本发明提出了一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，包括以下重量份数原原料组成：艾叶5~15份，丹参6~12份，当归3~8份，牡丹皮5~8份，川穹6~8份，红花6~10份，生地2~8份，桂枝5~10份，桂皮2~6份，皂角3~7份，甘草1~6份和茯苓3~6份。本发明所提出的浴足粉配方合理，制作简单，具有优异的活血舒筋的功效，同时，能改善睡眠、养心安神、舒肝解郁，而且，对治疗脚气以及脚部皮肤的护理具有一定的效果，并且，原材料易得，无任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物科技技术领域，具体涉及一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉。
背景技术
众所周知，足浴是卫生常识，泡脚有保健作用，中药足疗作为祖国医药学宝库中的一种健康治疗方法，在民间喜闻乐见，广泛流传。自古以来，用热水泡脚就是一个很传统的养生方法。早在汉代以前，人们就认识到足部保暖的重要作用。足于人体，犹如树之有根。俗话说，“人老腿先老”，年长的人，一般都比较怕冷，尤其是腰部以下，腿脚更为怕冷。这是因为年龄渐长，阳气渐衰，阳气不能发挥温煦作用所致。
人的脚上有上百个穴位连接人体的各个部位，所以脚是人体的第二心脏。古代最早记载泡脚的书籍是晋代葛洪著的《肘后备急方》，至今已有上千年的历史。中国最古老的医学经典《黄帝内经》认为：“阳气起于足五趾之里。”足三阳经(胃、胆、膀胱)止于腿足部，
足三阴经(肝、脾、胃)起于腿足部，这里是阴阳交会的地方。小腿上分布着60多个穴位，足部有近70个反射区。我们如果对这些穴位和反射区经常进行中药足浴按摩，就像给五脏六腑药浴洗泡按摩一样，所以，人们把足部形象的比喻为“人体的保养站”。因此，浴足粉目前在市场上逐步受到欢迎，但市面上的足浴粉疗效低、品种少，远远不能满足人们的日常需求。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够能改善睡眠、养心安神、舒
肝解郁，且安全无副作用的活血舒筋的中药浴足粉。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，包括以下重量份数原原料组成：艾叶5~15份，丹参6~12份，当归3~8份，牡丹皮5~8份，川穹6~8份，红花6~10份，生地2~8份，桂枝5~10份，桂皮2~6份，皂角3~7份，甘草1~6份和茯苓3~6份。
进一步地，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a、将上述重量份数比准备艾叶、丹参、当归、牡丹皮、川穹、红花、生地、桂枝、桂皮、皂角、甘草和茯苓，去除里面的杂质，然后粉碎过80~100筛，再将所得颗粒混合均匀，得到混合原料；
b、将混合原料干燥，干燥的温度控制在80~100℃，时间为10~15min，然后低温灭菌，温度控制在60~80℃；
c、将灭菌所得的混合原料进行真空包装，即得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所提出的浴足粉配方合理，制作简单，具有优异的活血舒筋的功效，同时，能改善睡眠、养心安神、舒肝解郁，而且，对治疗脚气以及脚部皮肤的护理具有一定的效果，并且，原材料易得，无任何副作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，包括以下重量份数原原料组成：艾叶5份，丹参6份，当归3份，牡丹皮5份，川穹6份，红花6份，生地2份，桂枝5份，桂皮2份，皂角3份，甘草1份和茯苓3份。
进一步地，其制备方法包括以下步骤：a、将上述重量份数比准备艾叶、丹参、当归、牡丹皮、川穹、红花、生地、桂枝、桂皮、皂角、甘草和茯苓，去除里面的杂质，然后粉碎过80筛，再将所得颗粒混合均匀，得到混合原料；b、将混合原料干燥，干燥的温度控制在80℃，时间为10min，然后低温灭菌，温度控制在60℃；c、将灭菌所得的混合原料进行真空包装，即得到成品。
实施例2

实施例3
一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，包括以下重量份数原原料组成：艾叶15份，丹参12份，当归8份，牡丹皮8份，川穹8份，红花10份，生地8份，桂枝10份，桂皮5份，皂角6份，甘草6份和茯苓6份。
进一步地，其制备方法包括以下步骤：a、将上述重量份数比准备艾叶、丹参、当归、牡丹皮、川穹、红花、生地、桂枝、桂皮、皂角、甘草和茯苓，去除里面的杂质，然后粉碎过100筛，再将所得颗粒混合均匀，得到混合原料；b、将混合原料干燥，干燥的温度控制在100℃，时间为15min，然后低温灭菌，温度控制在80℃；c、将灭菌所得的混合原料进行真空包装，即得到成品。
本发明所提出的浴足粉配方合理，制作简单，具有优异的活血舒筋的功效，同时，能改善睡眠、养心安神、舒肝解郁，而且，对治疗脚气以及脚部皮肤的护理具有一定的效果，并且，原材料易得，无任何副作用。

1.一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，其特征在于：包括以下重量份数原原料组成：艾叶5~15份，丹参6~12份，当归3~8份，牡丹皮5~8份，川穹6~8份，红花6~10份，生地2~8份，桂枝5~10份，桂皮2~6份，皂角3~7份，甘草1~6份和茯苓3~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种活血舒筋的中药浴足粉，其特征在于：其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a、将上述重量份数比准备艾叶、丹参、当归、牡丹皮、川穹、红花、生地、桂枝、桂皮、皂角、甘草和茯苓，去除里面的杂质，然后粉碎过80~100筛，再将所得颗粒混合均匀，得到混合原料；
b、将混合原料干燥，干燥的温度控制在80~100℃，时间为10~15min，然后低温灭菌，温度控制在60~80℃；
c、将灭菌所得的混合原料进行真空包装，即得到成品。
