混合药剂：伸筋草、天麻、女贞子、玉竹、独活、夜交藤、白芍、路路通、龙骨、黑米、黑芝麻、黑蚂蚁干、黑枸杞、麻黄根、海风藤、骨碎补、威灵仙、五味子、老鹤草、沙参、石斛、玫瑰花、柴胡、香附、佛手、狗脊、半枫荷、生菜籽、川芎、延胡索，将各中草药等比例配好进行研磨成粉，再添加少量食盐，混合药剂的重量为15g，混合均匀后放入无纺布包中，在早餐40分钟后，在盆中加入清水，水温在40摄氏度左右，水位至使用者的脚脖，浸泡15-20分钟。
实施例二：

1.一种可治疗风湿关节炎的中药泡脚包，它包括无纺布包和混合药剂，其特征在于：所述的混合药剂包括以下中草药：伸筋草、天麻、女贞子、玉竹、独活、夜交藤、白芍、路路通、龙骨、黑米、黑芝麻、黑蚂蚁干、黑枸杞、麻黄根、海风藤、骨碎补、威灵仙、五味子、老鹤草、沙参、石斛、玫瑰花、柴胡、香附、佛手、狗脊、半枫荷、生菜籽、川芎、延胡索。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种可降三高的中药泡脚包，其特征在于：所述的混合药剂总重为15-20克，各中药成分等比例分配。
3.根据权利要求所述的一种可降三高的中药泡脚包，其特征在于：所述的混合药剂中各中草药研磨成粉，混合均匀，装入无纺布包中。
4.根据权利要求所述的一种可降三高的中药泡脚包，其特征在于：所述的混合药剂中添加少量食盐。
