本发明涉及一种复合纸的上胶机构,包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构,胶料供给机构的上方设有压紧机构,卷纸机构包括卷纸支架,卷纸支架上设有卷纸滚筒,胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架,胶料供给支架上设有胶料外滚筒以及套设在胶料外滚筒内侧的胶料内滚筒,胶料内滚筒和胶料外滚筒的周面上排布上胶孔,胶料外滚筒的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮,滚轮连接驱动电机,胶料外滚筒和胶料内滚筒双层设计,转动时,胶料内滚筒中的胶料经过其外侧的上胶孔进入到胶料外滚筒中,胶料外滚筒转动时,胶料即可从上胶孔渗透而出,这种设计使得胶料渗透缓慢且均匀,不会存在成股流出胶料的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷设备,尤其是一种复合纸的上胶机构。
背景技术
加工纸是由原纸经加工制成的纸的总称。按加工方法的不同,可分为涂布加工纸、浸渍吸收纸、变性加工纸、复合加工纸、机械加工纸等五类,复合加工纸是指在原纸的一面或双面用另一种纸或其他材料薄膜进行粘合或熔合而成的纸。复合层增加了原纸的强度、平滑度,形成防潮、防油层或密封层,具有新的使用性能,现在的复合纸都存在上胶麻烦或者过多上胶和过少上胶的问题,主要是因为上胶装置在设计上不够好,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中复合纸加工所存在的缺陷,提供一种复合纸的上胶机构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复合纸的上胶机构,包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构,胶料供给机构的上方设有压紧机构,所述卷纸机构包括卷纸支架,卷纸支架上设有卷纸滚筒;
所述胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架,在胶料供给支架上设有胶料外滚筒以及套设在胶料外滚筒内侧的胶料内滚筒,胶料内滚筒和胶料外滚筒的周面上均匀排布上胶孔,胶料外滚筒的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮,滚轮连接驱动电机,驱动电机固定在胶料供给支架上;
所述压紧机构包括设置在所述胶料外滚筒上方的压紧支架,压紧支架上设有压紧辊轴,压紧支架的上方设有与压紧辊轴连接的升降气缸,压紧辊轴与胶料外滚筒之间形成上胶口,卷纸滚筒上的纸张从上胶口穿过并与胶料外滚筒和的压紧辊轴的表面接触。
上述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,所述卷纸滚筒的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴,第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴的端部连接旋转电机。
上述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,所述胶料内滚筒的端部连接上胶阀门。
上述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,所述胶料外滚筒的一侧设有导向转动辊轴。
本发明的有益效果为:该上胶机构的胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架,在胶料供给支架上设有胶料外滚筒以及套设在胶料外滚筒内侧的胶料内滚筒,胶料内滚筒和胶料外滚筒的周面上均匀排布上胶孔,胶料外滚筒的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮,滚轮连接驱动电机,驱动电机固定在胶料供给支架上,胶料内滚筒中填充胶水,压紧机构包括设置在胶料外滚筒上方的压紧支架,压紧支架上设有压紧辊轴,压紧支架的上方设有与压紧辊轴连接的升降气缸,压紧辊轴与胶料外滚筒之间形成上胶口,卷纸滚筒上的纸张从上胶口穿过并与胶料外滚筒和的压紧辊轴的表面接触,纸张牵动时,胶料外滚筒转动,胶料通过上胶孔涂抹在纸张的表面,本专利优点在于,胶料外滚筒和胶料内滚筒双层设计,胶料内滚筒和胶料外滚筒的周面上均匀排布上胶孔,转动时,胶料内滚筒中的胶料经过其外侧的上胶孔进入到胶料外滚筒中,胶料外滚筒转动时,胶料即可从上胶孔渗透而出,这种设计使得胶料渗透缓慢且均匀,不会存在成股流出胶料的问题,而且压紧辊轴连接升降气缸,升降气缸可以带动压紧辊轴上下移动,从而调节上胶口的大小,适合不同厚度的纸张上胶。