步骤一，将干姜20-40份、白术15-30份、肉桂25-45份、良姜40-60份、香附30-50份、生黄芪15-30份、元胡15-20份、干马齿苋20-30份、白芍25-45份、夏枯草8-20份、川桂枝10-25份、生附片10-20份、紫丹参16-28份、乳香8-15份、木香5-10份、川芎3-9份剪碎混合，备用；
步骤二，将中草药混合物和水以257-477份：6-10L的比例混合煎水取汁，进行1-4h的大火煎水，然后转小火煎水1-2h，取中草药汁，备用；
步骤三，将中草药汁、2%-3%的新洁尔灭溶液与45-65℃温水混合，且加入适量芒硝和/或食醋进行搅拌，备用；
步骤四，混合且搅匀后，将脚浸泡于温中20-40分钟。

3.根据权利要求1所述的调养胃病的中草药泡脚水，其特征在于：所述中草药泡脚水包括下述重量份数的原料：干姜40份、白术30份、肉桂45份、良姜60份、香附50份、生黄芪30份、元胡20份、干马齿苋30份、白芍45份、夏枯草20份、川桂枝25份、生附片20份、紫丹参28份、乳香15份、木香10份、川芎9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调养胃病的中草药泡脚水，其特征在于：所述中草药泡脚水包括下述重量份数的原料：干姜30份、白术22份、肉桂35份、良姜50份、香附40份、生黄芪20份、元胡18份、干马齿苋25份、白芍30份、夏枯草14份、川桂枝18份、生附片15份、紫丹参22份、乳香12份、木香7份、川芎6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的调养胃病的中草药泡脚水，其特征在于：所述步骤三中，芒硝的重量份数为20-40份，食醋为0.01-0.03L。
