优选地,装配设备应当能够与保险杠的不同规格,尤其是保险杠的不同的纵轴线和传感器支架彼此间的以及相对保险杠的中间轴线的不同的间距相匹配。
本发明的任务利用如下装配设备来解决,该装配任务用于在挤压压力的作用下同时将多个传感器支架与保险杠焊连,其中,保险杠具有相对竖直线镜像对称的水平线,所述水平线具有保险杠长度,沿着所述水平线,孔被引入到保险杠中,在所述孔周围能够同时焊接各一个传感器支架,并且传感器支架分别由具有柱体轴线的空心柱体和与此垂直地构造的装配板形成,该装配设备包含工作台,所述工作台与容纳部连接,所述容纳部针对保险杠来设计,从而使孔分别保持在焊接位置中,并且所述工作台与能朝容纳部进给的加工单元连接,所述加工单元具有与所存在的焊接位置相同数量的焊接工具,并且所述焊接工具在机架的工作位置中分别与其中一个焊接位置相对置地定位,其特征在于,加工单元包含具有机架长度的机架,在所述机架上面安装有分别具有间隔件轴线的间隔件,所述间隔件轴线在工作位置中垂直地指向所述容纳部,其中,在所述间隔件的自由端部上安装有压紧装置,并且焊接工具分别由至少一个自由辐射的二极管激光器形成,所述二极管激光器在压紧装置上方分别布置在其中一个间隔件上,压紧装置分别具有用于导入到其中一个传感器支架的空心柱体中的保持器和用于贴靠到所述传感器支架的装配板上的压紧元件,其中,所述压紧元件对于由至少一个二极管激光器输出的激光辐射来说至少是局部透明的。

具体实施方式
为了开发根据本发明的装配设备,通过保险杠1和传感器支架2的形状、规格和材料来预设框架条件。
保险杠1(参见图1)如开头说明的那样是大面积的三维的合成材料部件。基于装配在车辆上的保险杠1的典型的空间位置地,该保险杠在高度上具有竖直线1.0,并且在主要通过车辆的宽度来确定的保险杠长度lS上具有水平线1.3,该水平线作为水平平面与装配在车辆上的保险杠1的交线。相对于竖直线1.0地,保险杠1对称地构造。
尽管保险杠在其设计中可能有所不同,但不同的车辆的保险杠1却具有水平线1.3的至少几乎相同的形状。该形状在中间件1.1上是平的或最多稍微凸出地拱曲,中间件终止于两个通常相对中间件1.1折弯的端部件1.2。中间件1.1的长度和两个端部件1.2的长度(这两个长度共同形成保险杠长度lS)以及端部件1.2分别与中间件1.1所夹成的角度可能在尺寸上有偏差,如这些车辆的宽度和形状可能会彼此有偏差。保险杠1通常由合成材料制成,因此,它们非常适合用于借助透射焊接法来将构件紧固在它们上。
为了将传感器紧固在保险杠1上,相应于传感器的所设置的数量和所设置的定位地将孔1.4引入到保险杠1中,传感器支架2分别在焊接位置4.1中安装在孔后面或孔中。
利用根据本发明的设备应当将传感器支架2布置并焊连在如此预制的保险杠1中。
传感器支架2由具有柱体轴线2.1.1的空心柱体2.1和包围该空心柱体2.1的、与之垂直地布置的装配板2.2构成。它们要么完全地要么部分地至少在装配板2.2的部分区域中由对于激光辐射来说透明的材料制成。
根据本发明的装配设备匹配于这些框架条件。
不依赖于各种不同的可能的实施方式地,装配设备具有工作台3,其具有位于其上面或其上的针对保险杠1的容纳部4并且具有能够被进给到容纳部4上的机架5。
术语工作台3在此在广义上理解为基座,容纳部4相对于该机座固定地布置,并且加工单元9能朝容纳部4的方向在静止定位与工作位置之间运动地布置。
工作台3和容纳部4原则上对于装配设备的运行来说是必要的,但不必强制性地被认为属于装配设备。
装配设备的核心件由加工单元9形成。它包含有具有机架长度lG的机架5和与所给定的焊接位置4.1数量相等的间隔件7,并且使这些间隔件在机架5的工作位置中分别与其中一个焊接位置4.1相对置地定位。
在间隔件7上存有进行自由辐射的二极管激光器6。
当机架5位于工作位置中时,机架5沿位于容纳部4中的保险杠1的水平线1.3的方向的伸展尺寸理解为机架长度lG