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种复合纸的上胶机构,包括卷纸供给机构1以及位于卷纸供给机构1一侧的胶料供给机构2,胶料供给机构2的上方设有压紧机构3,卷纸机构1包括卷纸支架11,卷纸支架11上设有卷纸滚筒12,卷纸滚筒12的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴13和第二动力辊轴14,第一动力辊轴13和第二动力辊轴14的端部连接旋转电机,第一动力辊轴13在旋转电机带动下可以带动卷纸滚筒12转动进行纸张供给,在需要急停时,第二动力辊轴14端部的旋转电机带动第二动力辊轴14相对于第一动力辊轴13反转,即可立刻抵消卷纸滚筒12的转动能,达到急停的目的;
胶料供给机构2包括胶料供给支架21,在胶料供给支架21上设有胶料外滚筒22以及套设在胶料外滚筒22内侧的胶料内滚筒23,胶料内滚筒23和胶料外滚筒22的周面上均匀排布上胶孔24,胶料外滚筒22的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮25,滚轮25连接驱动电机26,驱动电机26固定在胶料供给支架21上,胶料内滚筒23的端部连接上胶阀门27;
进一步,压紧机构3包括设置在胶料外滚筒22上方的压紧支架31,压紧支架31上设有压紧辊轴32,压紧支架31的上方设有与压紧辊轴32连接的升降气缸33,压紧辊轴32与胶料外滚筒22之间形成上胶口,卷纸滚筒12上的纸张15从上胶口穿过并与胶料外滚筒22和的压紧辊轴32的表面接触,胶料外滚筒22的一侧设有导向转动辊轴4。
该上胶机构的胶料供给机构2包括胶料供给支架21,在胶料供给支架21上设有胶料外滚筒22以及套设在胶料外滚筒22内侧的胶料内滚筒23,胶料内滚筒23和胶料外滚筒22的周面上均匀排布上胶孔24,胶料外滚筒22的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮25,滚轮25连接驱动电机26,驱动电机26固定在胶料供给支架21上,胶料内滚筒23中填充胶水,压紧机构3包括设置在胶料外滚筒22上方的压紧支架31,压紧支架31上设有压紧辊轴32,压紧支架31的上方设有与压紧辊轴32连接的升降气缸33,压紧辊轴32与胶料外滚筒22之间形成上胶口,卷纸滚筒12上的纸张15从上胶口穿过并与胶料外滚筒22和的压紧辊轴32的表面接触,纸张15牵动时,胶料外滚筒22转动,胶料通过上胶孔24涂抹在纸张15的表面,本专利优点在于,胶料外滚筒22和胶料内滚筒23双层设计,胶料内滚筒23和胶料外滚筒22的周面上均匀排布上胶孔24,转动时,胶料内滚筒23中的胶料经过其外侧的上胶孔进入到胶料外滚筒22中,胶料外滚筒22转动时,胶料即可从上胶孔24渗透而出,这种设计使得胶料渗透缓慢且均匀,不会存在成股流出胶料的问题,而且压紧辊轴32连接升降气缸33,升降气缸33可以带动压紧辊轴32上下移动,从而调节上胶口的大小,适合不同厚度的纸张上胶。

1.一种复合纸的上胶机构,包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构,胶料供给机构的上方设有压紧机构,其特征在于,所述卷纸机构包括卷纸支架,卷纸支架上设有卷纸滚筒;
所述胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架,在胶料供给支架上设有胶料外滚筒以及套设在胶料外滚筒内侧的胶料内滚筒,胶料内滚筒和胶料外滚筒的周面上均匀排布上胶孔,胶料外滚筒的端部设有齿圈,齿圈的外侧啮合滚轮,滚轮连接驱动电机,驱动电机固定在胶料供给支架上;
所述压紧机构包括设置在所述胶料外滚筒上方的压紧支架,压紧支架上设有压紧辊轴,压紧支架的上方设有与压紧辊轴连接的升降气缸,压紧辊轴与胶料外滚筒之间形成上胶口,卷纸滚筒上的纸张从上胶口穿过并与胶料外滚筒和的压紧辊轴的表面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,其特征在于,所述卷纸滚筒的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴,第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴的端部连接旋转电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,其特征在于,所述胶料内滚筒的端部连接上胶阀门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合纸的上胶机构,其特征在于,所述胶料外滚筒的一侧设有导向转动辊轴。
