The pallet data generating unit 530 generates pallet data using the goods information management terminal; the goods information management terminal generates a tray data message corresponding to goods according to the goods bar code, the electronic ticket information corresponding to the goods bar code, the specification of a tray bearing the goods and the electronic tag ID of the tray, and sends the tray data message to the goods information database for storage.
The tray data writing unit 540 writes the tray data generated by the tray data generating unit into the electronic tag of the tray by using an external reader; the external reader-writer sends the acquired electronic tag ID of the tray to the goods information management terminal, the goods information management terminal sends a tray data message corresponding to the electronic tag ID to the external reader-writer according to the electronic tag ID of the tray, and the external reader-writer writes the tray data message into an electronic tag data area of the tray.
The data statistics unit 550 performs statistics on the tray data generated by the tray data generation unit by using the data analysis terminal; the data analysis terminal counts the use amount of the trays of various specifications and the types of the cargos sent from various regions according to the tray data messages stored in the cargo information database.
It should be noted that the cargo information management terminal, the cargo loading control system, the cargo information database, and the cargo information database and the data analysis terminal are all connected and communicated through a network communication channel.
In addition, the pallet data processing device based on the internet of things further comprises a cargo bar code acquisition unit (not shown in the figure), wherein the cargo bar code acquisition unit is used for acquiring a cargo bar code by using a scanner; the scanner is connected with the goods information management terminal, and after acquiring the goods bar code report, the scanner sends the acquired bar code to the goods information management terminal.
In addition, the data statistics unit 550 further includes an analysis result display unit (not shown in the figure). Wherein, the analysis result display unit is used for displaying the statistical result of the data statistical unit 550; wherein, the use proportion of each type of tray is displayed through a graphical interface by taking a year or a month as a unit; based on the electronic goods ticket information of the goods, the types of the goods sent by the regions in different years or different months are displayed through a graphical interface by taking region distribution and the year or month as units.
Through the above, the tray data processing method and device based on the Internet of things can record the cargo information borne by the tray in real time, so that a basis is provided for analyzing the transportation volume of the cargo and the circulation of the tray.
The internet of things based pallet data processing method and apparatus according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the method and apparatus for processing tray data based on the internet of things provided by the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A tray data processing method based on the Internet of things comprises the following steps:
acquiring electronic ticket information matched with the cargo bar code from a cargo information database according to the cargo bar code, and determining the type of a pallet for bearing the cargo according to the electronic ticket information;
acquiring the specification and the electronic tag ID of a pallet bearing the goods according to the determined pallet type;
according to the goods bar code, the electronic goods ticket information corresponding to the goods bar code, the specification of a tray bearing the goods and the electronic tag ID of the tray, generating a tray data message corresponding to the goods bar code and the electronic tag ID of the tray, and storing the tray data message into a goods information database;
writing the generated tray data message into an electronic tag data area of the tray corresponding to the electronic tag ID of the tray, wherein whether the tray data message is written successfully is confirmed according to the returned information of the electronic tag ID of the tray read by a high-frequency communication link, and the high-frequency communication link is established with an external reader-writer through the awakened electronic tag; and the number of the first and second groups,
and according to the stored tray data message, counting the use amount of the trays of each specification and the types of the cargos sent from each region.
2. The Internet of things-based pallet data processing method of claim 1, wherein,
the goods information management terminal acquires electronic goods ticket information matched with the goods bar codes from a goods information database according to the goods bar codes, determines the type of a tray for bearing goods according to the electronic goods ticket information, and sends the type of the tray to a goods loading control system;
the goods loading control system extracts a corresponding tray to bear the goods according to the tray type sent by the goods information management terminal, acquires the specification of the tray and the electronic tag ID and returns the specification and the electronic tag ID to the goods information management terminal;
the goods information management terminal generates tray data messages corresponding to the goods bar codes and the electronic tag IDs of the trays according to the goods bar codes, the electronic ticket information corresponding to the goods bar codes, the specifications of the trays for bearing the goods and the electronic tag IDs of the trays, and sends the tray data messages to a goods information database for storage;
the external reader-writer sends the acquired electronic tag ID of the tray to the cargo information management terminal, the cargo information management terminal sends a tray data message corresponding to the electronic tag ID to the external reader-writer according to the electronic tag ID of the tray, and the tray data message is written into an electronic tag data area of the tray through the external reader-writer;
and the data analysis terminal counts the use amount of the trays of each specification and the types of the cargos issued in each region according to the tray data messages stored in the cargo information database.

