Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于在器皿洗涤应用中去除茶和咖啡污渍的灰类洗涤剂组合物,包含螯合剂、过碳酸盐和过氧化催化剂。
旨在用于器皿洗涤应用的洗涤剂组合物的性能基于其去除茶和咖啡污渍以及淀粉污垢的能力来测量。茶和咖啡污渍被认为包含通过硅酸钙桥接的氧化多酚(例如鞣酸),并且表示特别难以溶解的污垢类型。
本领域中已知,结合到金属离子并且由此降低在水性系统中游离金属离子的浓度的螯合剂还可通过螯合结合到沉淀结垢的金属离子帮助再溶解结垢。因此,螯合剂已经用于洗涤剂组合物中以改进茶和咖啡污渍的去除。
举例来说WO 2015/032447 A1已公开螯合剂甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸N,N-二乙酸(GLDA)和三聚磷酸钠(STPP)的组合呈现碳酸盐类洗涤剂组合物关于去除茶和咖啡污渍的协同作用。
为了进一步改进洗涤剂组合物的清洁性能,此外已知包括漂白剂,如过碳酸盐。这些漂白剂通常补充有漂白剂活化剂,如含铁或锰过氧化催化剂。此方法已对于去除淀粉污垢特别有效。
举例来说WO 2014/177217 A1已公开包含碱金属过碳酸盐和铁或锰络合物作为过氧化催化剂的碳酸盐类洗涤剂组合物提供用于去除淀粉污垢的高效器皿洗涤用洗涤剂。US2011/166055 A1已公开使用草酸锰改进洗涤剂组合物的漂白性能,具体地说关于茶污垢。US 2010/249007 A1已公开包含用于去除茶污渍的漂白剂和漂白剂催化剂的碳酸盐类洗涤剂组合物的用途。
此外已知在单种洗涤剂组合物中组合螯合剂和漂白剂与过氧化催化剂。举例来说,WO 2012/025740 A1已公开包含MGDA、漂白化合物和作为氧化催化剂的草酸锰的洗涤剂组合物提供例如茶杯的改进漂白性能。
然而,到目前为止来自先前技术的全部实例采用高含量的螯合剂以实现期望的污渍去除性能。然而,需要最大限度地减少螯合剂使用以尽可能有成本效益地制备洗涤剂组合物。
因此,本发明的目的提供在器皿洗涤应用中高效去除茶和咖啡污渍并且最大限度地减少螯合剂的使用的组合物。
已出人意料地发现选自MGDA、GLDA、碱金属三聚磷酸盐和其混合物的组的螯合剂与过碳酸盐和含铁或锰过氧化催化剂的组合呈现在灰类洗涤剂组合物中关于去除茶和咖啡污渍的协同作用。通过协同作用意指当组合低于完成污渍去除所必需的含量的螯合剂与也低于完成污渍去除所必需的含量的过碳酸盐和催化剂时,观察到增强的污渍去除。在螯合剂和漂白剂之间的此协同作用是出乎意料的,因为螯合剂经由与氧化漂白剂不同的机制去除污渍
因此本发明提供洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
碱金属碳酸盐
选自MGDA、GLDA、碱金属三聚磷酸盐和其混合物的螯合剂,
碱金属过碳酸盐,和
下式(I)的过氧化催化剂:

出于本发明的目的,具体地说出于计算螯合剂与过碳酸盐的摩尔比的目的,假设碱金属过碳酸盐具有式2(M2CO3)·3H2O2,其中M表示碱金属。过碳酸钠,2(Na2CO3)·3H2O2为特别优选的。
洗涤剂组合物包含作为碱性源的碱金属碳酸盐。洗涤剂组合物通常包含至少5重量%碱金属碳酸盐,优选地组合物包含15-80重量%,更优选地20-70重量%,最优选地35-60重量%碱金属碳酸盐。
一般来说,洗涤剂组合物包含有效量的碱金属碳酸盐。在本发明的上下文中,有效量的碱金属碳酸盐为提供pH为至少8,优选地pH为9.5到11,更优选地,10到10.3的使用溶液的量。在本发明的上下文中使用溶液视为1g/l的洗涤剂组合物于蒸馏水中的溶液。使用溶液的pH意指在室温下测定。
在本发明的优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物因此当以1克每升的浓度稀释在蒸馏水中时提供在室温下测量的pH为至少8,优选地pH为9.5到11,更优选地10到11。
合适的碱金属碳酸盐为例如碳酸钠或碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾、倍半碳酸钠或倍半碳酸钾和其混合物。在优选的实施例中,碱金属为氢氧化物为碳酸钠(苏打灰)。
由于使用碱金属碳酸盐作为碱源,所以不需要如碱金属氢氧化物等其它碱源。优选地,浓缩型洗涤剂组合物因此不包含碱金属氢氧化物。
