Claims (7)

1.一种轮毂轴承组件(10),其具有转动轴线(A),并且包括:
-轴承外圈(20),其由外表面(22)限定,所述外表面(22)围绕所述转动轴线(A)分布并具有遍及该外表面(22)自身地形成的成形槽(60);
-轴承内圈(30),其与所述外圈(20)一起限定了中间空间(40),并且设置有与所述转动轴线(A)相横向的凸缘(31);
-密封装置(80),其介于所述外圈(20)与所述内圈(30)之间,以防止杂质通过所述中间空间(40)进入所述轮毂轴承组件(10),并进而包括保护盖(81),所述保护盖(81)安装在所述凸缘(31)上以与所述内圈(30)一起转动,并且所述保护盖(81)围绕所述外圈(20)的外表面(22)延伸以用于使所述中间空间(40)与该中间空间(40)自身的外部分界;
所述轮毂轴承组件(10)的特征在于以下事实,所述保护盖(81)包括末端自由边缘(87),该末端自由边缘(87)被布置成卡接于所述成形槽(60)内并限定了被放置在所述成形槽(60)内的环形出口(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述外圈(20)的外表面(22)包括与所述转动轴线(A)相横向的前表面(21)和与所述前表面(21)相连续的安装表面(23);所述安装表面(23)与所述成形槽(60)通过所述成形槽(60)的装配接合边缘(61)分隔开;接合边缘(61)的直径的尺寸大于所述末端自由边缘(87)的内径的尺寸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述槽(60)配件具有第一斜面(62),并优选具有第二斜面(63),该第二斜面(63)相对于彼此而言相对于所述转动轴线(A)具有不同的倾斜度;所述第一斜面(62)由所述接合边缘(61)限定,所述环形出口(42)被与所述第一斜面(62)自身对应地布置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述第一斜面(62)的倾斜度大于所述第二斜面(63)的倾斜度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述第一斜面(62)与所述转动轴线(A)相横向。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述保护盖(81)包括末端壁(84),所述末端壁(84)朝向径向内侧由所述末端自由边缘(87)界定并且设置有防护外表面(86),所述防护外表面(86)的倾斜度与所述第一斜面(62)的倾斜度相反,以防止杂质通过所述环形出口(42)进入所述轮毂轴承组件(10)内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轮毂轴承组件,其特征在于,所述保护盖(81)还包括:侧壁(83),其与所述转动轴线(A)相横向并在轴向上面对所述凸缘(31);和第一圆柱壁(82),其与所述侧壁(83)成一体并装配在所述凸缘(31)上;所述末端壁(84)优选通过介于中间的第二圆柱壁(85)而与所述侧壁(83)成一体。
