Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括润滑剂组合物的低摩擦滑动机构,所述润滑剂组合物含有聚亚烷基二醇和酸性含氧有机化合物。
背景技术
用于机器的润滑剂需要具有更高的耐磨性和节省燃料的特性。越来越多的机器,尤其用于机动车组件的需要具有节省燃料特性的机器已开始采用DLC膜用于滑动组件。已使用油性试剂(如酯、脂肪酸和胺)作为提供降低摩擦效果的添加剂,如JP-A-2005-68171中所报导。
根据一些报导(“脉冲激光沉积类金刚石碳的摩擦感应相变(Friction inducedphase transformation of pulsed laser deposited diamond-like carbon)”A.A.Voevodin等人,《金刚石和相关材料》5(1996)1264-1269;和“热退火对DLC涂层的摩擦特性和腐蚀特性的影响(Effect of Thermal Annealing on Tribological andCorrosion Properties of DLC Coatings)”Linlin Wang、X.Nie和Xin Hu,《材料工程与材料性能杂志(Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance)》第22(10)卷,2013年10月,3093-3100),摩擦使得DLC表面碳化(sp2增加)并因此软化。鉴于此,需要在存在DLC膜的情况下导致更高的降低摩擦效果的更高节省燃料特性。如果摩擦系数较低,那么摩擦产热降低,进而抑止因DLC表面上的摩擦而导致的报告碳化(sp2增加)和表面的所得软化。这样可以使得DLC具有更高的耐磨性。另外,较低的耐磨性导致DLC中或DLC部分与所述DLC部分下方的构件之间的应力更小,进而抑止DLC膜的分离问题。这样使得DLC润滑系统能够持续较长时间。
发明内容
本发明已考虑到这种情况,且其目标是通过进一步降低摩擦来使DLC润滑系统维持较长时间。
作为实现以上目标的一致研究结果,本发明人已发现由形成于DLC膜与金属之间的无灰摩擦改性剂获得的吸附物变成更有效于通过添加主要含有聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)的高级醇来降低摩擦的材料,且这样提供PAG和无灰摩擦改性剂,尤其酸性含氧有机化合物的协同效应。
具体实施方式
本发明的一方面是一种低摩擦滑动机构,包括在经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)与滑动构件(B)之间的滑动平面上的润滑剂组合物。经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)通过用含有10原子%或更少的氢的类金刚石碳(DLC)涂布基底材料来形成。滑动构件(B)包括至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:金属材料、非金属材料和具有涂布有薄膜的表面的金属或非金属涂布材料。润滑剂组合物含有碱性油(C)、PAG(D)和具有大于1mg KOH/g的酸值的酸性含氧有机化合物(E)。
优选地,类金刚石碳容纳0.5原子%或更少的氢。
本发明的另一实施例是一种低摩擦滑动机构,包括在经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)与滑动构件(B)之间的滑动平面上的润滑剂组合物。在这个实施例中,经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)通过用不含氢的a-C类金刚石碳涂布基底材料来形成。滑动构件(B)包括至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:金属材料、非金属材料和具有涂布有薄膜的表面的金属或非金属涂布材料。润滑剂组合物含有碱性油(C)、PAG(D)和具有大于1mg KOH/g的酸值的酸性含氧有机化合物(E)。
优选地在本发明的低摩擦滑动机构中,滑动构件(B)的金属材料是至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:含有铁的材料、含有铝合金的材料和含有镁合金的材料。经涂布材料通过涂布有至少一种类别的选自DLC和陶瓷组成的组的材料的薄膜来形成。
另外优选地,PAG(D)是选自以下组成的组的至少一种类别:聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇和聚丁二醇。PAG(D)具有200到10,000的重均分子量。
在本发明的一实施例中,PAG(D)按润滑剂组合物的全部量计以0.1到20.0%范围内的量存在。
优选地,酸性含氧有机化合物(E)具有8到1,000的碳数。
另外优选地,酸性含氧有机化合物(E)的酸值为1.2mg KOH/g或更大。
优选地,在本发明的低摩擦滑动机构中,润滑剂组合物含有按全部润滑剂组合物计呈0.05到5.0%范围内的量的酸性含氧有机化合物(E)。另外优选的是酸性含氧有机化合物(E)含有选自以下组成的组的至少一种类别:醇、酯、醚、酮、醛、碳酸盐和其衍生物。
本发明还提供一种包括如本文所描述的低摩擦滑动机构的润滑系统。
根据本发明的各方面中的任一种,降低DLC摩擦的功能可以进一步通过将酸性含氧有机化合物添加到具有添加到碱性油中的PAG的系统中来提高。
Claims (10)
1.一种低摩擦滑动机构,包含在经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)与滑动构件(B)之间的滑动平面的润滑剂组合物,其中:所述经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)是通过用含有10原子%或更少的氢的类金刚石碳涂布基底材料来形成的;所述滑动构件(B)包括至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:金属材料、非金属材料和具有涂布有薄膜的表面的金属或非金属涂布材料;且所述润滑剂组合物含有碱性油(C)、PAG(D)和具有大于1mg KOH/g的酸值的酸性含氧有机化合物(E)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中所述类金刚石碳含有0.5原子%或更少的氢。
3.一种低摩擦滑动机构,包含在经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)与滑动构件(B)之间的滑动平面上的润滑剂组合物,其中:所述经DLC涂布的滑动构件(A)通过用不含氢的a-C类金刚石碳涂布基底材料来形成;所述滑动构件(B)包括至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:金属材料、非金属材料和具有涂布有薄膜的表面的金属或非金属涂布材料;且所述润滑剂组合物含有碱性油(C)、PAG(D)和具有大于1mg KOH/g的酸值的酸性含氧有机化合物(E)。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中:所述滑动构件(B)的所述金属材料是至少一种类别的选自以下组成的组的材料:含有铁的材料、含有铝合金的材料和含有镁合金的材料;且所述经涂布材料通过涂布有至少一种类别的选自DLC和陶瓷组成的组的材料的所述薄膜来形成。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中:所述PAG(D)是选自以下组成的组的至少一种类别:聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇和聚丁二醇,以及
所述PAG(D)具有200到10,000的重均分子量。
6.根据权利要求1到5中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中所述PAG(D)按所述润滑剂组合物的全部量计以0.1到20.0%范围内的量存在。
7.根据权利要求1到6中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中所述酸性含氧有机化合物(E)具有8到1,000的碳数。
8.根据权利要求1到7中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中所述酸性含氧有机化合物(E)的所述酸值是1.2mg KOH/g或更大。
9.根据权利要求1到7中任一项所述的低摩擦滑动机构,其中所述润滑剂组合物含有按所述润滑剂组合物的所述全部量计呈0.05到5.0%范围内的量的所述酸性含氧有机化合物(E),且所述酸性含氧有机化合物(E)含有选自以下组成的组的至少一种类别:醇、酯、醚、酮、醛、碳酸盐和其衍生物。
10.一种润滑系统,包含根据权利要求1到9中任一项的低摩擦滑动机构。