The Internet of things-based tray data processing method as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the process of counting the use amount of each specification of tray and the type of goods sent from each region according to the tray data message stored in the goods information database by the data analysis terminal,
displaying the use proportion of the trays with various specifications through a graphical interface by taking a year or a month as a unit;
and displaying the types of the consignments in different regions in different years or different months through a graphical interface by taking regional distribution and the year or month as units based on the electronic bill information of the goods.
4. The Internet of things-based tray data processing method of claim 2, wherein in the process of writing the tray data message into the electronic tag data area of the tray through the external reader/writer,
when the electronic tag of the tray enters the scanning range of the external reader-writer, the electronic tag of the tray and the external reader-writer establish a communication link;
the external reader-writer receives response information of the electronic tag of the tray and sends the electronic tag ID of the tray to the cargo information management terminal;
the goods information management terminal sends a tray data message corresponding to the electronic tag ID of the tray to an external reader-writer according to the received electronic tag ID of the tray;
the external reader-writer receives a tray data message sent by the cargo information management terminal and writes the tray data message into an electronic tag data area of the tray; the electronic tag of the tray is a built-in active RFID electronic tag.
5. The internet of things-based tray data processing method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the external reader-writer confirms whether the tray data message is successfully written by reading back the return information of the electronic tag of the tray.
6. A tray data processing device based on the Internet of things comprises:
the tray type determining unit is used for acquiring electronic ticket information matched with the cargo bar codes from a cargo information database according to the cargo bar codes and determining the type of a tray for bearing the cargo according to the electronic ticket information;
the tray information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the specification of a tray bearing the goods and the electronic tag ID according to the tray type determined by the tray type determination unit;
the tray data generating unit is used for generating tray data messages corresponding to the cargo bar codes and the electronic tag IDs of the trays according to the cargo bar codes, the electronic ticket information corresponding to the cargo bar codes, the specifications of the trays for bearing the cargos and the electronic tag IDs of the trays, and storing the tray data messages into a cargo information database;
a tray data writing unit for writing the generated tray data message into an electronic tag data area of the tray corresponding to the electronic tag ID of the tray; reading the returned information of the electronic tag ID of the tray according to a high-frequency communication link, and confirming whether the tray data message is successfully written, wherein the high-frequency communication link is established with an external reader-writer through the awakened electronic tag;
and the data statistics unit is used for carrying out statistics on the use amount of the trays of each specification and the types of the cargos sent out in each region according to the stored tray data messages.

The internet of things based tray data processing apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: the system comprises a cargo information management terminal, an external reader-writer, a cargo loading control system, a cargo information database and a data analysis terminal, wherein the external reader-writer, the cargo loading control system and the cargo information database are connected with the cargo information management terminal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the tray type determining unit determines the type of a tray bearing goods by using the goods information management terminal and the goods information database; the goods information management terminal acquires electronic goods ticket information matched with the goods bar codes from the goods information database according to the goods bar codes, and determines the type of a pallet for bearing goods according to the electronic goods ticket information;
the tray information acquisition unit acquires the specification and the electronic tag ID of a tray bearing goods by using a goods loading control system; the goods loading control system extracts trays of corresponding types to bear the goods according to the tray types sent by the goods information management terminal, and obtains the specifications of the trays and the electronic tag IDs;
the pallet data generating unit generates pallet data by using the cargo information management terminal; the goods information management terminal generates a tray data message corresponding to the goods according to the goods bar code, the electronic goods ticket information corresponding to the goods bar code, the specification of a tray bearing the goods and the electronic tag ID of the tray, and sends the tray data message to the goods information database for storage;
the tray data writing unit writes the tray data generated by the tray data generating unit into an electronic tag of a tray by using an external reader-writer; the external reader-writer sends the acquired electronic tag ID of the tray to the cargo information management terminal, the cargo information management terminal sends a tray data message corresponding to the electronic tag ID to the external reader-writer according to the electronic tag ID of the tray, and the external reader-writer writes the tray data message into an electronic tag data area of the tray;
the data statistical unit is used for carrying out statistics on the tray data generated by the tray data generation unit by using a data analysis terminal; and the data analysis terminal counts the use amount of the trays of each specification and the types of the cargos sent from each region according to the tray data messages stored in the cargo information database.
8. The internet of things based tray data processing apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the cargo bar code acquisition unit is used for acquiring a cargo bar code by using a scanner; the scanner is connected with the goods information management terminal, and after acquiring a goods bar code report, the scanner sends the acquired bar code to the goods information management terminal.

The internet of things-based pallet data processing device of claim 7, wherein the cargo information management terminal is connected with the cargo loading control system, the cargo information database, and the cargo information database is connected with the data analysis terminal through network communication channels and is in communication with the data analysis terminal.
