的步骤与具体实施方式相同;
空气烟熏处理的烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑22份、氯酸钾8份、苍术5份、四氯间苯二睛50份;烟熏空气处理的方法与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:
本具体实施方式中,与具体实施方式一的不同之处在于所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜4份、苦参3份、薄荷5份、白头翁5份、鸦胆子4份、黄药子4份、大黄2份、菊花6份、知母2份、夏枯4份草、马齿苋6份、常山4份、佩兰2份、石苇5份、桑寄生2份;所述烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑30份、氯酸钾10份、苍术8份、四氯间苯二睛60份;其他操作步骤与方法与具体实施方式一相同。

Claims (8)
1.食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:食用菌培养室消毒方法包含臭氧消毒、中药喷洒与空气处理;
其中,臭氧消毒的步骤如下:
(11)、采用清洁的井水或自来水水源;
(12)、对水源进行臭氧处理;
(13)、对食用菌培养室的土地采取臭氧水浇灌;
(14)、而后进行翻土、晒土、灌水操作;
所述中药喷洒的中药配方为生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母、夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生;所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜2-4份、苦参1-3份、薄荷1-5份、白头翁3-5份、鸦胆子2-4份、黄药子1-4份、大黄0.6-2份、菊花3-6份、知母1-2份、夏枯1-4份草、马齿苋3-6份、常山1-4份、佩兰1-2份、石苇2-5份、桑寄生0.5-2份;
所述中药喷洒的步骤如下:
(21)、先将中药生姜、苦参、薄荷、白头翁、鸦胆子、黄药子、大黄、菊花、知母加水煮沸,再加入夏枯草、马齿苋、常山、佩兰、石苇、桑寄生和适量的水煮沸,沸腾1小时左右,静置;
(22)、将静置的中药去渣;
(23)、将中药药水装入喷洒装置;
(24)、通过喷洒装置由上而下喷洒这个整个食用菌培养室;
所述空气处理采用烟熏的方式,所述烟熏的材料为:木屑、氯酸钾、苍术、四氯间苯二睛;烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑15-30份、氯酸钾5-10份、苍术2-8份、四氯间苯二睛30-60份;
所述烟熏空气处理的方法如下:
(31)、将氯酸钾、苍术、四氯间苯二睛混合;
(32)、将木屑过60目筛子后浸泡后晒干;
(33)、将干木屑与步骤(31)中的混合物料混匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述中药喷洒需在臭氧消毒后4-5小时再进行操作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜3份、苦参2份、薄荷3份、白头翁4份、鸦胆子3份、黄药子2.5份、大黄1.5份、菊花4.5份、知母1.5份、夏枯2.5份草、马齿苋4.5份、常山3份、佩兰1.5份、石苇3份、桑寄生1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑22份、氯酸钾8份、苍术5份、四氯间苯二睛50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述的中药成分的重量份配比为:生姜4份、苦参3份、薄荷5份、白头翁5份、鸦胆子4份、黄药子4份、大黄2份、菊花6份、知母2份、夏枯4份草、马齿苋6份、常山4份、佩兰2份、石苇5份、桑寄生2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述烟熏材料的重量份配比为:木屑30份、氯酸钾10份、苍术8份、四氯间苯二睛60份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的食用菌培养室消毒方法,其特征在于:所述中药喷洒操作可采用消毒室内顶部的喷淋装置进行操作,喷淋的范围更大,效率更高。
