Description

一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明属于在固定容器内具有旋转搅拌装置的混合器技术领域,具体公开了一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置。
背景技术
在化学试剂的制备中,常常需要两种或者多种化学试剂相互混合后发生反应生成目标试剂,而固体试剂与液体试剂和液体试剂与液体试剂之间发生反应时常常需要通过搅拌来加快反应速率,从而提高生产效率,但是通过人力搅拌效率低下,工人的劳动力大,并且部分化学试剂对人体具有毒性,因此对工人的身体健康也有影响。
为解决上述问题,现在在化学试剂的制备中通常采用反应釜进行生产,但是由于现有的反应釜在生产过程中通常是封闭的,因此只能够在开始反应前将所有试剂先放入反应釜中再开始搅拌,但部分化学反应需要逐渐缓慢地添加另外的试剂才能够达到最好的合成效果。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,目的在于解决现有技术无法用于部分需要缓慢添加另一种试剂的化学反应的问题。
本发明的基础方案为:一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,包括搅拌箱、固定于搅拌箱上端面的电机,所述电机固定连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴伸入搅拌箱内,所述搅拌箱上开有第一进料口,所述搅拌箱内的驱动轴上端固定连接有中空的储料盘,所述储料盘上端面设有第二进料口,所述第二进料口伸出搅拌箱上端面,所述搅拌箱上端面设有容纳第二进料口的第一通孔,所述储料盘下端面开有与储料盘内部连通的第二通孔,所述第二通孔上设有用于盖住通孔的挡片,所述挡板上端面固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧另一端与储料盘上壁固定连接,所述挡片下端面设有伸出第二通孔的推杆,所述驱动轴下端固定连接有桨叶,所述桨叶上方的驱动轴沿轴向设有第一滑槽,所述桨叶上方的驱动轴上滑动连接有滑动套,所述滑动套内壁设有与第一滑槽滑动连接的凸起,所述滑动套侧壁固定连接有搅拌板,所述搅拌板上方的滑动套侧壁上还设有环状第二滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有与第二滑槽配合的转动环,所述搅拌箱内侧壁上转动连接有伞齿轮,所述伞齿轮靠近驱动轴一面偏心部分沿径向设有第三滑槽,所述第三滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述储料盘侧壁上设有与所述伞齿轮啮合的齿,所述转动环侧壁铰接有连杆,所述连杆另一端与滑块铰接。
本发明的技术原理和有益效果在于:
1.本发明由于设置有储料盘和搅拌板,所述搅拌板与滑动套固定连接,所述滑动套与驱动轴通过滑槽滑动连接,同时储料盘侧壁设有齿,搅拌箱侧壁转动连接有与储料盘啮合的伞齿轮,伞齿轮靠近驱动轴一面开有第三滑槽,第三滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,滑块上铰接有连杆,连杆另一端与所述滑动套上的转动环铰接,使得本发明在使用过程中伞齿轮被储料盘驱动,从而通过连杆带动滑动套沿着驱动轴上下滑动,进而使得搅拌板在搅拌箱内上下滑动,并且由于滑动套内壁的凸起与滑槽配合使得搅拌板还能沿周向转动,实现竖直方向和周向同时的搅拌效果。
2.本发明通过在储料盘下端面设置第二通孔,在所述第二通孔上设有用于盖住通孔的挡片,挡片通过弹簧与储料盘上壁固定连接,挡片下端面固定连接有接触棒,因此当搅拌板在沿着驱动轴向上滑动到接触棒时,由于搅拌板在上下滑动的同时也在转动,因此搅拌板推动接触棒,使得挡片不再盖住第二通孔,使得储料盘内的试剂能够流入搅拌箱,当搅拌板下滑时,不再推动推杆,推杆在弹簧的弹力作用下恢复挡住第二通孔的状态,从而使本装置由于搅拌盘周期性的上下滑动,实现挡片的周期性打开和关闭,进而实现试剂的周期性自动添加,需要改变试剂的添加速度时只需要控制电机的转动频率即可对试剂添加速度进行调节。
3.本发明在驱动轴下端固定有桨叶,在搅拌板上下滑动和周向转动对试剂进行搅拌的同时,桨叶能够避免部分溶解度较低的物质难以溶化而产生沉淀,进一步提高反应效率。
进一步,所述搅拌板为网状。网状的搅拌板在上下滑动过程中当液体与通过网状的搅拌板时能够产生无序紊流,进一步提高搅拌效果,使得试剂充分混合。
进一步,所述第二通孔均布于储料盘下端面。均布的第二通孔使得试剂的添加位置均匀,从而保证试剂的混合均匀,保证反应效果和速度。
进一步,所述第一通孔为宽度与第二进料口直径相同的环状。第一通孔的宽度为与第二进料口直径相同的环状使得第二进料口在转动过程中能够沿着第一通孔转动,因此第一通孔对第二进料口具有限位效果,防止在转动过程中第二进料口与第一通孔边缘碰撞而造成损坏,提高本装置的稳定性。
进一步,所述第一通孔的内外边缘上固定连接有环状加料部,所述环状加料部上端面固定连接有覆盖环状加料部的顶板,所述顶板上开有第三通孔,所述第三通孔边缘铰接有用于盖住第三通孔的盖板。通过设置环状加料部使得本装置在运行过程中也能够加入需要缓慢添加的试剂。
进一步,所述挡片为橡胶材质。橡胶材质能够弹性形变,使得挡片在弹簧压力下堵住第二通孔时挡片发生弹性形变进一步提高密封效果。

