本发明提供一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,涉及造纸技术设备领域,包括放卷装置、第一导辊、涂布装置、烘干装置、第二导辊和收卷装置;所述涂布装置是一封闭箱,所述封闭箱两侧设置有进出口,所述封闭箱内设置有涂布滚筒组,所述涂布滚筒组下方设置有墨槽,所述墨槽底部设置有压力传感器,所述墨槽通过连接管与一容器连通,所述连接管设置有开关阀,所述开关阀与所述压力传感器电连接;所述容器底部设置有搅拌盘,所述搅拌盘与所述容器下方的电机连接;所述封闭箱内还设置有一温控器。本发明的有益之处是,不仅涂布质量好,自动化程度高,并且胶、涂料或油墨等介质在涂布机内放置时结皮发生率低,增加经济效益。

一种改进的双胶纸涂布机
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸设备技术领域,尤其是一种改进的双胶纸涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷,涂布工序多用于印刷杂志、书籍等出版用纸和商标、包装、商品目录等印刷用纸。
双胶纸由于具有伸缩性小,对油墨的吸收性均匀、平滑度好,质地紧密不透明,抗水性能强等多种优点,因此广泛运用在各类印刷品中,在生产各类印刷品时往往会根据印刷需求进行涂布工作。而现有技术下,使用传统涂布机存在以下缺陷:(1)胶、涂料或油墨等介质由于受到生产环境或在涂布机内静止时间过长,在墨槽还没上卷纸前就发生了结皮,这不仅增加成本,也影响到涂布质量;(2)缺乏对收卷纸的长度计量,尽管申请号201120415116.3公开了一种具有对卷纸有计算长度的涂布机,但精确度不高;(3)当前涂布机自动化程度不高,增加操作人员负担。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,不仅涂布质量好,自动化程度高,并且胶、涂料或油墨等介质在涂布机内放置时结皮发生率低,增加经济效益。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,包括放卷装置、第一导辊、涂布装置、烘干装置、第二导辊和收卷装置;所述涂布装置是一封闭箱,所述封闭箱两侧设置有进出口,所述封闭箱内设置有涂布滚筒组,所述涂布滚筒组下方设置有墨槽,所述墨槽底部设置有压力传感器,所述墨槽通过连接管与一容器连通,所述连接管设置有开关阀,所述开关阀与所述压力传感器电连接;所述容器底部设置有搅拌盘,所述搅拌盘与所述容器下方的电机连接;所述封闭箱内还设置有一温控器,所述烘干装置的上方还设置有吸气罩,所述吸气罩与一气管连接,所述气管上设置有抽风泵。
进一步地,还包括设置在所述收卷装置旁的计长装置,所述计长装置包括第一连杆、第二连杆和圆形探头,所述第一连杆与所述涂布机的机架固接,所述第二连杆与所述第一连杆铰接,所述圆形探头与所述第二连杆转动连接,所述第一连杆和第二连杆中部还设置有连接弹簧。
进一步地,所述圆形探头与一设置在所述涂布机上的一处理器连接,所述处理器包括一控制器。
进一步地,还包括设置在所述烘干装置和第二导辊之间的切断装置,所述切断装置包括固定台和切刀,所述切刀与所述控制器连接。
进一步地,所述涂布装置设置有开关门。
进一步地,所述烘干装置是红外线烘干装置。
进一步地,还包括红外对射感应器,所述红外对射感应器与一蜂鸣器连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)胶、涂料或油墨等介质结皮率低:本发明的涂布装置是一封闭箱,所述封闭箱内设置有一带有搅拌盘的容器,能按需将需要用量的介质输送至墨槽中,并且在封闭箱内设置有温控器,能保持封闭箱温度恒定,减少涂布介质结皮情况的发生;(2)计长功能:在收卷装置旁设置有计长装置,通过计算所述圆形探头转动圈数,即可将收卷纸张的长度输送至处理器,在处理器设定需要生产的卷纸尺寸,当收卷纸张的长度达到设定值时,处理器上的控制器能控制切断装置进行切断。