在本发明的上下文中,MGDA和GLDA可用作游离酸或可用作盐,优选地钠盐。碱金属三聚磷酸盐优选地为三聚磷酸钠(STPP)。
本领域的普通技术人员很容易得到这些螯合剂。举例来说,MGDA的三钠盐由巴斯夫(BASF)以商标Trilon M出售,GLDA的四钠盐可以商标Dissolvine GL从阿克苏诺贝尔(AkzoNobel)获得。
在一个优选的实施例中,螯合剂为MGDA、碱金属三聚磷酸盐和GLDA的混合物。
本发明提供洗涤剂组合物,其中螯合剂的量可最大限度地减少同时仍然维持良好清洁性能。在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物因此包含至多40重量%,更优选地至多35重量%螯合剂。螯合剂的下限优选地为5重量%,更优选地10重量%。在另一个优选实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含5-40重量%,优选地10-35重量%螯合剂。这里,螯合剂的量是指MGDA、GLDA和碱金属三聚磷酸盐的总量。
MGDA为特别优选的螯合剂,因为其呈现与过碳酸盐和过氧化催化剂特别强的协同效应。在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包作为螯合剂的MGDA和任选地GLDA和/或碱金属三聚磷酸盐。在另一个优选实施例中,洗涤剂组合物除了MGDA之外包含7-40重量%,优选地11-40重量%,最优选地16-35重量%MGDA和任选地GLDA和/或碱金属三聚磷酸盐。
进一步优选的是最大限度地减少用作螯合剂的碱金属三聚磷酸盐的量。优选地,洗涤剂组合物因此包含至多28重量%碱金属三聚磷酸盐,更优选地至多25重量%,最优选地至多22重量%。
在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含作为螯合剂的7-35重量%MGDA、0-35重量%GLDA和0-25重量%碱金属三聚磷酸盐,同时螯合剂的总量不大于35重量%。
在另一个优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含作为螯合剂的7-15重量%MGDA、2-6重量%GLDA,和20-25重量%碱金属三聚磷酸盐,同时螯合剂的总量不大于35重量%。
在另一个优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物不包含任何碱金属三聚磷酸盐。
可基于过碳酸盐的量选择理想量的螯合剂。摩尔比的上限为3.4,优选地3.0,更优选地2.5。摩尔比的下限为1.8,优选地1.9,最优选地2.0。螯合剂与过碳酸盐的摩尔比因此在1.8到3.4,优选地1.9到3.0,最优选地2.0到2.5的范围内。这里,基于MGDA、GLDA和碱金属三聚磷酸盐的总摩尔量计算摩尔比。
在另一个实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含5-40重量%螯合剂,同时螯合剂与过碳酸盐的摩尔比在1.8到3.4的范围内。
洗涤剂组合物包含作为过氧化合物的碱金属过碳酸盐。在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含5-60重量%,优选地5-30重量%,更优选地5-25重量%,最优选地10-20重量%碱金属过碳酸盐。合适的碱金属过碳酸酯为例如过碳酸钠和过碳酸钾。
虽然已知使用Mn和Fe作为过氧化催化剂,但是提供呈根据式(I)的络合物形式的金属具有如提高络合物的活性和稳定性的若干优点。具体地说,在Mn络合物的情况下,配体L帮助提高金属的溶解性。
在特别优选的实例中,过氧化催化剂为下式(II)的双核络合物:

洗涤剂组合物可包含0.0005-0.12重量%的呈过氧化催化剂络合物形式的金属M,优选地0.001-0.05重量%。
在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含:
碱金属碳酸盐,
包含MGDA和任选地GLDA和/或碱金属三聚磷酸盐的螯合剂,
碱金属过碳酸盐,和
选自式(XIX)或(XX)的化合物的过氧化催化剂,
其中螯合剂与碱金属过碳酸盐的摩尔比在2.0到2.5的范围内。
在另一个实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含:
35-45重量%碳酸钠,