焊接位置4.1分别是在容纳部4上的定位,在安放好保险杠1的情况下,孔1.4位于这些定位中,传感器支架2朝这些孔取向地被焊接上,从而使孔轴线相对传感器支架2的柱体轴线2.1.1对齐地布置。有利地,空心柱体2.1以略小于孔1.4的内直径的外直径探伸穿过装配板2.2,从而使传感器支架2能导入到孔1.4中。孔1.4原则上从竖直线1.0出发以预设的间距沿着水平线1.3镜像对称地引入。这些间距对于不同的车辆的保险杠1来说可能有所不同。它们在数量上也可能有所不同。典型地装配有四个或六个传感器支架2。水平线1.3不必强制性地是将保险杠1沿纵向划分成等宽的部分的中间线,这是因为保险杠1现如今几乎不相对水平线1.3对称地构造。
安装在机架5上的间隔件7分别具有间隔件轴线7.1,沿着间隔件轴线朝其自由端部依次安装有在一个放射平面中的一个或两个二极管激光器6和压紧装置8。
压紧装置8分别具有用于导入到其中一个传感器支架2的空心柱体2.1中的保持器8.1,优选为定心销;和用于贴靠到传感器支架的装配板2.2上的压紧元件8.2,其中,压紧元件8.2至少局部对于从二极管激光器6输出的激光辐射来说是透明的。
传感器支架2在加工单元9的静止定位中通过如下方式经由保持器8.1容纳,即,传感器支架借助空心柱体2.1插接到保持器上。在此时,压紧元件8.2安置到传感器支架2的装配板2.2上。相对间隔件轴线7.1对齐的传感器支架2的柱体轴线2.1.1和保持器8.1的轴线重合,并且在加工单元9的工作位置中垂直地延伸穿过孔1.4的中心点。
在工作位置中,加工单元9被压向容纳部4,其中,压紧元件8.2直接被压到传感器支架2的装配板2.2上,从而使传感器支架以对于焊连来说需要的按压力被压到保持在容纳部4中的保险杠1上。为了使由二极管激光器6发射的激光辐射可以撞击到装配板2.2上,压紧元件8.2在部分区域中对于激光辐射来说是可穿透的。这些部分区域可以由透明的材料或通过窗口来形成,其具有或没有位于内部的格栅结构。为了完全利用激光辐射来照亮这些部分区域,二极管激光器6理论上可以利用相匹配的开口来面式地放射,然而这却要求具有非常高的激光功率。实际上,使用激光二极管的行布置来作为二极管激光器6,该行布置放射引导经过部分区域的激光线。为此目的,二极管激光器6能水平运动地安装在间隔件7上。相应于图2和图3所示的针对压紧装置8的实施例地,两个二极管激光器6要么能线性地沿垂直于行布置的取向的方向运动,要么二极管激光器6能围绕间隔件轴线7.1转动,以便在这两种情况下扫过在其中将传感器支架2与保险杠1焊连的面。
间隔件7分别具有如下长度,其允许所有被插接的传感器支架2同时安置到保险杠1上。
有利地,压紧装置8相对于间隔件7弹性地安装,由此能够灵敏地提高进给行程上的按压力并且补偿公差。
间隔件7也可以有利地在其长度上能够例如通过作为伸缩杆的实施方案来改变,以便使加工单元9匹配于不同的保险杠1,在其中,水平线1.3与直线有偏差。
间隔件7也可以完全或部分地由升降缸形成。尤其是机电式的升降缸适用于此,但是液压式的或气动式的缸也适用于此,利用它们能够沿间隔件轴线7.1的方向产生压力。
为了能够加工不同的保险杠1,容纳部4能更换成分别在其轮廓方面匹配于其他保险杠1的其他的容纳部4,从而使保险杠1至少在孔1.4周围的区域中平放,并且使容纳部4在通过加工单元9进行按压时作为支座起作用。机架5相应地在其机架长度lG方面是能改变的,以便使机架能够分别匹配于不同的容纳部4,其中,间隔件7安装在机架上或利用机架5彼此能移动地安装。
在最简单的情况下,如图1所示,机架5可以由中间杆5.1.1和两个相对于中间杆5.1.1折弯地布置的端部杆5.1.2形成,其中,中间杆5.1.1和端部杆5.1.2也可以一体式地制成。于是,仅通过如下方式就能实现加工单元9与不同的保险杠1的匹配,即,间隔件7沿着机架长度lG在不同的定位上安装在机架5上,这些定位相应于相应的焊接位置4.1。
有利地,中间杆5.1.1与端部杆5.1.2分别经由转向铰接件5.1.3连接,由此考虑到了保险杠1的常见的形状,保险杠部分地具有强烈折弯的端部件1.2,在这些端部件中同样设置有用于装配传感器支架2的孔1.4。经由对中间杆5.1.1分别与端部杆5.1.2所夹成的角度的调节实现了指向端部杆5.1.2的间隔件轴线7.1在工作位置中垂直于保险杠1地延伸。
