本发明公开了一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)内有无线充电发射线圈(5)和直流转交流逆变线路(6);所述外壳(1)正面有圆柱形凸起,凸起部分内有七个柱状插孔(2);所述插孔(2)内含有金属母孔(3);与所述插孔(2)相对的一侧设有锁舌(4);通过锁舌(4)将转换器固定锁止在充电枪上。本发明将采用有线充电枪改装成无线充电端,使用起来方便快捷;本发明安装好以后外表没有任何裸露的金属触点,适合各种天气状况下操作使用;利用现有的有线充电桩资源,通过本发明升级改造,可实现有线、无线多功能充电,不需要额外投资建设无线充电站。

一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器
技术领域
本发明属于汽车充电器技术领域,具体涉及一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器。
背景技术
电动汽车,是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的汽车。一般采用高效率充电电池或燃料电池为动力源。电动汽车在进行无线充电时,停放位置有时会不准确,使得发射线圈和接收线圈未完全对齐,充电效果差,充电时间长,充电效率低。现有技术,旨在通过相应手段改变汽车的停车位置,以到达让车对齐充电线圈的目的,这样难免会浪费过多时间去停车,且对于新手驾驶员有些困扰。国内不少地区已经部署了数量可观的新能源汽车充电桩,然而这些充电桩均采用有线充电,使得无线充电技术难以发展。况且有线充电存在很多弊端,如雨雪天容易造成短路,充电枪在不使用时金属触点裸露在空气中容易进入灰尘杂物造成充电效率降低等等。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,解决现有充电桩以有线充电为主导致使用不便的技术问题。
本发明可通过以下技术方案实现:一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,包括外壳,所述外壳内有无线充电发射线圈和直流转交流逆变线路;所述外壳正面有圆柱形凸起,凸起部分内有七个柱状插孔;所述插孔内含有金属母孔;与所述插孔相对的一侧设有锁舌;通过锁舌将转换器固定锁止在充电枪上。
优选的,所述外壳为工程塑料绝缘材质。
优选的,所述金属母孔至少有个供电母孔。
优选的,所述锁舌为圆柱体。
优选的,所述锁舌为不锈钢材质。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
(1)可以将采用有线充电枪改装成无线充电端,使用起来方便快捷;
(2)本发明安装好以后外表没有任何裸露的金属触点,适合各种天气状况下操作使用;
(3)利用现有的有线充电桩资源,通过本发明升级改造,可实现有线、无线多功能充电,不需要额外投资建设无线充电站。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,包括外壳1,所述外壳1内有无线充电发射线圈5和直流转交流逆变线路6;所述外壳1正面有圆柱形凸起,凸起部分内有七个柱状插孔2;所述插孔2内含有金属母孔3;与所述插孔2相对的一侧设有锁舌4;通过锁舌4将转换器固定锁止在充电枪上。
所述外壳1为工程塑料绝缘材质;所述金属母孔3至少有2个供电母孔;所述锁舌4为圆柱体;所述锁舌4为不锈钢材质。
所述外壳1为工程塑料绝缘材质,所述外壳1内有所述无线充电发射线圈5和所述直流转交流逆变线路6,所述外壳1正面有圆柱形凸起,凸起部分内有七个柱状插孔2,所述插孔2内含有金属母孔3,所述金属母孔3的数量和分布位置视充电枪规格型号而改变,至少应有2个供电母孔;通过锁舌4将转换器固定锁止在充电枪上。
使用时,首先将转换器插入充电枪头上,听到所述锁舌4“咔嗒”一声响后,表示安装锁止到位,将充电枪与车载端接收线圈对齐固定即可开始充电。本技术领域内的人都知道,无线充电发射线圈应输出不断变化的交流电,才能产生变化的磁场以供接收线圈感应充电,而充电枪端口输出的是直流电,故而需要直流转交流逆变线路6来完成转换,原理如图4所示,充电枪视作直流12V电源,而L、N两端连接的是发射线圈5,如此一来,发射线圈便可产生一定频率变化的磁场供电动汽车无线充电使用。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,因此,本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求书限定。

1.一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,其特征在于,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)内有无线充电发射线圈(5)和直流转交流逆变线路(6);所述外壳(1)正面有圆柱形凸起,凸起部分内有七个柱状插孔(2);所述插孔(2)内含有金属母孔(3);与所述插孔(2)相对的一侧设有锁舌(4);通过锁舌(4)将转换器固定锁止在充电枪上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)为工程塑料绝缘材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,其特征在于,所述金属母孔(3)至少有2个供电母孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,其特征在于,所述锁舌(4)为圆柱体。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种用于充电桩的无线发射转换器,其特征在于,所述锁舌(4)为不锈钢材质。
