本发明涉及一种动力传动系。更具体地,本发明涉及一种设置有双缸发动机和电机的动力传动系。
背景技术
近年来,已经进行了用以提高车辆的燃料效率的研究,已经进行了例如双缸发动机或三缸发动机的设计的各种研究。
但是,根据各种车辆行驶情况,双缸发动机或三缸发动机的输出和燃料效率的提高会受到限制。
另外,双缸发动机或三缸发动机输出相对严重的振动,并且将用于抑制振动的元件(例如,平衡轴)应用至双缸发动机或三缸发动机会受到限制。

发明内容
本发明致力于提供一种动力传动系,其设置有双缸发动机和电机,其优点在于减小振动和噪声并且提高燃料效率。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系可以包括:发动机,其包括曲轴和发动机体;转子部分,其连接至曲轴,并且所述转子部分的磁体连接至转子部分的第一侧;定子部分,其设置于转子部分和发动机体之间;以及汽缸体水套,其形成于发动机上,用于冷却电机的电机冷却口形成至所述汽缸体水套。

与冷却室连通以使冷却液流动的入口和出口可以形成于电机壳体。
冷却室可以沿所述定子板的径向方向而形成于定子板内。
动力传动系可以进一步包括形成于发动机上的汽缸体水套,所述汽缸体水套通过电机冷却口与入口连通。
如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的设置有双汽缸发动机和电机的动力传动系可以减小振动和噪声,提高燃料效率并且还可以减小发动机的尺寸。
由于电机冷却口形成于汽缸体冷却水套以冷却电机,因此不需要额外的冷却管路。

参考图1至图5,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系1可以包括:发动机10,其包括曲轴12和发动机体14;转子部分40,其连接至曲轴12,并且转子部分40的磁体42连接至转子部分40的第一侧;定子部分50,其设置于转子部分40和发动机体14之间;汽缸体水套80,其形成在发动机10上,用于冷却电机的电机冷却口82形成于汽缸体水套80。
形成有壳体孔32的电机壳体30连接至发动机体14。
转子部分40包括突出部分45和盘48;所述突出部分45通过壳体孔32而连接至曲轴12;所述盘48连接至突出部分45,磁体42连接至所述盘48。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,动力传动系进一步包括变速器60和选择性地将转子部分40的旋转传输至变速器60的离合器70。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,动力传动系1包括电机/转子部分20,该电机/转子部分20设置于发动机10和变速器60之间,并且用作飞轮和电机,因此,电机/转子部分20可以减小发动机10的振动并且辅助发动机10的输出。
在此情况下,电机/转子部分20包括转子部分40和定子部分50。
转子部分40与曲轴12直接连接,并且将用作飞轮来储存曲轴12的旋转能量,从而使转子部分40可以减小发动机10的振动。
定子部分50和转子部分40可以用作用于辅助发动机10输出的电机,并且在发动机10不工作时,该电机可以用作主驱动动力源。另外,定子部分50和转子部分40输出对应于发动机10的振动的补偿扭矩,从而使定子部分50和转子部分40可以用作平衡配重。
定子部分50包括铁心54和定子板56,铁心54的线圈52沿铁心54的径向方向进行缠绕,线圈52插入其中的线圈槽57形成于定子板56。定子板56连接至电机壳体30。
用于安置定子部分50的容纳部分31可以形成于电机壳体30,因此可以抑制电机/转子部分20的长度的增加。
可以由螺栓组装电机壳体30和定子板56,从而可以容易地执行组装和拆卸。
由于定子部分50设置于转子部分40和电机壳体30之间,因此可以容易地执行组装,于是电机/转子部分20可以为稳定的。
由于线圈52插入线圈槽57,所以线圈52可以稳定地固定于预定位置而不需要额外的部件。
也就是说,沿径向方向设置磁体42和线圈52,因此可以抑制电机/转子部分20的长度的增加。
用于来自电机冷却口82的冷却液进行流动的入口34和出口36形成于电机壳体30,从而对定子部分50进行冷却。
与电机冷却口82连接的连接管道33可以插入入口34。
入口34将冷却液供应至定子板56,出口36将冷却液从定子板56排出。
图6为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的定子板的立体图,图7为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的定子板的部分横截面图。
参考图6和图7,冷却室58沿定子板56的径向方向形成于定子板56内,冷却室58与出口36连通,并且通过形成于定子板56的冷却室入口59而与入口34连通。
图8为根据本发明的示例性具体实施方案的动力传动系的发动机的横截面图。
参考图1至图8,将对电机的冷却进行描述。
将冷却液从水泵供应至汽缸体水套80,并且通过电机冷却口82、连接管道33、入口34和冷却室入口59而将一部分冷却液供应至冷却室58。
供应至冷却室85的冷却液对定子板56和与定子板56连接的线圈52进行冷却。
通过出口36而排出冷却室58内的冷却液。
图9为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的转子部分的立体图,图10为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的部分分解立体图,图11为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的转子部分的正视图。
为了便于理解,将由相同的附图标记来表示图1至图6中描述的动力传动系的相同或相似的元件,并且将省略重复的描述。
辐射部分46形成于转子部分40。
辐射部分46形成于转子部分40的外圆周。
辐射部分46相对于转子部分40的外圆周为凹形。
也就是说,如图9所示,由于辐射部分46相对于转子部分40的外圆周而形成为凹形,所以简化了转子部分的制造工艺。转子部分40可以围绕转子部分40而对空气进行循环,以冷却转子部分40。转子部分40的表面面积由于辐射部分46而增加,因此,转子部分40的热传递增加。
平衡部分90形成于转子部分40上,以对从曲轴12传输的不平衡的旋转能量进行补偿。
转子部分40为盘形,并且平衡部分90在转子部分40的第一侧形成为凹形。
也就是说,平衡部分90可以为空间,所述空间用作具有负值的平衡配重。因此,转子部分40的总重量可以减小,从而使转子部分40可以高效地以高速旋转。
平衡部分90沿转子部分40的圆周方向而形成为扇形。
因此,沿转子部分40的直径方向的横截面可以简化,并且在生产率方面具有高效率。
在变型的示例性实施方案中,平衡部分40可以由密度低于转子部分40的盘48的密度的材料制成。因此,可以保持转子部分40的刚性。
平衡部分90形成于对应于曲轴12的连杆轴颈16的位置。
连杆182与连杆轴颈16连接,并且也与活塞180连接。平衡部分90形成于对应于曲轴12的连杆轴颈16的位置,以对从曲轴12传输的不平衡的旋转能量进行补偿。
平衡部分90的形状,也即,图11中示出的“α”,可以根据由于活塞180的往复运动而导致的不平衡力而确定。
图12为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的动力传动系的示意图。
参考图12,在本发明的示例性实施方案中,发动机10与电机/转子部分20直接连接,并且离合器70设置于变速器60和转子部分40之间,以选择性地将变速器60与转子部分40连接。
根据离合器70的连接状态,通过从电池72供应的电力,电机/转子部分20可以用作起动电机,并且也可以用作辅助发动机10的驱动动力源。
当不需要辅助动力时,电机/转子部分20可以用作发电机,并且将产生的电力存储于电池72。
如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的设置有双汽缸发动机和电机的动力传动系可以减小振动和噪声,提高燃料效率并且还可以减小发动机的尺寸。
由于电机冷却口形成于汽缸体冷却水套以冷却电机,因此不需要额外的冷却管路。
已经结合具体的示例性实施方案对本发明进行了描述,应当理解的是,本发明并不限于所公开的实施方案。相反,其旨在覆盖包含在所附权利要求的精神和范围内的各种变型和等价配置。