20-25重量%碱金属三聚磷酸盐,
5-15重量%MGDA,
2-6重量%GLDA,
10-20重量%过碳酸钠,和
0.01-0.05重量%的式(XIX)或(XX)的过氧化催化剂,
其中三聚磷酸钠、MGDA和GLDA的总量与过碳酸钠的摩尔比在2.0到2.5的范围内。
本发明的组合物洗涤剂可进一步包含选自以下组成的列表的化合物中的至少一种:表面活性剂、活化剂、附加螯合/多价螯合剂、硅酸盐、洗涤剂填充剂或结合剂、消泡剂、抗再沉积剂、酶、染料、气味剂和其混合物。
可在本发明组合物中使用各种表面活性剂,如阴离子、非离子、阳离子以及两性离子表面活性剂。非离子表面活性剂为特别优选的。洗涤剂组合物可包含0.5-20重量%表面活性剂,优选地1-15重量%,最优选地1.5-5重量%。在优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物包含1.5-5重量%非离子表面活性剂。

如果洗涤剂组合物旨在用于自动餐具洗涤或器皿洗涤机器中,那么如果使用任何表面活性剂,所选择的表面活性剂可为当在餐具洗涤或器皿洗涤机器内部使用时提供可接受水平的发泡的那些。应理解,用于自动餐具洗涤或器皿洗涤机器中的器皿洗涤组合物通常认为是低泡组合物。
洗涤剂组合物可包含活化剂以进一步提高过碳酸盐的活性。除过氧化催化剂之外使用此类活化剂。合适的活化剂包括钠-4-苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸盐(SBOBS);N,N,N',N'-四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED);1-甲基-2-苯甲酰氧基苯-4-磺酸钠;4-甲基-3-苯甲酰氧基苯甲酸钠;SPCC三甲基铵甲苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸盐;壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠、3,5,5,-三甲基己酰氧基苯磺酸钠;五乙酰基葡萄糖(PAG);辛酰基四乙酰基葡萄糖以及苯甲酰基四乙酰基葡萄糖。洗涤剂组合物可包含浓度为1-8重量%,优选地2-5重量%的活化剂或活化剂的混合物。
除MGDA、GLDA和碱金属三聚磷酸盐之外,洗涤剂组合物可包含附加螯合/多价螯合。
合适的附加螯合/多价螯合剂为例如柠檬酸盐、氨基羧酸(除MGDA或GLDA之外)、缩合磷酸盐(除碱金属三聚磷酸盐之外)、膦酸盐和聚丙烯酸盐。一般来说,螯合剂为能够与通常存在于天然水中的金属离子配位(即,结合)来防止金属离子干扰清洁组合物的其它清洁剂成分的作用的分子。一般来说,螯合/多价螯合剂通常可被称作增效剂的类型。螯合/多价螯合剂当以有效量包括时还可用作阈值剂。
洗涤剂组合物可包括0.1-20重量%,优选地0.1-10重量%,更优选地0.1-5重量%附加螯合/多价螯合剂。在另一个实施例中,洗涤剂组合物不包含任何附加螯合/多价螯合剂以最大限度地减少这类试剂的使用。
合适的氨基羧酸包括例如N-羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸、次氮基三乙酸(NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、N-羟乙基-乙二胺四乙酸(HEDTA)以及二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)。
缩合磷酸盐的实例包括正磷酸钠和正磷酸钾、焦磷酸钠和焦磷酸钾、六偏磷酸钠等。缩合磷酸盐还可在有限的程度上通过将存在于组合物中的游离水固定为水合水而有助于凝固组合物。
组合物可包括膦酸盐,如1-羟基乙烷-1,1-二膦酸CH3C(OH)[PO(OH)2]2(HEDP);氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)N[CH2PO(OH)2]3;氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)钠盐(NaO)(HO)P(OCH2N[CH2PO(ONa)2]2);2-羟乙基亚氨基双(亚甲基膦酸)HOCH2CH2N[CH2PO(OH)2]2;二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(HO)2POCH2N[CH2CH2N[CH2PO(OH)2]2]2;二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)钠盐C9H(28-x)N3NaxO15P5(x=7);六亚甲基二胺(四亚甲基膦酸)钾盐C10H(28-x)N2KxO12P4(x=6);双(六亚甲基)三胺(五亚甲基膦酸)(HO2)POCH2N[(CH2)6N[CH2PO(OH)2]2]2;和磷酸H3PO3。
