技术领域
本公开涉及多轴最终传动组件,该多轴最终传动组件应用电动马达来驱动车辆中的一对相对侧车轮。
背景技术
现代机动车辆通常配置为两轮或全轮驱动。任一类型的车辆可应用其中单个发动机用于推进车辆的传统动力系统、其中电动马达用于推进车辆的电动力系统,或其中两个或多个不同动力源诸如内燃机和电动马达用于完成相同任务的混合动力系统。
全轮驱动混合动力车辆可以配置为轮轴分解车辆。在这种车辆中,独立的动力源诸如内燃机和电动马达设置成独立地对操作地连接到相应动力源的各车辆轮轴提供动力,从而产生按需全轮驱动推进。在应用发动机和电动马达的这种轮轴分解混合动力车辆中,在发动机关机时,电动马达可能够经由相应轮轴推进车辆。
每个动力轮轴通常包括具有差速器的最终传动组件,在车辆进行转弯时该差速器允许相对侧(即左右侧)驱动车轮以不同速度旋转。具体地,当将大约相等转矩施加到驱动车轮中的每一个时,差速器允许围绕转角曲线外部行进的驱动车轮比围绕转角曲线内部行进的驱动车轮滚得更远更快。一个驱动车轮速度的增加通过另一驱动车辆速度的降低来平衡,而两个驱动车轮的平均速度等于将动力源连接到差速器的传动轴的输入旋转速度。
发明内容
用于车辆传动轴的最终传动组件具有第一车轴和第二车轴,该第一车轴和第二车轴配置为围绕公用第一轴线旋转。最终传动组件包括配置为操作地连接到第一车轴的第一齿轮组。最终传动组件还包括配置为操作地连接到第二车轴的第二齿轮组。最终传动组件附加地包括电动马达,该电动马达配置为向第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组中的每一个提供电动马达转矩输入,并布置在与第一轴线平行的第二轴线上。
最终传动组件还可包括操作地连接到第一齿轮组的第一差动轴和操作地连接到第二齿轮组的第二差动轴。最终传动组件可附加地包括将电动马达操作地连接到第一差动轴和第二差动轴的第三差动齿轮组。
在具有差动齿轮组的最终传动组件的实施例中,第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组中的每一个可配置为平行轴传动齿轮组或减速齿轮组。第一平行轴传动齿轮组可以操作地连接到第一差动轴,而第二平行轴传动齿轮组可以操作地连接到第二差动轴。第一和第二平行轴传动齿轮组中的每一个可包括布置成围绕第三轴线(其平行于第一轴线和第二轴线中的每一个)旋转的相应第一和第二中间齿轮。可选择地,第一和第二齿轮组中的每一个可以配置为行星或周转齿轮组,该行星或周转齿轮组配置为围绕第一轴线旋转,并具有第一构件、第二构件和第三构件。第一行星齿轮组可以操作地连接到第一差动轴,且第二行星齿轮组可以操作地连接到第二差动轴。

内轴可经由空转齿轮操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件。在这种情况下,空转齿轮配置为使第二行星齿轮组的第一构件的旋转方向相对于内轴的旋转方向反向。
最终传动组件可附加地包括配置为使内轴从第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组之一选择性地断开的致动器。

具体实施方式
参照附图,其中在所有图中采用相同的标号标示相同的元件,图1示出了车辆10,该车辆10使用以下将更详细描述的电动马达来驱动一对相对左右侧车轮。如图所示,车辆10是具有独立的第一动力源和第二动力源的混合动力车辆,该动力源操作地连接到相应组的驱动车轮以提供按需全轮驱动推进。车辆10包括但不限于商用车、工业车辆、客车、火车等。如图所示,车辆10通常沿纵向车辆轴线X布置。车辆10包括示出为内燃机12的第一动力源,该内燃机配置为经由第一组车轮来驱动车辆,该第一组车轮包括第一或左侧车轮14-1和第二或右侧车轮14-2,用于通过变速器组件16和第一轮轴18将发动机输出或驱动转矩T1传输到路面13。

