Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强材料,它的组成成份为:硼酸铝晶须、海泡石、陶瓷、粉煤灰,氢氧化钠、磷酸二氢锂气溶胶,各组成成份按重量份计为:硼酸铝晶须13~24份,海泡石3~5份、陶瓷57~63份,粉煤灰6~10份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶4~9份。本发明的一种高强材料,该材料高强度与轻质并存解决了现有材料中两者不能兼具的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别是涉及高强轻质材料。
背景技术
随着陶瓷工业的高速发展,陶瓷生产中产生的废料量也日益增多。目前,我国陶瓷废料的年排放量预计已经超过1800万吨,其中抛光砖废料占据了一半以上。大量排放的陶瓷废料,既挤占土地,污染环境,又大大降低了矿产资源的有效利用率,并严重阻碍了陶瓷工业的可持续发展。因此陶瓷废料,特别是抛光砖废料的资源化利用具有重要的科研价值和社会经济意义。
本文以陶瓷抛光废料的资源化利用为目标,以陶瓷抛光废料为主要原料,辅以硼酸铝晶须、粉煤灰、海泡石等制备一种高强度轻质建筑材料。解决了现有材料质量轻但强度不高或者强度高但质量重的问题,且该材料制备工艺简便,操作方便,易于产业化。这不仅解决了陶瓷废料的处理问题,而且变废为宝,符合当今社会的节能减排与低碳经济模式,对高强轻质材料的发展具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为解决现有材料存在的轻质和强度不能兼具的问题,本发明提供了一种技术方案:
一种高强材料,它的组成成份为:硼酸铝晶须、海泡石、陶瓷、粉煤灰,氢氧化钠、磷酸二氢锂气溶胶,各组成成份按重量份计为:硼酸铝晶须13~24份,海泡石3~5份、陶瓷57~63份,粉煤灰6~10份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶4~9份。
进一步,所述成份硼酸铝晶须按重量份计为21份。
进一步,所述成份海泡石按重量份计为4份。
进一步,所述成份陶瓷按重量份计为58份。
进一步,所述成份粉煤灰按重量份计为8份。
进一步,所述成份磷酸二氢锂气溶胶按重量份计为5份。
进一步,所述成份陶瓷为其抛光废料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用陶瓷抛光废料为主要原料,辅以硼酸铝晶须、海泡石、粉煤灰,氢氧化钠、磷酸二氢锂气溶胶制备出一种重量及强度均优于现有材料的行业标准的材料,为材料行业的发展提供广阔的空间。

实施例1
分别称取硼酸铝晶须21份,海泡石4份,陶瓷抛光材料58份,粉煤灰8份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶5份,混合均匀,球磨45min,干燥过30 目筛,然后再压机上以15MPa压力压制成型,在烘箱中干燥至恒重,最后分别在快速升温电路中于1000℃下保温30min烧成,随炉温冷却后得到样品。
实施例2
分别称取硼酸铝晶须13份,海泡石3份,陶瓷抛光材料63份,粉煤灰6份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶4份,混合均匀,球磨45min,干燥过30 目筛,然后再压机上以15MPa压力压制成型,在烘箱中干燥至恒重,最后分别在快速升温电路中于1000℃下保温30min烧成,随炉温冷却后得到样品。
实施例3
分别称取硼酸铝晶须24份,海泡石5份,陶瓷抛光材料55份,粉煤灰10份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶9份,混合均匀,球磨45min,干燥过30 目筛,然后再压机上以15MPa压力压制成型,在烘箱中干燥至恒重,最后分别在快速升温电路中于1000℃下保温30min烧成,随炉温冷却后得到样品。
实施例4
将实施例1~3得到的样品(记为样品1~3),现有高强材料,现有轻质材料进行抗压强度和密度测试具体结果如下:

1.一种高强材料,其特征在于,它的组成成份为:硼酸铝晶须、海泡石、陶瓷、粉煤灰,氢氧化钠、磷酸二氢锂气溶胶,各组成成份按重量份计为:硼酸铝晶须13~24份,海泡石3~5份、陶瓷57~63份,粉煤灰6~10份,磷酸二氢锂气溶胶4~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份硼酸铝晶须按重量份计为21份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份海泡石按重量份计为4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份陶瓷按重量份计为58份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份粉煤灰按重量份计为8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份磷酸二氢锂气溶胶按重量份计为5份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质材料,其特征在于,所述成份陶瓷为其抛光废料。
