技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药配方，尤其涉及一种具有舒筋通络泡脚中药配方。
背景技术
经过中医学的研究，脚底是人体各个经络起止的汇聚处，且分布着60多个穴位和与人体内脏、器官相连接的反射区，泡脚有舒经活络的作用，可通过促进反射区的血液循环来达到的养生的目的，中药泡脚的应用在我国有悠久的历史，泡脚可以减轻疲劳，改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，去除污垢，使身心舒畅、精神爽快。加入一些针对治疗某些疾病的中药，不光具有促进血液循环的功能，还可通过皮肤在温水作用下的强渗透能力，充分吸收中药成分，能调和周身气血，调整脏腑功能，对多种疾病起到预防和辅助治疗的作用。
老年人已经步入了人生的最后阶段，身体的各项健康指标也在慢慢的下降，所以做好老年人的养生保健工作是重中之重，为了让老人安度晚年，健康的身体必不可少，为了保持身体健康许多老年人都会选择泡脚来养生，而现有的泡脚中药配方价格高，没有针对性，效果不明显，不能满足大家的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种纯天然，安全无副作用，针对老年人手脚麻木抽筋，骨质疏松，能祛湿驱寒的舒筋通络、安神助睡眠泡脚中药配方。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种舒筋通络、安神助睡眠泡脚中药配方：其组分及其重量配比是：木瓜5-20，川芎5-20，红花5-20，艾叶10-30，桂枝10-30，干姜10-30，羌活5-20，独活10-30、五味子5-20、远志5-20，柴胡5-20。
所述其组分及其重量配比是：木瓜10，川芎10，红花10，艾叶15，桂枝15，干姜15，羌活10，独活15、五味子10、远志10，柴胡10。
本发明配方中各中药的功效是：
木瓜：主治肌肤麻木，关节肿痛，脚气，霍乱大吐，转筋悄止。治脚气剧痒难忍。
川芎: 止痛镇痛 驱风 活血化瘀。
红花：活血通径、散瘀止痛。
艾叶: 温经止血，散寒止痛，降湿杀虫的功效
桂枝: 发汗解表,温通经脉,散寒止痛。
干姜：温中散寒，回阳通脉，燥湿消痰。
羌活: 散表寒，解热止痛，祛风止痛，消炎解毒，利关节。
独活: 祛风胜湿，散寒止痛。
五味子：补肾,安神,养阴,固涩,生津,止汗的功效
远志：安神益智、祛痰、解郁。
柴胡：具有疏散退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气
本发明的有益效果是：纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，能祛湿驱寒，舒筋通络、安神助睡眠，特别针对关节炎，风湿，老寒腿，骨质增生，骨质疏松的老人，改善睡眠的老年人。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：一种舒筋通络、安神助睡眠泡脚中药配方：其组分及其重量配比是：木瓜5-20，川芎5-20，红花5-20，艾叶10-30，桂枝10-30，干姜10-30，羌活5-20，独活10-30、五味子5-20、远志5-20，柴胡5-20。本发明选取木瓜10克，川芎10克，红花10克，艾叶15克，桂枝15克，干姜15克，羌活10克，独活15克，五味子10克，远志10克，柴胡10克，去杂粉碎到80-120目过筛混合，用无纺布袋包装，每袋50克分包备用。
使用方法：在烧水容器中加水2000毫升，加入50克的中药粉，煎沸10分钟，倒入盆内，水温可视季节及使用者的承受力适当调节，以不烫伤为好，温度越高药效吸收越充分，双脚分别浸入盆内，边烫泡边按相应穴位，水温下降时，可适当加入热水，直泡至双足暖和，皮肤发红为度，大约需15-20分钟，每晚临睡前连续泡15天为1疗程。
本发明纯天然，安全无副作用，能改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢，消除疲劳，能祛湿驱寒，舒筋通络、安神助睡眠。

1.一种舒筋通络、安神助睡眠泡脚中药配方：其特征在于：其组分及其重量配比是：木瓜5-20，川芎5-20，红花5-20，艾叶10-30，桂枝10-30，干姜10-30，羌活5-20，独活10-30、五味子5-20、远志5-20，柴胡5-20。
2.如权利要求1所述的舒筋通络、安神助睡眠泡脚中药配方：其特征是：所述其组分及其重量配比是：木瓜10，川芎10，红花10，艾叶15，桂枝15，干姜15，羌活10，独活15、五味子10、远志10，柴胡10。
