山茱萸补力平和、壮阳而不助火，滋阴而不腻膈，收敛而不留邪。山茱萸含有生理活性较强的山茱萸甙、酒石酸、没食子酸、苹果酸、树酯、鞣质和多种维生素等有效成分，具有增强免疫、抗炎、抗菌等药理作用，是中医临床中常用的一味药。
茯苓宁心安神，败毒抗癌。药性平和，利湿而不伤正气。
牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血化淤、退虚热等功效
白芍养血柔肝，缓中止痛，敛阴收汗。
白扁豆性味甘微湿，入脾胃二经，有补脾胃，和中化湿，消暑解毒的功效。
白术健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗。
桂枝发汗解肌，温经通脉，助阳化气，散寒止痛。
陈皮理气健脾，调中，燥湿，化痰。
柴胡透表泄热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。
川芎活血行气，祛风止痛。用于安抚神经，正头风头痛，症瘕腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，头痛，风湿痹痛。
香附解表止痛。
甘草益气补中;缓急止痛;润肺止咳;泻火解毒;调和诸药。主倦怠食少;肌瘦面黄;心悸气短;腹痛便溏;四肢挛急疼痛;脏躁;咳嗽气喘;咽喉肿痛;痈疮肿痛;小儿胎毒;及药物、食物中毒。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
党参味味甘，性平；归脾、肺经；质润气和，具有健脾补肺，益气养血生津，主治脾胃虚弱，食少便溏，倦怠乏力，肺虚喘咳，气短懒言，自汗，血虚萎黄，口渴。增强身体抵抗力、降低血压、养血、补中益气、治疗胃溃疡、治疗糖尿病。
肉桂具有补火助阳，引火归源，散寒止痛，活血通经之功效。
芡实味甘，涩，性平。归脾、肾经。具有益肾固精，补脾止泻，祛湿止带的功能。生品性平，涩而不滞，补脾肾而兼能祛湿。常用于白浊，带下，遗精，小便不禁，兼湿浊者尤宜。
五味子敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精。治肺虚喘咳，口干作渴，自汗，盗汗，劳伤羸瘦，梦遗滑精，久泻久痢。
薏苡仁健脾，渗湿，止泻，排脓。用于脾虚腹泻，肌肉酸重，关节疼痛，水肿，脚气，白带，肺脓疡，阑尾炎。利湿健脾；舒筋除痹；清热排脓。
覆盆子补肝益肾，固精缩尿，明目。阳痿早泄，遗精滑精，宫冷不孕，带下清稀，尿频遗溺，目昏暗，须发早白。
酸枣仁含多量脂肪油和蛋白质，并含甾醇、三萜类、酸枣仁皂甙、多量维生素C。有镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗惊厥作用；有一定的降压作用。
女贞子性味归经:甘、苦，凉。归肝、肾经。功效:补益肝肾，明目，清虚热。主治:头晕目眩，须发早白，视物昏花，阴虚发热。
枸杞养肝，滋肾，润肺。枸杞叶：补虚益精，清热明目。
菊花具有疏风、清热、明目、解毒之功效。主要治疗头痛、眩晕、目赤、心胸烦热、疔疮、肿毒等症。现代药理研究表明，菊花具有治疗冠心病、降低血压、预防高血脂、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗衰老等多种药理活性。
麦冬养阴生津，润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳，阴虚痨嗽，喉痹咽痛，津伤口渴，内热消渴，心烦失眠，肠燥便秘。
玉竹滋阴润肺；养胃生津。燥咳；劳嗽；热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴；内热消渴；阴虚外感；头昏眩晕；筋脉挛痛。
蒺藜平肝解郁，活血祛风，明目，止痒。用于头痛眩晕，胸胁胀痛，乳闭乳痈，目赤翳障，风疹瘙痒。
决明子清热明目，润肠通便。用于目赤涩痛，羞明多泪，头痛眩晕，目暗不明，大便秘结。归肝、肾、大肠经。有减肥之功效。治风热赤眼，青盲，雀目，高血压，肝炎，肝硬化腹水，习惯性便秘。
桑叶疏散风热；清肺；明目。主风热感冒；风温初起，发热头痛，汗出恶风，咳嗽胸痛；或肺燥干咳无痰；咽干口渴；风热及肝阳上扰；目赤肿痛。用于风热感冒，肺热燥咳，头晕头痛，目赤昏花。
菟丝子具有补肾益精，养肝明目，健脾固胎。

中药组合物中，山茱萸40份、茯苓10份、牡丹皮5份、白芍10份、白扁豆15份、白术15份、桂枝10份、陈皮20份、柴胡20份、川芎20份、香附20份、甘草10份、党参5份、肉桂20份、芡实10份、五味子8份、薏苡仁10份、覆盆子20份、酸枣仁10份、女贞子8份、枸杞8份、菊花10份、麦冬5份、玉竹8份、蒺藜20份、决明子8份、桑叶8份、菟丝子8份。
