Abstract
本发明公开一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理40‑50min;(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理3‑5小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布。本发明提供的一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的耐污无纺布表面含有大量的氟元素,表面能较低,可有效的降低污渍在其表面的附着力,有效的提升了无纺布的防污性能,但是不会影响无纺布的过滤性能。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制备技术领域,具体涉及一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是属于粗过滤到精过滤之间最广泛应用的一种过滤材料。采用无纺布过滤分离固体颗粒是通过孔径与固体颗粒间产生的各种不同的物理运动来完成的。但是经过过滤处理后的无纺布,表面积聚较多的污渍,并且较难除去。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理40-50min,其中改性液A由以下重量份的组分制成:无水乙醇36-40份、聚乙醇胺3-4份、碘化钾4-6份、水8-10份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理3-5小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布,其中改性液B由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸六氟丁酯36-48份、异丙醇55-60份、过氧化二苯甲酰0.1-0.6份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,臭氧处理时,臭氧的浓度为30g/m3,臭氧处理的时间为20min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,改性液A处理时的温度为88-92℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,改性液B处理时的温度为85-90℃。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的耐污无纺布表面含有大量的氟元素,表面能较低,可有效的降低污渍在其表面的附着力,有效的提升了无纺布的防污性能,但是不会影响无纺布的过滤性能。步骤(1)中,先在无纺布的表面附着羟基,然后再在引发剂的作用下,在无纺布的表面接枝丙烯酸六氟丁酯,使得无纺布的表面积聚了大量的氟元素,进而有效的提升了无纺布的耐污性能。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些举例性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
实施例1
一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理40min,其中改性液A由以下重量份的组分制成:无水乙醇36份、聚乙醇胺3份、碘化钾4份、水8份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理3小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布,其中改性液B由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸六氟丁酯36份、异丙醇55份、过氧化二苯甲酰0.1份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,臭氧处理时,臭氧的浓度为30g/m3,臭氧处理的时间为20min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,改性液A处理时的温度为88℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,改性液B处理时的温度为85℃。
实施例2
一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理45min,其中改性液A由以下重量份的组分制成:无水乙醇38份、聚乙醇胺3份、碘化钾5份、水9份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理4小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布,其中改性液B由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸六氟丁酯40份、异丙醇58份、过氧化二苯甲酰0.3份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,臭氧处理时,臭氧的浓度为30g/m3,臭氧处理的时间为20min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,改性液A处理时的温度为90℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,改性液B处理时的温度为88℃。
实施例3
一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理50min,其中改性液A由以下重量份的组分制成:无水乙醇40份、聚乙醇胺4份、碘化钾6份、水10份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理5小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布,其中改性液B由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸六氟丁酯48份、异丙醇60份、过氧化二苯甲酰0.6份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,臭氧处理时,臭氧的浓度为30g/m3,臭氧处理的时间为20min。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,改性液A处理时的温度为92℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,改性液B处理时的温度为90℃。

1.一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的无纺布采用乙醇溶液清洗干净后,然后采用臭氧对网布进行氧化处理,然后将无纺布放入改性液A中浸泡处理40-50min,其中改性液A由以下重量份的组分制成:无水乙醇36-40份、聚乙醇胺3-4份、碘化钾4-6份、水8-10份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的无纺布加入至改性液B中浸泡处理3-5小时,将无纺布取出后,用去离子水洗净后,制得耐污无纺布,其中改性液B由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸六氟丁酯36-48份、异丙醇55-60份、过氧化二苯甲酰0.1-0.6份。
2.根据权利1所述的一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,臭氧处理时,臭氧的浓度为30g/m3,臭氧处理的时间为20min。
3.根据权利1所述的一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,改性液A处理时的温度为88-92℃。
4.根据权利1所述的一种过滤用耐污无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,改性液B处理时的温度为85-90℃。