根据如图4所示的单个实施例,公开了最终传动组件330,该最终传动组件330在配置为将驱动转矩T2传输到第一车轴和第二车轴28-1、28-2方面类似于最终传动组件实施例130和230。最终传动组件330包括第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组332-1、332-2,其类似于相应第一齿轮组332-1、332-2操作地连接到第一车轴和第二车轴28-1、28-2。还类似于图2和3的前述实施例,布置在第二轴线Y2上的电动发电机22配置为向第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组332-1、332-2提供驱动转矩T2。最终传动组件330特征在于单个和不同差动齿轮组36(诸如图2和3的实施例所使用的差动齿轮组)的缺失。图4的实施例利用第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组332-1、332-2中的每一个的构件的差动旋转以允许第一车轴和第二车轴28-1、28-2以不同速度旋转,而第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组中的每一个接收驱动转矩T2。
最终传动组件30(即,最终传动组件130、230和330)的设想实施例的每个实施例通常可包括配置为容纳本文所公开和描述的各部件的最终传动外壳或壳体39。在图4中所示的最终传动组件330中,电动发电机22的定子22-1固定到最终传动壳体39。电动发电机22还包括固定到转子用于与其一起旋转的外轴40。在最终传动组件330中,类似于图3中所示的最终传动组件230实施例,第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组332-1、332-2中的每一个配置为行星齿轮组(其配置为围绕第一轴线Y1旋转)。类似于图3中所示的实施例,第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组332-1、332-2中的每一个分别具有第一构件、第二构件和第三构件42、44和46。外轴40与第一行星齿轮组332-1的第三构件46和第二行星齿轮组332-2的第三构件中的每一个啮合。
如图4所示,最终传动组件330还包括延伸通过外轴40的内轴48。内轴48与第一行星齿轮组332-1的第一构件42啮合,且还操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组332-2的第一构件332-1。具体地,内轴48可经由空转齿轮50操作地连接到第二行星齿轮组332-2的第一构件42,该空转齿轮配置为使第二行星齿轮组的第一构件的旋转方向52相对于内轴48的旋转方向54反向。

Claims (6)

第一齿轮组,配置为行星齿轮组并且配置为操作地连接到所述第一车轴,所述行星齿轮组配置为围绕所述第一轴线旋转,并具有第一构件、第二构件和第三构件;
第二齿轮组,配置为行星齿轮组并且配置为操作地连接到所述第二车轴,所述行星齿轮组配置为围绕所述第一轴线旋转,并具有第一构件、第二构件和第三构件;
电动马达,其包括固定到最终传动壳体的定子、转子,以及固定到所述转子用于与其一起旋转的外轴,并且所述电动马达配置为向所述第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组中的每一个提供电动马达转矩输入,并布置在与所述第一轴线平行的第二轴线上,以及
内轴,延伸通过外轴,与第一齿轮组的所述第一构件啮合,且操作地连接到第二齿轮组的所述第一构件;
其中所述外轴与所述第一齿轮组的所述第三构件和所述第二齿轮组的所述第三构件中的每一个啮合;
其中,在所述第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组中的每一个中,所述第一构件是环形齿轮,所述第二构件是行星齿轮架,且所述第三构件是太阳齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的最终传动组件,进一步包括:
操作地连接到所述第一齿轮组的第一差动轴和操作地连接到所述第二齿轮组的第二差动轴;以及
将所述电动马达操作地连接到所述第一差动轴和第二差动轴的第三差动齿轮组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的最终传动组件,其中:
所述第一齿轮组操作地连接到所述第一差动轴,且所述第二齿轮组操作地连接到所述第二差动轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的最终传动组件,其中所述内轴经由空转齿轮操作地连接到所述第二齿轮组的所述第一构件,所述空转齿轮配置为使所述第二齿轮组的所述第一构件的旋转方向相对于所述内轴的旋转方向反向。
5.根据权利要求1所述的最终传动组件,进一步包括配置为使所述内轴从所述第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组之一选择性地断开的致动器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的最终传动组件,其中所述第一车轴连续地连接到所述第一齿轮组的所述第二构件,且所述第二车轴连续地连接到所述第二齿轮组的所述第二构件。