实施例2
中药组合物中，山茱萸20份、茯苓30份、牡丹皮10份、白芍5份、白扁豆10份、白术5份、桂枝5份、陈皮10份、柴胡30份、川芎10份、香附10份、甘草5份、党参10份、肉桂10份、芡实15份、五味子8份、薏苡仁15份、覆盆子30份、酸枣仁15份、女贞子10份、枸杞10份、菊花20份、麦冬10份、玉竹10份、蒺藜8份、决明子10份、桑叶10份、菟丝子10份。
本发明中药临床观察脾肾阳虚型36例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
36例患者中，年龄34－55岁，病程在6个月到5年，平均年龄42岁。
2、治疗方法
上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂，每日1剂，每日2次，14天为1疗程。
3、治疗结果：
3.1参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》制定：
治愈：临床症状减少90%及以上且持续6个月以上无反复者；
有效：临床症状减少30%-89%且6个月以内无反复者；
无效：临床症状减少29%以下。
3.2结果：36例患者中，临床治愈20例，有效12例，无效4例，总有效率为88.9％。
4、典型病例
杨某，女，34岁，患者自述1年前出现情绪烦躁，头晕耳鸣，视物模糊，腰酸乏力，梦多易醒。经诊断面色苍白，精神抑郁，头晕耳鸣，心烦难寐，梦多易醒，腰酸体倦，便溏，夜尿频繁，舌淡红、苔白腻，脉沉细，诊断为肝郁气滞脾肾阳虚症。服用本发明药物，治疗1个疗程，症状明显减轻。继续服用2个疗程，痊愈，随访1年未见复发。
刘某，女，50岁。患者2年来头晕眼花、心悸、失眠、烦躁易怒,曾服金贵肾气丸等药物效果不明显。当前症状：月经周期紊乱、头晕、心悸、健忘、失眠、耳鸣、烘热出汗，纳呆腹胀，便溏，舌苔白腻，脉弦细。服用本发明药物，每日1剂，1个疗程后，症状明显好转，继续服用2个疗程，痊愈，随访1年未见复发。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗脾肾阳虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：取山茱萸20-40份、茯苓10-30份、牡丹皮5-10份、白芍10-15份、白扁豆10-15份、白术5-15份、桂枝5-10份、陈皮10-20份、柴胡20-30份、川芎10-20份、香附10-20份、甘草5-10份、党参5-10份、肉桂10-20份、芡实10-15份、五味子8-10份、薏苡仁10-15份、覆盆子20-30份、酸枣仁10-15份、女贞子8-10份、枸杞8-10份、菊花10-20份、麦冬5-10份、玉竹8-10份、蒺藜8-20份、决明子8-10份、桑叶8-10份、菟丝子8-10份放入水中，水的量没过中药2-3cm，浸泡30分钟，然后文火煎制30分钟，过滤去渣，药渣按照前述方法再煎一次，过滤去渣后，合并两次药液即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗脾肾阳虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述中药组合物中，山茱萸40份、茯苓10份、牡丹皮5份、白芍10份、白扁豆15份、白术15份、桂枝10份、陈皮20份、柴胡20份、川芎20份、香附20份、甘草10份、党参5份、肉桂20份、芡实10份、五味子8份、薏苡仁10份、覆盆子20份、酸枣仁10份、女贞子8份、枸杞8份、菊花10份、麦冬5份、玉竹8份、蒺藜20份、决明子8份、桑叶8份、菟丝子8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗脾肾阳虚的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述中药组合物中，山茱萸20份、茯苓30份、牡丹皮10份、白芍5份、白扁豆10份、白术5份、桂枝5份、陈皮10份、柴胡30份、川芎10份、香附10份、甘草5份、党参10份、肉桂10份、芡实15份、五味子8份、薏苡仁15份、覆盆子30份、酸枣仁15份、女贞子10份、枸杞10份、菊花20份、麦冬10份、玉竹10份、蒺藜8份、决明子10份、桑叶10份、菟丝子10份。