Claims (20)

1.一种动力传动系,其包括:
发动机,其包括曲轴和发动机体;
转子部分,其连接至曲轴,并且转子部分的磁体连接至转子部分的第一侧;
定子部分,其设置于转子部分和发动机体之间;以及
汽缸体水套,其形成于发动机上,用于冷却电机的电机冷却口形成于所述汽缸体水套上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系,进一步包括连接至发动机体的电机壳体,并且壳体孔形成于所述电机壳体,
其中,用于来自电机冷却口的冷却液进行流动的入口和出口形成于电机壳体,从而对定子部分进行冷却。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系,其中,定子部分包括:
铁心,所述铁心的线圈沿该铁心的径向方向进行缠绕;以及
定子板,所述线圈所插入的线圈槽形成于所述定子板上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系,其中,用于安置定子部分的容纳部分形成于电机壳体。
5.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动系,其中:
所述入口将冷却液供应至定子板;
所述出口将冷却液从定子板排出。
6.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动系,其中:
冷却室沿所述定子板的径向方向形成于定子板内;
冷却室与所述入口和所述出口连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系,进一步包括:
变速器;以及
离合器,所述离合器将转子部分的旋转选择性地传输至变速器。
8.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系,其中,转子部分包括:
突出部分,其通过壳体孔而连接至曲轴;以及
盘,其连接至突出部分,并且磁体连接至所述盘。
9.根据权利要求8所述的动力传动系,其中,辐射部分形成于转子部分上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的动力传动系,其中,辐射部分形成于盘的外圆周。
11.根据权利要求9所述的动力传动系,其中,辐射部分相对于盘的外圆周为凹形。
12.根据权利要求8所述的动力传动系,其中,平衡部分形成于所述盘,以对从曲轴传输的不平衡的旋转能量进行补偿。
13.根据权利要求12所述的动力传动系,其中,辐射部分相对于盘的外圆周为凹形。
14.根据权利要求13所述的动力传动系,其中,平衡部分沿所述盘的圆周方向而具有扇形。
15.根据权利要求13所述的动力传动系,其中,平衡部分由密度低于所述盘的密度的材料制成。
16.根据权利要求12所述的动力传动系,其中:
发动机为双缸发动机;
平衡部分设置于对应于曲轴的连杆轴颈的位置处。
17.一种动力传动系,其包括:
发动机,其包括曲轴和发动机体;
电机壳体,其连接至发动机体,并且形成有所述电机壳体的壳体孔;
转子部分,其通过所述壳体孔而连接至曲轴,转子部分的磁体连接至转子部分的第一侧,并且将从曲轴传输的不平衡的旋转能量进行存储;
定子部分,其设置于转子部分和电机壳体之间,并连接至电机壳体,所述定子部分包括铁心和定子板,所述铁心的线圈沿铁心的径向方向进行缠绕;线圈所插入的线圈槽形成于所述定子板上;
变速器,其连接至发动机体,
其中,冷却室形成于定子板上。
18.根据权利要求17所述的动力传动系,其中,与冷却室连通以使冷却液流动的入口和出口形成于电机壳体。
19.根据权利要求17所述的动力传动系,其中,冷却室沿定子板的径向方向而形成于定子板内。
20.根据权利要求17所述的动力传动系,进一步包括形成于发动机上的汽缸体水套,所述汽缸体水套通过电机冷却口与入口连通。
