本发明公开了一种多边形档位实现机构,包括安装在开关面板(1)和壳体(5)中的滚轮(2),滚轮(2)上端露出面板(1),其特征在于:滚轮(2)侧面连接外圆周为多边形的转盘(3),转盘(3)位于弹片(4)上方并紧贴弹片(4),弹片(4)两端固定在壳体(5)中。本发明的结构解决档位停止位置时,传统结构零件配合间隙产品操作件晃动问题,同时减少一个零件配合,减少了尺寸链公差累积,提升了机构稳定性。

本发明涉及一种档位调整开关。
背景技术
目前汽车上用于电气控制的档位开关采用传统的旋转齿形结构,使用弹簧10、钢球20、齿形30组合而成,齿形旋转时受到弹簧力经钢球传递从而实现档位感,当钢球处于齿形凹槽处为档位处,钢球由凹槽转至齿形顶端是操作最大力处。该传统结构存在的问题是:零件配合间隙产品操作件晃动,零件较多,尺寸链公差累积降低了机构稳定性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:针对上述问题,提供了一种利用多边形转盘实现档位调整的机构。
本发明技术方案:
一种多边形档位实现机构,包括安装在开关面板和壳体中的滚轮,滚轮上端露出面板,滚轮侧面连接外圆周为多边形的转盘,转盘位于弹片上方并紧贴弹片,弹片两端固定在壳体中。
转盘的外圆周为正8-16边形。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的结构解决档位停止位置时,传统结构零件配合间隙产品操作件晃动问题,同时减少一个零件配合,减少了尺寸链公差累积,提升了机构稳定性。

具体实施方式:
实施例:如图,在壳体5内安装有弹片4,弹片4两端固定,中间悬空,然后安装滚轮2,滚轮2侧面连接外圆周为多边形的转盘3。本实施例中的转盘3的外圆周为正12边形, 转盘3和弹片4配合,当转盘3的边平行于弹片4时无操作力,当转盘3开始转动后,弹片4随之变形,产生操作力。

1.一种多边形档位实现机构,包括安装在开关面板(1)和壳体(5)中的滚轮(2),滚轮(2)上端露出面板(1),其特征在于:滚轮(2)侧面连接外圆周为多边形的转盘(3),转盘(3)位于弹片(4)上方并紧贴弹片(4),弹片(4)两端固定在壳体(5)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多边形档位实现机构,其特征在于:转盘(3)的外圆周为正8-16边形。