优选的膦酸盐为1-羟基亚乙基-1,1-二膦酸(HEDP)、氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)(ATMP)和二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTPMP)。
优选的是在添加到混合物中之前经过中和的或碱性膦酸盐、或膦酸盐与碱金属源的组合,使得当添加膦酸盐时存在极少的或不存在通过中和反应产生的热量或气体。膦酸盐可包含有机膦酸的钾盐(膦酸钾)。膦酸材料的钾盐可通过在固体洗涤剂的制造期间中用氢氧化钾水溶液中和膦酸来形成。膦酸多价螯合剂可以适当比例与氢氧化钾溶液组合以提供化学计量的氢氧化钾以中和膦酸。可使用浓度为约1wt%到约50wt%的氢氧化钾。膦酸可溶解或悬浮于水性介质,并且出于中和目的氢氧化钾可随后添加到膦酸。
螯合/多价螯合剂还可为可用作增效剂形式的水调节聚合物。示例性水调节聚合物包括阴离子聚合物,具体地说聚羧酸盐。可用作水调节聚合物的示例性聚羧酸盐包括聚丙烯酸、顺丁烯二酸/烯烃共聚物、丙烯酸/顺丁烯二酸共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、水解的聚丙烯酰胺、水解的聚甲基丙烯酰胺、水解的聚酰胺-甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物、水解的聚丙烯腈、水解的聚甲基丙烯腈以及水解的丙烯腈-甲基丙烯腈共聚物。
洗涤剂组合物可包括量为0.1-20重量%,优选地0.2-5重量%的水调节聚合物。
硅酸盐同样可包括在洗涤剂组合物中。硅酸盐通过形成能容易被冲掉的沉淀来软化水。它们通常具有润湿和乳化特性,并且充当针对如酸性污垢的酸性化合物的缓冲剂。另外,硅酸盐可通过合成洗涤剂和复合磷酸盐来抑制不锈钢和铝的腐蚀。特别合适的硅酸盐为偏硅酸钠,它可为无水或水合的。洗涤剂组合物可包含1-10重量%硅酸盐。
组合物可包括有效量的洗涤剂填充剂或结合剂。适用于本发明组合物中的洗涤剂填充剂或粘合剂的实例包括硫酸钠、氯化钠、淀粉、糖以及C1-C10烷二醇,如丙二醇。洗涤剂填充剂可包括1-20重量%,优选地3-15重量%的量。
用于降低泡沫稳定性的消泡剂还可包括在组合物中以降低发泡。当包括消泡剂时,消泡剂可以0.01-15重量%的量提供。
合适的消泡剂包括例如环氧乙烷/丙烯嵌段共聚物,如可以名称Pluronic N-3获得的那些;硅氧烷化合物,如分散于聚二甲基硅氧烷中的二氧化硅、聚二甲基硅氧烷以及官能化聚二甲基硅氧烷;脂肪酰胺;烃蜡;脂肪酸;脂肪酯;脂肪醇;脂肪酸皂;乙氧基化物;矿物油;聚乙二醇酯;以及磷酸烷基酯,如磷酸单十八烷基酯。
组合物可包括有助于污垢持久悬浮在清洁溶液中并且防止已被去除的污垢再沉积到所清洁的衬底上的抗再沉积剂。合适的抗再沉积剂的实例包括脂肪酸酰胺、碳氟化合物表面活性剂、络合磷酸酯、苯乙烯顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物和纤维素衍生物,如羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素等。抗再沉积剂可以0.5-10重量%,优选地1-5重量%的量包括。
组合物可包括酶,所述酶提供用于去除蛋白质类、碳水化合物类或三酸甘油酯类污垢的所期望的活性。虽然不限制本发明,但是适合于清洁组合物的酶可通过降解或改变陶器上所存在的一种或多种类型的污垢残留物而起作用,从而去除污垢或使得污垢更容易被表面活性剂或清洁组合物的其它组分去除。合适的酶包括任何合适来源(如植物、动物、细菌、真菌或酵母来源)的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、葡糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化酶或其混合物。洗涤剂组合物可包含1-30重量%酶,优选地2-15重量%,更优选地3-10重量%,最优选地4-8重量%。
