本发明公开一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,属于纺织领域,包括以下步骤:S1.纤维种类的选择;S2.纤维的组合配置;S3.纺纱;S4.织造;S5.染色后整理;有益效果:本发明一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,纺织染综合设计的技术方案新颖,技术连贯性强,本发明方法生产出来的产品毛绒感强,织物手感不会太粘手,抗起毛起球性能佳。

一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别是涉及一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法。
背景技术
传统的绒布是指纱线按一定规律交织后,经起绒整理使织物表面具有一定长度绒毛的织物。由于绒布织物手感柔软、绒毛短密、布面丰满有弹性、吸水性强,一直受到市场欢迎。按起绒方式分类可分为拉绒和磨绒两大类;按原料分类可分为纯棉绒布、毛绒布、仿毛绒布、桃皮绒、麂皮绒等几大类。其中桃皮绒、麂皮绒是使用复合纤维制造而成,复合纤维是新合纤的优秀代表,它是两种或两种以上的高聚物熔体,由特殊的分配板进行分流,通过同一喷丝孔挤出成形生产而成,复合纤维织物经过碱减量开纤和磨毛处理后,表面形成极短的微纤绒毛,织物外观独特、手感温暖、厚实,具有天然桃皮、天然麂皮的风格特点。
但是传统的工艺,复合纤维织物经过碱减量开纤后织物的弹力会受损,经过起绒整理后织物的抗起毛起球性能会下降,指标很难达到国家质量标准,而且织物存在手感太粘手的明显缺点。如何生产出一种碱减量开纤后织物弹力能保持、织物手感不会太粘手、抗起毛起球性能又能达到国家质量标准的复合纤维弹力绒布,一直是本行业中未能得到解决的技术难题。因此,提供一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案:
一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.纤维种类的选择:选择至少1种在生产时已经完成原液着色的原液着色纤维组合成有色复合纤维,所述原液着色纤维包括但不限于2种的纤维原料;
S2.纤维的组合配置:纤维的组合包括但不限于有色复合纤维和氨纶丝或弹力丝,所述氨纶丝或弹力丝的收缩率大,有色复合纤维的收缩率为中等,有色复合丝,纤维组合中的有色复合纤维的含量为30~98%;
S3.纺纱:将步骤S2中纤维组合进行混纺,氨纶丝或弹力丝作为芯纱,有色复合纤维作为面纱,然后制成弹力包芯纱;
S4.织造;
S5.染色后整理:包括但不限于以下步骤:平幅煮炼或缸煮、碱减量、定型、磨毛和后整理。
优选的,所述有色复合纤维的长度为38~65mm的短纤维,在碱减量开纤时,能保护分布在布料纱线内部的氨纶丝或弹力丝不容易受到烧碱的破坏。
优选的,步骤S5无需经过染色工序。
优选的,步骤S5中所述的平幅煮炼或缸煮是对纤维已经染好色的色织布进行煮炼前处理。
优选的,步骤S5中所述的碱减量中有色复合纤维的减量率控制在8~15%以下。
优选的,步骤S5中所述的定型温度控制在130~160℃。
有益效果:本发明一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,纺织染综合设计的技术方案新颖,技术连贯性强,本发明方法生产出来的产品毛绒感强,织物手感不会太粘手,抗起毛起球性能佳。

实施例1:
本实施例一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,以只选用一种已经完成原液着色的黑色复合纤维的短纤维为原材料,短纤维的规格为3D*38mm,将占纤维总量98%的黑色复合纤维的短纤维与占纤维总量2%的氨纶,按普通传统包芯纱的纺纱工艺制成(21s+40D)复合纤维包芯纱;经过传统的织造工序后,不需要经过染色工序、只进行染色后整理,包括如下步骤:对纤维已经染好色的色织布进行平幅煮炼前处理;然后将有色复合纤维短纤维的减量率控制在8%,对织物纤维进行碱减量开纤;经过温度为130℃的定型后,再根据布面绒感的具体要求进行磨毛;最后进行传统的预缩、成品包装。从而实现一种高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的新生产方法。
实施例2:
本实施例一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,选用三种原材料进行混纺:一种是已经完成原液着色的宝蓝色复合纤维的短纤维、短纤维的规格为3D*51mm,将占纤维总量50%的宝蓝色复合纤维短纤维,占纤维总量35%的规格为2D*51mm的木代尔纤维与占纤维总量15%的T400弹力丝、按普通传统包芯纱的纺纱工艺制成(32s+50D)复合纤维包芯纱;经过传统的织造工序后,不需要经过染色工序,只进行染色后整理,包括如下步骤:对纤维已经染好色的色织布进行缸煮前处理;然后将有色复合纤维短纤维的减量率控制在10%,对织物纤维进行碱减量开纤;经过温度为160℃的定型后,再根据布面绒感的具体要求进行磨毛;最后进行传统的预缩、成品包装。从而实现一种高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的新生产方法。
实施例3:
本实施例一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,选用三种原材料进行混纺:一种是已经完成原液着色的墨绿色复合纤维为原材料,短纤维的规格为3D*65mm,将占纤维总量30%的墨绿色复合纤维短纤维、占纤维总量65%的规格为2D*的亚麻纤维与占纤维总量5%的氨纶、按普通传统包芯纱的纺纱工艺制成(21s+70D)复合纤维包芯纱;经过传统的织造工序后,不需要经过染色工序,只进行染色后整理,包括如下步骤:对纤维已经染好色的色织布进行缸煮前处理;然后将有色复合纤维短纤维的减量率控制在15%,对织物纤维进行碱减量开纤;经过温度为160℃的定型后,再根据布面绒感的具体要求进行磨毛;最后进行传统的预缩、成品包装。从而实现一种高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的新生产方法。
对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.纤维种类的选择:选择至少1种在生产时已经完成原液着色的原液着色纤维组合成有色复合纤维,所述原液着色纤维包括但不限于2种的纤维原料;
S2.纤维的组合配置:纤维的组合包括但不限于有色复合纤维和氨纶丝或弹力丝,所述氨纶丝或弹力丝的收缩率大,有色复合纤维的收缩率为中等,纤维组合中的有色复合纤维的含量为30~98%;
S3.纺纱:将步骤S2中纤维组合进行混纺,氨纶丝或弹力丝作为芯纱,有色复合纤维作为面纱,然后制成弹力包芯纱;
S4.织造;
S5.染色后整理:包括但不限于以下步骤:平幅煮炼或缸煮、碱减量、定型、磨毛和后整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述有色复合纤维的长度为38~65mm的短纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中所述的平幅煮炼或缸煮是对纤维已经染好色的色织布进行煮炼前处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中所述的碱减量中有色复合纤维的减量率控制在8~15%以下。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种新的高品质复合纤维弹力绒布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中所述的定型温度控制在130~160℃。