替选地,如在图4中所示,机架5可以为了灵活地匹配于不同的保险杠1而通过伸缩杆系统形成:在简单的实施方案中,代替中间杆5.1.1地,机架5具有伸缩杆,其由三个杆形成,即中间的空心柱体杆5.2.1和两个在该中间的空心柱体杆中相反地同轴引导的柱体杆5.2.2。代替端部杆5.1.2地,机架具有分别带有两个杆(即空心柱体杆5.2.1和在该空心柱体杆内引导的柱体杆5.2.2)的伸缩杆。伸缩杆也可以分别由多于两个或三个相互引导的杆形成。通过将间隔件7分别安装在其中一个杆中的方式能够使它们在机架5内部以彼此间不同的间距移动,并且因此在其定位中匹配于保险杠1的不同的孔定位并且进而匹配于不同的焊接位置4.1。
有利地,其中一个伸缩杆的其中一个杆分别折弯,或具有能调节的转向铰接件5.1.3。替选地,伸缩杆有利地经由转向铰接件5.1.3彼此连接。

Claims (7)

1.一种装配设备,其用于在挤压压力的作用下同时将多个传感器支架(2)与保险杠(1)焊连,其中,所述保险杠(1)具有相对竖直线(1.0)镜像对称的水平线(1.3),所述水平线具有保险杠长度(lS),沿着所述水平线,孔(1.4)被引入到所述保险杠(1)中,在所述孔周围能够同时焊接各一个传感器支架(2),并且所述传感器支架(2)分别由具有柱体轴线(2.1.1)的空心柱体(2.1)和与此垂直地构造的装配板(2.2)形成,
所述装配设备包含工作台(3),所述工作台与容纳部(4)连接,所述容纳部针对所述保险杠(1)来设计,从而使所述孔(1.4)分别保持在焊接位置(4.1)中,并且所述工作台与能朝所述容纳部(4)进给的加工单元(9)连接,所述加工单元具有与所存在的焊接位置(4.1)相同数量的焊接工具,并且所述焊接工具在机架(5)的工作位置中分别与其中一个焊接位置(4.1)相对置地定位,
其特征在于,
所述加工单元(9)包含具有机架长度(lG)的机架(5),在所述机架上面安装有分别具有间隔件轴线(7.1)的间隔件(7),所述间隔件轴线在工作位置中垂直地指向所述容纳部(4),
其中,在所述间隔件(7)的自由端部上安装有压紧装置(8),并且所述焊接工具分别由至少一个自由辐射的二极管激光器(6)形成,所述二极管激光器在所述压紧装置(8)上方分别布置在其中一个间隔件(7)上,
所述压紧装置(8)分别具有用于导入到其中一个传感器支架(2)的空心柱体(2.1)中的保持器(8.1)和用于贴靠到所述传感器支架的装配板(2.2)上的压紧元件(8.2),其中,所述压紧元件(8.2)对于由至少一个二极管激光器(6)输出的激光辐射来说至少是局部透明的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述压紧装置(8)相对于所述间隔件(7)弹性地安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述容纳部(4)能够通过匹配于具有其他的保险杠长度(lS)的其他保险杠(1)的其他的容纳部(4)来更换,并且所述机架(5)能够在其机架长度(lG)方面被改变,其中,所述间隔件(7)安装在机架(5)上或利用机架以能调节的方式安装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述机架(5)由中间杆(5.1.1)和两个相对于所述中间杆(5.1.1)折弯地布置的端部杆(5.1.2)形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述中间杆(5.1.1)与所述端部杆(5.1.2)分别经由转向铰接件(5.1.3)连接。
6.根据权利要求3所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述机架(5)由伸缩杆系统形成,所述伸缩杆系统包括多个伸缩杆,其中,每个伸缩杆包括空心柱体杆(5.2.1)和至少一个在所述空心柱体杆中受引导的柱体杆(5.2.2)形成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装配设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆分别经由能调节的转向铰接件(5.1.3)彼此连接。