可在组合物中包括各种染料、气味剂(包括香料)以及其它美感增强剂。可包括染料来改变组合物的外观,例如直接蓝86(Miles)、Fastusol蓝(莫贝化学公司(MobayChemical Corp.))、酸性橙7(美国氰胺(American Cyanamid))、碱性紫10(山德士(Sandoz))、酸性黄23(GAF)、酸性黄17(西格玛化学)、草绿(Sap Green)(Keyston Analineand Chemical)、间胺黄(Keystone Analine and Chemical)、酸性蓝9(希尔顿·戴维斯公司(Hilton Davis))、山德兰蓝(Sandolan Blue)/酸性蓝182(山德士)、Hisol坚牢红(开普妥颜料和化学公司(Capitol Color and Chemical))、荧光素(开普妥颜料和化学公司)以及酸性绿25(汽巴-嘉基公司(Ciba-Geigy))。
可包括在组合物中的芳香剂或香料包括例如萜类化合物,如香茅醇;醛,如戊基肉桂醛;茉莉,如C1S-茉莉或乙酸苯甲酯,和香草醛。
洗涤剂组合物可例如以固体、粉末、液体或凝胶形式提供。优选地,,洗涤剂组合物以固体或粉末的形式提供。
用于形成洗涤剂组合物的组分可包括水性介质(如水)作为加工助剂。预期水性介质将帮助向组分提供期望粘度以便加工。另外,预期当期望使洗涤剂组合物成型为固体时,水性介质可有助于凝固过程。当洗涤剂组合物作为固体提供时,其可例如以块或团粒的形式提供。预期块将具有至少约5克的大小,并且可包括大于约50克的大小。预期洗涤剂组合物将包括量为1-50重量%,优选地2-20重量%的水。
当经加工形成洗涤剂组合物的组分被加工成块时,预期通过挤出技术或浇铸技术加工组分。一般来说,当组分通过挤出技术加工时,据相信,与浇铸技术进行比较,洗涤剂组合物可包括相对较小量的水作为加工助剂。一般来说,当通过挤出制备固体时,预期洗涤剂组合物可含有2-10重量%水。当通过浇铸制备固体时,预期水的量为20-40重量%。
在第二方面中,本发明还涉及如上所述的洗涤剂组合物作为器皿洗涤洗涤剂的用途。优选地,洗涤剂组合物用于去除茶和咖啡污渍。
优选地,洗涤剂组合物以0.1-10g/l,优选地0.5-5g/l,最优选地1-1.5g/l的浓度稀释以提供使用溶液。
在特别优选的实施例中,洗涤剂组合物在20-85℃,优选地50-75℃的温度下用作器皿洗涤用洗涤剂。
实施例
以下实施例通过测试从瓷砖去除茶污垢来说明本发明。
瓷砖(5.1×15.2cm白色,玻璃瓷砖)根据以下程序用茶污垢(Lipton品牌茶)染渍。将硬度>249.9mg/l CaCO3的硬水加热到>71℃。随后将茶混合到热硬水中。瓷砖随后浸入茶中1min,并且随后取出1min以干燥。重复此程序直到形成污渍,这通常在25次循环之后。随后瓷砖在室温下固化48h。此时瓷砖准备好用于测试。
在标准自动洗碗机中进行清洁测试。通过以肉眼比较在一次完整清洁循环之后留在瓷砖上的污垢的量与在清洁程序之前在瓷砖上的污垢的量来评估清洁效率。污渍去除的百分比通过扫描测试瓷砖的图像分析定量。结果根据表1评级:

等级5被认为是极佳结果。等级4(至少80%污渍去除)被认为是可接受的清洁性能。
通过将洗涤剂组合物以期望的使用浓度装入洗涤罐进行清洁性能测试。除非另外指出,否则在下文中的全部量分别以重量%或ppm重量给出。
在第一实验中,测试将过碳酸钠和过氧化催化剂双(N,N',N”-三甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷)-三氧杂-二锰(IV)二(六氟磷酸根)单水合物(Dragon PF6)的混合物添加到苏打灰、Trilon M(甲基甘氨酸二乙酸的三钠盐)、STPP和GLDA的混合物的影响。结果在表2中示出。

此第一实验示出与仅含有螯合剂的配方相比,当过碳酸钠和催化剂与螯合剂组合时可实现更佳的茶污渍去除性能。
在第二实验中,在存在800ppm重量碳酸钠和40ppm重量非离子表面活性剂(聚氧化丙烯-聚氧化乙烯嵌段共聚物,Pluronic 25R2)的情况下测试添加150ppm过碳酸钠和0.025ppm Dragon PF6对改变Trilon M的浓度的影响。结果在表3中示出。