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,包括放卷装置1、第一导辊2、涂布装置3、烘干装置4、第二导辊5和收卷装置6;涂布装置3是一封闭箱,封闭箱两侧设置有进出口,供纸张的进入和输出,在封闭箱内设置有涂布滚筒组7,涂布滚筒组7下方设置有墨槽8,墨槽8底部设置有压力传感器9,墨槽8通过连接管10与一容器11连通,连接管10设置有开关阀12,开关阀12与压力传感器9电连接;容器11底部设置有搅拌盘13,搅拌盘13与容器11下方的电机14连接,电机14驱动搅拌盘13不断地对放置在容器11中的胶、涂料或油墨等介质进行搅拌,防止结皮,通过对压力传感器9设定压力上限值和下限值,当容器11中胶、涂料或油墨等介质对压力传感器9的压力小于设定的压力下限值时,压力传感器9控制开关阀12打开,容器11中的胶、涂料或油墨等介质通过连接管10进入到墨槽8;当胶、涂料或油墨等介质对压力传感器9的压力大于设定的压力上限值时,压力传感器9控制开关阀12关闭,停止输送;在封闭箱内还设置有温控器15,将封闭箱中的温度设定在一定的温度区间,减少温度过高或过低令胶、涂料或油墨等介质容易产生结皮;在烘干装置4的上方还设置有吸气罩23,吸气罩23与一气管24连接,气管24上设置有抽风泵25,启动抽风泵25后,会将烘干所产生的难闻气味吸入到吸气罩23中,并通过气管24排放到外界,保持车间空气清新;本设备还包括红外对射感应器26,红外对射感应器26与一蜂鸣器27连接,红外对射感应器26监控到双胶纸断开后,会传输信号至蜂鸣器27,蜂鸣器27响动,对操作人员进行警示。
在收卷装置6旁的计长装置,计长装置包括第一连杆16、第二连杆17和圆形探头18,第一连杆16与涂布机的机架固接,第二连杆17与第一连杆16铰接,圆形探头18与第二连杆17转动连接,第一连杆16和第二连杆17中部还设置有连接弹簧19,第二连杆17在连接弹簧19的拉力下,让圆形探头18紧贴着收卷装置6,随收卷装置6的转动而转动,通过圆形探头18的转动圈数即可得出收卷装置6上纸张的走过长度,圆形探头18与设置在涂布机上的一处理器连接,将长度信息传送至处理器,在处理器可以设定需要生产卷纸的长度大小,当从圆形探头18传输过来的长度尺寸达到在处理器设定的长度大小后,处理器将信息传递至控制器,控制器将信息传递至切断装置,控制切断装置的切刀21往下压至固定台20,将纸张切断,即可完成一个纸卷的生产;在涂布装置设置有开关门22,打开开关门22可以进行涂布介质的添加、清理等;作为优选例,烘干装置4是红外线烘干装置。

1.一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,包括放卷装置、第一导辊、涂布装置、烘干装置、第二导辊和收卷装置;所述涂布装置是一封闭箱,所述封闭箱两侧设置有进出口,所述封闭箱内设置有涂布滚筒组,所述涂布滚筒组下方设置有墨槽,所述墨槽底部设置有压力传感器,所述墨槽通过连接管与一容器连通,所述连接管设置有开关阀,所述开关阀与所述压力传感器电连接;所述容器底部设置有搅拌盘,所述搅拌盘与所述容器下方的电机连接;所述封闭箱内还设置有一温控器,所述烘干装置的上方还设置有吸气罩,所述吸气罩与一气管连接,所述气管上设置有抽风泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述收卷装置旁的计长装置,所述计长装置包括第一连杆、第二连杆和圆形探头,所述第一连杆与所述涂布机的机架固接,所述第二连杆与所述第一连杆铰接,所述圆形探头与所述第二连杆转动连接,所述第一连杆和第二连杆中部还设置有连接弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,所述圆形探头与一设置在所述涂布机上的一处理器连接,所述处理器包括一控制器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述烘干装置和第二导辊之间的切断装置,所述切断装置包括固定台和切刀,所述切刀与所述控制器连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,所述涂布装置设置有开关门。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,所述烘干装置是红外线烘干装置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的双胶纸涂布机,其特征在于,还包括红外对射感应器,所述红外对射感应器与一蜂鸣器连接。
