本发明涉及纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,以重量百分数计,原料组成如下:基础油:65‑85%;稠化剂:5‑20%;抗氧剂:0.1‑5%;防锈抗腐蚀剂:0.1‑5%;改性石墨烯:5‑20%。本发明润滑脂具有减摩节能、导热性能优异等特点。本发明的产品,满足纯电动汽车高转速、高温、重负荷、极低温电机轴承的润滑要求,显著降低电机轴承摩擦系数,节省电能。同时具有极强的导热性能,使轴承运行温度大大降低,从而延长轴承使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,具体涉及一种纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂。
背景技术
纯电动汽车是由电机驱动的汽车,电机的主要摩擦部件为电机轴承。随着纯电动汽车向高速、小体积、重负荷方向发展,电机轴承需要承受的热负荷越来越大,从而导致轴承长期在高温下工作,最终导致轴承使用寿命大大缩短,纯电动汽车的维护与使用成本持续增加。
然而纯电动汽车电机轴承的热负荷问题还没有引起纯电动汽车制造商以及润滑材料研究者的重视,此问题最终将影响纯电动汽车行业发展,为此我们研发了纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂以满足纯电动汽车发展对新型润滑脂的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,该润滑脂具有减摩节能、导热性能优异等特点。本发明的产品,满足纯电动汽车高转速、高温、重负荷、极低温电机轴承的润滑要求,显著降低电机轴承摩擦系数,节省电能。同时具有极强的导热性能,使轴承运行温度大大降低,从而延长轴承使用寿命。
本发明所述的一种纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,以重量百分数计,原料组成如下:
基础油:65-85%
稠化剂:5-20%
抗氧剂:0.1-5%
防锈抗腐蚀剂:0.1-5%
改性石墨烯:5-20%。
基础油的100℃运动粘度为:3-10mm2/s。
基础油为矿物基础油、合成基础油或其混合物。
矿物基础油为500SN、500N或150BS;合成基础油为酯类油、聚烯烃或烷基萘。
稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂、复合锂或聚脲中的一种或多种。
复合锂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂或癸二酸锂复合物;聚脲为MDI与环己胺、氢化牛脂基伯胺、苯胺和对甲苯胺反应后的反应物。
所述的防锈抗腐蚀剂为T701、T705或T706中的一种或多种。
T701、T705或T706的生产厂家为锦州新兴石油添加剂有限责任公司。
所述的抗氧剂为胺型或酚型抗氧剂以及它们的混合物;胺型或酚型抗氧剂为T531或T501以及他们的混合物。
所述的改性石墨烯为化学改性的氧化石墨烯。
改性的氧化石墨烯为有机异氰酸酯或长链脂肪胺通过化学方法与氧化石墨烯接枝而成。
本发明的产品,可以满足纯电动汽车高转速、高温、重负荷、极低温电机轴承的润滑要求,显著降低电机轴承摩擦系数,节省电能。同时具有极强的导热性能,使轴承运行温度大大降低,从而延长轴承使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益的效果:
(1)大幅降低了摩察系数,节约电能,在相同储电量情况下,可延长纯电动汽车行驶里程;
(2)使用导热性能极优的改性石墨烯,极大的降低了纯电动汽车电机轴承工作的热负荷,延长纯电动汽车电机轴承的使用寿命,降低纯电动汽车的使用与维修成本。

1.一种纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,以重量百分数计,原料组成如下:
基础油:65-85%
稠化剂:5-20%
抗氧剂:0.1-5%
防锈抗腐蚀剂:0.1-5%
改性石墨烯:5-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,基础油的100℃运动粘度为:3-10mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,基础油为矿物基础油、合成基础油或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,矿物基础油为500SN、500N或150BS;合成基础油为酯类油、聚烯烃或烷基萘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂、复合锂或聚脲中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,复合锂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂或癸二酸锂复合物;聚脲为MDI与环己胺、氢化牛脂基伯胺、苯胺和对甲苯胺反应后的反应物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为胺型抗氧剂、酚型抗氧剂或胺型抗氧剂与酚型抗氧剂的混合;所述的防锈抗腐蚀剂为T701、T705或T706中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于:所述胺型或酚型抗氧剂为T531或T501中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的改性石墨烯为化学改性的氧化石墨烯。
10.根据权利要求1或9所述的纯电动汽车电机轴承减摩导热润滑脂,其特征在于,改性的氧化石墨烯为有机异氰酸酯或长链脂肪胺通过化学方法与氧化石墨烯接枝而成。