此第二实验示出,为了令人满意的污渍去除,需要425ppm Trilon M的使用浓度。相比之下,通过添加150ppm过碳酸钠和0.025ppm Dragon PF6,在低到375ppm的Trilon M的浓度下已经可实现良好污渍去除。
在第三实验中,在存在800ppm过碳酸钠的情况下测试过碳酸钠、Dragon PF6和Trilon M的不同浓度的影响。结果在表4中示出。

第三实验示出对于可接受的污渍去除(等级4或更高)需要至少400ppm Trilon M或至少400ppm过碳酸钠的浓度。然而,当组合350ppm Trilon M与200ppm过碳酸钠(对应于1.015的螯合剂与过碳酸盐的摩尔比)时,也可实现良好结果。这表明在螯合剂和过碳酸盐之间的协同效应。
Claims (13)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
15-80%的碱金属碳酸盐,
10-35%的作为螯合剂的甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸N,N-二乙酸和碱金属三聚磷酸盐的混合物,5-60%的碱金属过碳酸盐,和
下式的过氧化催化剂:
其中L1和L2可为独立配体或其中L1和L2可组合成单个分子,且L1和L2独立地为含有与所述金属M配位的至少三个氮原子的有机配体;
M为Mn或Fe;
每个X独立地为选自以下的配位或桥接基团:H2O、OH-、SH-、HO2 -、O2-、O2 2-、S2-、F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、NO2 -、SO4 2-、SO3 2-、PO4 3-、N3 -、CN-、NR3、NCS-、RCN、RS-、RCO2 -、RO-和其中R为氢或C1-C6烷基;
Y为抗衡离子;和
其中,螯合剂与碱金属过碳酸盐的摩尔比在1.8-3.4的范围内,其中所述摩尔比基于甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、谷氨酸N,N-二乙酸和碱金属三聚磷酸盐的总摩尔量计算;和为了计算所述摩尔比的目的,假设碱金属过碳酸盐具有式2(M2CO3)·3H2O2,其中M为碱金属。
2.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含至多28重量%的碱金属三聚磷酸盐。
3.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含5-30重量%的碱金属过碳酸盐。
4.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物当以1g/l的浓度稀释在蒸馏水中时提供至少8的pH。
6.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中Y选自Cl-、Br-、I-、NO3 -、ClO4 -、NCS-、BPh4 -、BF4 -、PF6 -、R2-SO3 -、R2-SO4 -和R2-CO2 -,其中R2为氢或C1-C4烷基。
7.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.0005-0.12重量%的呈过氧化催化剂络合物形式的所述金属M。
8.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包含选自以下的化合物中的至少一种:表面活性剂、活化剂、附加的螯合/多价螯合剂、硅酸盐、洗涤剂填充剂或结合剂、消泡剂、抗再沉积剂、酶、染料、气味剂和其混合物。
9.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其进一步包含1.5-5重量%的非离子表面活性剂。
10.权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其进一步包含0.1-5重量%的附加的螯合/多价螯合剂。
11.权利要求1-10中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物作为用于去除茶和咖啡污垢的器皿洗涤的洗涤剂的用途。
12.权利要求11所述的用途,其中所述洗涤剂组合物被稀释以提供浓度为0.1-10g/l的使用溶液。
13.权利要求11-12中任一项所述的用途,其中所述洗涤剂组合物在20-85℃的温度下使用。
