Abstract

本发明涉及一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备，包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构，胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架，在胶料供给支架上设有胶料滚筒，胶料滚筒内填充胶水，在胶料滚筒上排布胶水供给槽，两个相邻的胶水供给槽之间相互交错，胶水供给槽呈方条性，在胶水供给槽的开口处设有四个倾斜挡板，四个倾斜挡板的端部围成出胶口，纸张牵动带动胶料滚筒转动时，胶料滚筒内的胶料会顺着倾斜挡板流到出胶口并渗透到纸张上，出胶口为长条形，便于使得胶料滚筒表面的纸张能均匀接触到胶料，由于出胶口为长条形且宽度小，而胶料比较粘稠，采用四个倾斜挡板是便于胶料滚筒内顺利流入到出胶口，保证正常出胶且能缓慢出胶，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种上胶设备，尤其是一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备。
背景技术
加工纸是由原纸经加工制成的纸的总称。按加工方法的不同，可分为涂布加工纸、浸渍吸收纸、变性加工纸、复合加工纸、机械加工纸等五类，复合加工纸是指在原纸的一面或双面用另一种纸或其他材料薄膜进行粘合或熔合而成的纸。复合层增加了原纸的强度、平滑度,形成防潮、防油层或密封层,具有新的使用性能，现在的复合纸都存在上胶麻烦或者过多上胶和过少上胶的问题，主要是因为上胶装置在设计上不够好，存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中复合纸加工所存在的缺陷，提供一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备，包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构，胶料供给机构的上方设有压紧机构，所述卷纸机构包括卷纸支架，卷纸支架上设有卷纸滚筒；
所述胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架，在胶料供给支架上设有胶料滚筒，胶料滚筒内填充胶水，胶料滚筒的端部通过连接轴与胶料供给支架连接，在胶料滚筒上均匀排布若干胶水供给槽，两个相邻的胶水供给槽之间相互交错，胶水供给槽呈方条性，在胶水供给槽的开口处设有四个倾斜挡板，四个倾斜挡板的端部围成出胶口；
所述压紧机构包括设置在所述胶料滚筒上方的压紧支架，压紧支架上设有压紧辊轴，压紧支架的上方设有与压紧辊轴连接的升降气缸，压紧辊轴与胶料滚筒之间形成上胶口，卷纸滚筒上的纸张从上胶口穿过并与胶料滚筒和的压紧辊轴的表面接触；
所述卷纸滚筒的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴，第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴的端部连接旋转电机。

上述的一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备，所述胶料滚筒的一侧设有导向转动辊轴。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备，包括卷纸供给机构1以及位于卷纸供给机构1一侧的胶料供给机构2，胶料供给机构2的上方设有压紧机构3，卷纸机构1包括卷纸支架11，卷纸支架11上设有卷纸滚筒12，卷纸滚筒12的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴13和第二动力辊轴14，第一动力辊轴13和第二动力辊轴14的端部连接旋转电机，第一动力辊轴13在旋转电机带动下可以带动卷纸滚筒12转动进行纸张供给，在需要急停时，第二动力辊轴14端部的旋转电机带动第二动力辊轴14相对于第一动力辊轴13反转，即可立刻抵消卷纸滚筒12的转动能，达到急停的目的；
胶料供给机构2包括胶料供给支架21，在胶料供给支架21上设有胶料滚筒22，胶料滚筒22内填充胶水，胶料滚筒22的端部通过连接轴23与胶料供给支架21连接，在胶料滚筒22上均匀排布若干胶水供给槽24，两个相邻的胶水供给槽24之间相互交错，胶水供给槽24呈方条性，在胶水供给槽24的开口处设有四个倾斜挡板25，四个倾斜挡板25的端部围成出胶口26，胶料滚筒22的端部连接上胶阀门27，胶料滚筒22的一侧设有导向转动辊轴4；
压紧机构3包括设置在胶料滚筒22上方的压紧支架31，压紧支架31上设有压紧辊轴32，压紧支架31的上方设有与压紧辊轴32连接的升降气缸33，压紧辊轴32与胶料滚筒22之间形成上胶口，卷纸滚筒12上的纸张15从上胶口穿过并与胶料滚筒22和的压紧辊轴32的表面接触；
该复合上胶设备的胶料供给机构2包括胶料供给支架21，在胶料供给支架21上设有胶料滚筒22，胶料滚筒22内填充胶水，胶料滚筒22的端部通过连接轴23与胶料供给支架21连接，在胶料滚筒22上均匀排布若干胶水供给槽24，两个相邻的胶水供给槽24之间相互交错，胶水供给槽24呈方条性，在胶水供给槽24的开口处设有四个倾斜挡板25，四个倾斜挡板25的端部围成出胶口26，压紧机构3包括设置在胶料滚筒22上方的压紧支架31，压紧支架31上设有压紧辊轴32，压紧支架31的上方设有与压紧辊轴32连接的升降气缸33，压紧辊轴32与胶料滚筒22之间形成上胶口，卷纸滚筒12上的纸张15从上胶口穿过并与胶料滚筒22和的压紧辊轴32的表面接触，在纸张牵动带动胶料滚筒22转动时，胶料滚筒22内的胶料会顺着倾斜挡板25流到出胶口26并渗透到纸张15上，出胶口26为长条形，便于使得胶料滚筒22表面的纸张15能均匀接触到胶料，由于出胶口26为长条形且宽度小，而胶料比较粘稠，采用四个倾斜挡板25是便于胶料滚筒22内顺利流入到出胶口26，保证正常出胶且能缓慢出胶，使用方便。

1.一种印刷纸的复合上胶设备，包括卷纸供给机构以及位于卷纸供给机构一侧的胶料供给机构，胶料供给机构的上方设有压紧机构，其特征在于，所述卷纸机构包括卷纸支架，卷纸支架上设有卷纸滚筒；
所述胶料供给机构包括胶料供给支架，在胶料供给支架上设有胶料滚筒，胶料滚筒内填充胶水，胶料滚筒的端部通过连接轴与胶料供给支架连接，在胶料滚筒上均匀排布若干胶水供给槽，两个相邻的胶水供给槽之间相互交错，胶水供给槽呈方条性，在胶水供给槽的开口处设有四个倾斜挡板，四个倾斜挡板的端部围成出胶口；
所述压紧机构包括设置在所述胶料滚筒上方的压紧支架，压紧支架上设有压紧辊轴，压紧支架的上方设有与压紧辊轴连接的升降气缸，压紧辊轴与胶料滚筒之间形成上胶口，卷纸滚筒上的纸张从上胶口穿过并与胶料滚筒和的压紧辊轴的表面接触；
所述卷纸滚筒的两侧分别设有第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴，第一动力辊轴和第二动力辊轴的端部连接旋转电机。
