本发明提出一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构,包括:孔盖外圈,采用卡角与前保险杠安装固定,所述孔盖外圈采用硬塑材料制成;孔盖内圈,采用软胶过盈的方式与前大灯进行匹配,其中,所述孔盖外圈设置有限位槽,前保险杠主体翻边插入限位槽内,控制上下间隙。所述孔盖内圈软胶与前大灯匹配过盈1.5mm,防止前大灯安装偏差为下差时出现与前大灯离空问题。所述软胶中部设计U型槽,与前大灯匹配部分能够变形,弥补前大灯安装偏差的容差。所述孔盖内圈软硬胶间采用Z型断面的接合面。本发明采用软胶过盈匹配可有效的容差,较好的控制与前大灯的间隙,外观感知好,此方式前大灯孔盖结构简单,拆装方便,软硬胶采用双注塑,无需开两副模具,模具成本低。

Description

一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造车灯安装领域,且特别涉及一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构。
背景技术
现有汽车大多数前大灯是在前保的上方,而在前保两侧位置的多是前雾灯,前雾灯安装在前保险杠上,前雾灯装饰盖也是安装在前险杠上,因此前雾灯装饰盖与前保险杠的间隙均匀。而当在前保两侧位置的是前大灯时,因为前大灯需调节灯光亮度,且前大灯重量太重,因此前大灯不能安装在前保险杠上,是与车身支架安装。前保险杠安装与前大灯安装的相对精度不高或偏差大,导致前大灯孔盖与前大灯前后匹配的间隙大,且不均匀。
发明内容
本发明提出一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构,采用软胶过盈匹配可有效的容差,较好的控制与前大灯的间隙,外观感知好,此方式前大灯孔盖结构简单,拆装方便,软硬胶采用双注塑,无需开两副模具,模具成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构,包括:
孔盖外圈,采用卡角与前保险杠安装固定,所述孔盖外圈采用硬塑材料制成;
孔盖内圈,采用软胶过盈的方式与前大灯进行匹配,
其中,所述孔盖外圈设置有限位槽,前保险杠主体翻边插入限位槽内,控制上下间隙。
进一步的,所述孔盖内圈软胶与前大灯匹配过盈1.5mm,防止前大灯安装偏差为下差时出现与前大灯离空问题。
进一步的,所述软胶中部设计U型槽,与前大灯匹配部分能够变形,弥补前大灯安装偏差的容差。
进一步的,所述孔盖内圈软硬胶间采用Z型断面的接合面。
进一步的,所述限位槽内设置有限位筋,辅助安装卡角控制前后间隙。
进一步的,所述限位槽上设置有与前保险杠主体卡接的支撑压舌,以保证与前保险杠主体安装牢固。
进一步的,所述孔盖软硬胶体采用双注塑成型。
本发明提出的汽车前大灯孔盖结构,该方式前大灯孔盖外圈采用卡角与前保险杠安装,限位槽+限位筋限位和控制间隙;内圈采用软胶过盈与前大灯匹配。此方式有如下优点:
1)、此方式采用软胶过盈匹配可有效的容差,较好的控制与前大灯的间隙。
2)、此方式软硬胶采用双注塑成型,无需开两副模具。
3)、此方式不需与前大灯安装,减少了安装。
4)、此方式解决了前大灯孔盖与前保险杠的间隙面差问题。
5)、此方式前大灯孔盖结构简单,拆装方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图给出本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明不限于以下的实施方式。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比率,仅用于方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
本发明提出的汽车前大灯孔盖结构,为了解决以下技术问题:
1)、解决前大灯孔盖与前大灯装配问题(前大灯上无法做安装点,因透明玻面可视内部结构);
2)、解决前大灯安装偏差不稳定导致间隙大问题;
3)、解决前大灯孔盖与前大灯匹配间隙段差大问题;
4)、解决前大灯孔盖与前保险杠主体间隙大且不均匀问题;
5)、解决前大灯孔盖与胶条粘贴困难问题;
6)、解决前大灯孔盖胶条模具成型问题;
请参考图1-图3,图1所示为本发明较佳实施例的前大灯孔盖结构正面示意图,图2所示为本发明较佳实施例的前大灯孔盖结构背面示意图,图3所示为前大灯孔盖结构和前保险杠配合安装的结构示意图。本发明提出一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构,包括:孔盖外圈100,采用卡角与前保险杠10安装固定,所述孔盖外圈100采用硬塑材料制成;孔盖内圈200,采用软胶过盈的方式与前大灯20进行匹配,其中,所述孔盖外圈100设置有限位槽110,前保险杠主体翻边插入限位槽110内,控制上下间隙。
前大灯孔盖为双料形式,与前保险杠匹配区域主体材料为硬塑PP-T40,可保证整体产品强度;与前大灯的匹配区域材料为软胶TPO,与前大灯为过盈配合的方式,目的是一方面软胶可防护前大灯灯玻面受刮擦,另一方面是可吸收前大灯的安装偏差,以达到最终的间隙要求。
所述孔盖内圈软胶与前大灯匹配过盈1.5mm,防止前大灯安装偏差为下差时出现与前大灯离空问题。所述限位槽110上设置有与前保险杠主体卡接的支撑压舌130,以保证与前保险杠主体安装牢固。
请参考图4-图5,图4所示为压舌和孔盖内圈结构示意图,图5所示为孔盖内圈结构示意图。所述软胶中部设计U型槽220,目的是为了能让与前大灯匹配部分能变形,以弥补前大灯安装偏差大时的容差,不至于前大灯孔盖与前大灯干涉或离空。
进一步的,所述孔盖内圈软硬胶间采用Z型断面的接合面230,目的是为了防止软硬胶接合不好,导致脱落。
前大灯孔盖采用卡角与前保险杠主体装配,为保证前大灯孔盖与前保险杠主体周圈的配合间隙,在前大灯孔盖做有一周圈的限位槽,前保险杠主体翻边插入U型槽内,控制上下间隙,所述限位槽内设置有限位筋,辅助安装卡角控制前后间隙。进一步的,所述限位槽上设置有与前保险杠主体卡接的支撑压舌,以保证与前保险杠主体安装牢固。
所述孔盖软硬胶体采用双注塑成型。采用此工艺的目的是:第一、解决以往软胶与硬体粘贴不顺,溢胶,易胶落问题。第二、解决软胶匹配形状复杂,转角多,转角位置不易粘贴的问题。第三、减少粘贴工序,降低不合格率,降低成本。第四、采用注塑成型可做多种断面(以往的软胶成型为挤出成型,只能做单一断面)。

1.一种汽车前大灯孔盖结构,其特征在于,包括:
孔盖外圈,采用卡角与前保险杠安装固定,所述孔盖外圈采用硬塑材料制成;
孔盖内圈,采用软胶过盈的方式与前大灯进行匹配;
前大灯与车身支架安装;
其中,所述孔盖外圈设置有限位槽,前保险杠主体翻边插入限位槽内,控制上下间隙;
所述孔盖内圈软胶与前大灯匹配过盈1.5mm,防止前大灯安装偏差为下差时出现与前大灯离空问题;
所述软胶中部设计U型槽,与前大灯匹配部分能够变形,弥补前大灯安装偏差的容差;
所述孔盖内圈软硬胶间采用Z型断面的接合面;
所述孔盖软硬胶体采用双注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前大灯孔盖结构,其特征在于,所述限位槽内设置有限位筋,辅助安装卡角控制前后间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车前大灯孔盖结构,其特征在于,所述限位槽上设置有与前保险杠主体卡接的支撑压舌,以保证与前保险杠主体安装牢固。
