Abstract
The invention relates to a goods transportation process monitoring method based on a smart pallet, which comprises the steps of installing a smart logistics terminal on the pallet, acquiring pallet serial numbers and position information in real time through the reading function and the positioning function of an RFID tag and a positioning device which are arranged in the smart logistics terminal, scanning all terminal RFID tags and container RFID tags in a plurality of meters nearby in real time through a scanning device which is arranged in the smart logistics terminal, and sending all container RFID tag IDs and all terminal RFID tag IDs to a processor after duplication elimination; the processor sends the container RFID label ID, the terminal RFID label ID and the pallet positioning data to the pallet management background to be stored as a set, when the specific position of the goods needs to be inquired, the relevant detailed information of all pallets and containers of the relevant parameters is inquired from the pallet set and the goods label set through the terminal RFID label ID, and the real-time monitoring of the goods transportation process is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a goods transportation process monitoring method based on an intelligent tray.
Background
Pallets are used for containerization, stacking, handling and transportation of horizontal platform devices that place goods and articles as unit loads. As a kind of container equipment similar to a container, the pallet is widely used in the fields of production, transportation, storage and circulation, and is considered as one of two key innovations in the logistics industry of the 20 th century. The benefits brought to the modern logistics industry by the tray are mainly reflected in that: the pallet can be used as important loading, unloading, storing and transporting equipment in the logistics operation process, and plays a great role in modern logistics in cooperation with a forklift.
With the increasing precision of production equipment and the increasing automation degree, the production planning is stronger and the management mode is advanced gradually, the inter-process transportation and the supply of materials and semi-finished products to the production line become more important, and the tray operation is an effective means for rapidly improving the transportation efficiency and ordering the material flowing process, thereby playing a great role in reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency.
The tray is used as a device which completely follows the whole process of goods transportation, and has very good conditions for collecting goods transportation information; meanwhile, in the use process of the tray, the tray and the loaded goods are monitored in real time, so that details of the goods circulation process can be known, and the goods transportation information can be mastered anytime and anywhere.

s30, data storage: the processor sends the container RFID tag ID, the terminal RFID tag ID and the pallet positioning data to the pallet management background, and the pallet management background stores all container RFID tag IDs and terminal RFID tag IDs which are located at the same position as a set according to the pallet positioning data to form a pallet set and a cargo tag set;
s40, goods position query: when the specific position of the goods is inquired, all relevant detailed information of the relevant pallets and containers of the parameters is inquired from the pallet set and the goods label set by determining the parameters.

S40, goods position query: when the specific position of the goods is inquired, the relevant detailed information of all the pallets and the containers of the relevant parameters is inquired from the pallet set and the goods label set by determining the parameters; wherein the determined parameter comprises a cargo box RFID tag ID, a terminal RFID tag ID or pallet positioning data.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when goods leave a factory, a container with goods is loaded on a tray, a container RFID tag is placed in the container, a tray management background stores a bound container RFID tag ID and a terminal RFID tag ID, a scanning device in a smart logistics terminal of the tray scans all terminal RFID tags and container RFID tags within a plurality of meters nearby in the transportation process, the searched container RFID tag ID and the terminal RFID tag ID are sent to a processor after duplication elimination, and a positioning device simultaneously sends tray positioning data to the processor; the processor sends the container RFID tag ID, the terminal RFID tag ID and the pallet positioning data to the pallet management background, and the pallet management background stores all container RFID tag IDs and terminal RFID tag IDs which are located at the same position as a set according to the pallet positioning data to form a pallet set and a cargo tag set; in the process, the processor simultaneously sends current time information corresponding to the container RFID label ID, the terminal RFID label ID and the pallet positioning data to the pallet management background, and when the specific position of the goods needs to be inquired, all relevant detailed information of the pallets and the containers of the container RFID label ID, the terminal RFID label ID or the pallet positioning data is inquired from the pallet set and the goods label set through the container RFID label ID, the terminal RFID label ID or the pallet positioning data.
