技术领域
本发明涉及环保除臭领域,尤其涉及一种高效复合式恶臭及VOC废气处理装置。
背景技术
挥发性有机物,常用VOCs表示,它是Volatile Organic Compounds三个词第一个字母的缩写,总挥发性有机物有时也用TVOC来表示。按照世界卫生组织的定义沸点在50℃-250℃的化合物,室温下饱和蒸汽压超过133.32Pa,在常温下以蒸汽形式存在于空气中的一类有机物。从环境监测的角度来讲,指以氧火焰离子检测器检测出的非甲烷烃类检出物的总称,按其化学结构的不同,可以进一步分为八类:烷类、芳烃类、烯类、卤烃类、酯类、醛类、酮类和其他。
化工废气常见的主要是主要是硫化氢、二甲基硫、二氯化硫、甲基硫醇等,正因为有机化合物和化工废气产生臭气的物质不同,因此需要不同的除臭设备,不管是有机化合物还是化工废气均混合在空气中,生物膜除臭是采用生物法通过专门培养在生物滤池内生物填料上的微生物膜对废臭气分子进行除臭的生物废气处理技术,此方法无毒性或刺激性,且无二次污染,特定益生菌种有占位作用并能产生溶菌酶,防止其他有害菌或病毒滋生。
低温等离子体技术又称非平衡等离子体技术,通过在外加电场的作用下, 介质放电产生大量的高能电子, 高能电子与VOC s分子发生一系列复杂的等离子体物理和化学反应, 从而把有机污染物降解为无毒无害物质的一种方法。
目前市场上针对有机化合物或化工废气除臭的装置很多,但同时去除有机化合物和化工废气的装置比较少。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计科学合理,功能明确,便于拆卸,能够对有机化合物和化工废气同时除臭的高效复合式恶臭及VOC废气处理装置。
实现本发明提供以下技术方案:高效复合式恶臭及VOC废气处理装置,主要包括依次连接的除尘箱、酸雾吸收塔、生物膜除臭罐、干燥过滤器、气体处理箱和吸收洗涤塔,还包括PLC控制系统;所述除尘箱内设有可旋转支架,可旋转支架上设有若干水平放置的滤芯;所述酸雾吸收塔内从下至上等距设有若干环形酸雾喷淋管,所述酸雾喷淋管的直径从下至上依次增大,所述酸雾喷淋管上设有酸雾喷淋头;所述生物膜除臭罐顶部设有进液口和出气口,底部设有出液口,所述生物膜除臭罐内设有若干圆柱形生物膜片,所述生物膜片等距嵌套设置,生物膜片上方设有环形布液管;所述气体处理箱内设有低温等离子发生器;所述吸收洗涤塔为填料洗涤塔,吸收洗涤塔底部设有出液口。
作为优选,所述生物膜片为4~8片。
作为优选,所述PLC控制系统与除尘箱、酸雾吸收塔、生物膜除臭罐、干燥过滤器、气体处理箱和吸收洗涤塔均相连。
作为优选,所述除尘箱上还设有人孔,所述人孔的宽度与滤芯的宽度一致。
作为优选,所述生物膜除臭罐底部的出液口和吸收洗涤塔底部的出液口均与储液罐连接。
本发明的有益之处:除尘箱、酸雾吸收塔、生物膜除臭罐、能够有效的去除化工废气中的恶臭气体;经干燥过滤器干燥后进入由低温等离子发生器组成的气体处理箱,来去除VOC废气中的恶臭气体,最后由吸收洗涤塔吸收,功能明确,各设备之间拆卸组合方便。

高效复合式恶臭及VOC废气处理装置,主要包括依次连接的除尘箱1、酸雾吸收塔2、生物膜除臭罐3、干燥过滤器4、气体处理箱5和吸收洗涤塔6,还包括PLC控制系统7;所述除尘箱1内设有可旋转支架1.1,可旋转支架1.1上设有若干水平放置的滤芯1.2;所述酸雾吸收塔2内从下至上等距设有若干环形酸雾喷淋管2.1,所述酸雾喷淋管2.1的直径从下至上依次增大,所述酸雾喷淋管2.1上设有酸雾喷淋头2.2;所述生物膜除臭罐3顶部设有进液口3.1和出气口3.2,底部设有出液口3.3,所述生物膜除臭罐3内设有若干圆柱形生物膜片3.4,所述生物膜片3.4等距嵌套设置,生物膜片3.4上方设有环形布液管3.5;所述气体处理箱5内设有低温等离子发生器5.1;所述吸收洗涤塔6为填料洗涤塔,吸收洗涤塔6底部设有出液口,所述生物膜片为4~8片,所述PLC控制系统7与除尘箱1、酸雾吸收塔2、生物膜除臭罐3、干燥过滤器4、气体处理箱5和吸收洗涤塔6均相连,所述除尘箱1上还设有人孔1.3,所述人孔1.3的宽度与滤芯1.2的宽度一致,所述生物膜除臭罐3底部的出液口3.3和吸收洗涤塔6底部的出液口均与储液罐8连接。

1.高效复合式恶臭及VOC废气处理装置,其特征在于:主要包括依次连接的除尘箱、酸雾吸收塔、生物膜除臭罐、干燥过滤器、气体处理箱和吸收洗涤塔,还包括PLC控制系统;所述除尘箱内设有可旋转支架,可旋转支架上设有若干水平放置的滤芯;
所述酸雾吸收塔内从下至上等距设有若干环形酸雾喷淋管,所述酸雾喷淋管的直径从下至上依次增大,所述酸雾喷淋管上设有酸雾喷淋头;
所述生物膜除臭罐顶部设有进液口和出气口,底部设有出液口,所述生物膜除臭罐内设有若干圆柱形生物膜片,所述生物膜片等距嵌套设置,生物膜片上方设有环形布液管;
所述气体处理箱内设有低温等离子发生器;
所述吸收洗涤塔为填料洗涤塔,吸收洗涤塔底部设有出液口。