当使用本装置对化学试剂进行搅拌时,先将不需要缓慢逐渐加入的化学试剂从第一进料口3放入搅拌箱1中,将需要缓慢逐渐加入的化学试剂从第三通孔加入环状加料部10,而后需要缓慢逐渐加入的化学试剂沿着第二进料口8流入储料盘6内,由于储料盘6下端面的第二通孔11被挡片12密封,因此储料盘6内的化学试剂此时不会流出储料盘6。
当化学试剂放入完毕后,启动电机2,电机2带动驱动轴5转动,驱动轴5带动储料盘6转动,从而对储料盘6内的化学试剂也能够起到搅拌均匀的效果,储料盘6转动带动与储料盘6啮合的伞齿轮7转动,在伞齿轮7转动过程中,滑块22在第三滑槽21内滑动的同时带动连杆20与滑块22铰接的一端做圆周运动,而由于连杆20另一端与转动环19铰接,因此连杆20与转动环19铰接的一端施加给转动环19轴向的拉力,所以转动环19在第二滑槽18的限位下带动滑动套16沿驱动轴5轴向滑动,因此当连杆20与滑块22铰接的一端上升时,也会通过转动环19带动滑动套16和搅拌板17沿着驱动轴5上升,下降时也是同理,所以在连杆20的作用下转动环19能够带动滑动套16沿着驱动轴5做直线往复运动。
同时由于滑动套16内壁一体成型有与驱动轴5上的第一滑槽滑动连接的凸起24,从而使得滑动套16被驱动轴5带动而转动,使得与滑动套16固定连接的网状搅拌板17也随之旋转和做直线往复运动,当搅拌板17上滑至与挡片12端面固定连接的推杆14接触时,由于搅拌板17转动,从而推动推杆14,进而使得挡片12不再挡住第二通孔11,使得储料盘6内的化学试剂从储料盘6内流出,当搅拌板17下滑至不再与推杆14接触时,由于挡片12与储料盘6上壁之间通过弹簧13连接,弹簧13的弹力使得挡片12恢复封闭第二通孔11的状态,从而使得储料盘6内的化学试剂不再流出,随着搅拌板17的不断上下滑动,实现储料盘6内的化学试剂自动间歇的流出,同时由于驱动轴5下端固定连接有桨叶15,桨叶15时刻对底部的化学试剂进行搅拌,对于部分溶解度较小的物质能够避免其在搅拌箱1内结晶析出,进而使得化学反应的效率最大化。

1.一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,包括搅拌箱、固定于搅拌箱上端面的电机,所述电机固定连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴伸入搅拌箱内,所述搅拌箱上开有第一进料口,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱内的驱动轴上端固定连接有中空的储料盘,所述储料盘上端面设有第二进料口,所述第二进料口伸出搅拌箱上端面,所述搅拌箱上端面设有容纳第二进料口的第一通孔,所述储料盘下端面开有与储料盘内部连通的第二通孔,所述第二通孔上设有用于盖住通孔的挡片,所述挡片上端面固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧另一端与储料盘上壁固定连接,所述挡片下端面设有伸出第二通孔的推杆,所述驱动轴下端固定连接有桨叶,所述桨叶上方的驱动轴沿轴向设有第一滑槽,所述桨叶上方的驱动轴上滑动连接有滑动套,所述滑动套内壁设有与第一滑槽滑动连接的凸起,所述滑动套侧壁固定连接有搅拌板,所述搅拌板上方的滑动套侧壁上还设有环状第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽内滑动连接有与第二滑槽配合的转动环,所述搅拌箱内侧壁上转动连接有伞齿轮,所述伞齿轮靠近驱动轴一面偏心部分沿径向设有第三滑槽,所述第三滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述储料盘侧壁上设有与所述伞齿轮啮合的齿,所述转动环侧壁铰接有连杆,所述连杆另一端与滑块铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌板为网状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第二通孔均布于储料盘下端面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第一通孔为宽度与第二进料口直径相同的环状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第一通孔的内外边缘上固定连接有环状加料部,所述环状加料部上端面固定连接有覆盖环状加料部的顶板,所述顶板上开有第三通孔,所述第三通孔边缘铰接有用于盖住第三通孔的盖板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自动间歇加料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述挡片为橡胶材质。
