本发明涉及纺织工艺领域,具体是一种维纶通丝线,其中涤纶含量为30%;制作过程包括:(1)取1根纯涤纶纱与2根纯维纶纱进行合并为1股;(2)将步骤(1)得到的线以3股合并经加捻得到维纶线;(3)将步骤(2)得到的维纶线放入浆池内浸泡一个小时;(4)将上浆完成的维纶线进行风干;(5)对风干后的维纶线进行上蜡处理。本发明的维纶通丝线,密度更低,在不降低质量的前提下,单位长度的通丝线制造成本更低,使用寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织工艺领域,具体是一种维纶通丝线。
背景技术
目前,提花织机的织造幅宽增大,对通丝提出了更高的要求,为此研制高强度、耐磨、低伸缩率的的通丝已经是保证提花织机开口时梭口清晰、顺利织造的亟不可待的需求。同时高强度、耐磨、低伸缩率的的通丝能够有效的减少织物经向瑕疵点。
目前,常用方法制得的维纶通丝,拉伸断裂强度低。小负荷下通丝的伸缩量较大。产品在织造厂,由于通丝的伸缩变化量大,影响正常生产。尤其在空气湿度较大的季节,此通丝的伸缩量变得较大,严重降低织机织造的效率,比较容易造成织物的经向疵点,甚至发生该通丝的断裂现象。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中白茅种植收获期长、收获困难的问题,本发明提供一种维纶通丝线。本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种维纶通丝线,其中涤纶含量为30%;制作过程包括:
(1)取1根纯涤纶纱与2根纯维纶纱进行合并为1股;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的线以3股合并经加捻得到维纶线;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的维纶线放入浆池内浸泡一个小时;
(4)将上浆完成的维纶线进行风干;
(5)对风干后的维纶线进行上蜡处理。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中的浆池中浆液由丙烯酸脂、环氧树脂、燃料、固化剂和水配制而成。
优选的,所述的固化剂为聚酰胺。
优选的,步骤(5)中上蜡后的维纶线含蜡10-20%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的维纶通丝线,密度更低,在不降低质量的前提下,单位长度的通丝线制造成本更低,使用寿命更长。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
一种维纶通丝线,其中涤纶含量为30%;制作过程包括:
(1)取1根纯涤纶纱与2根纯维纶纱进行合并为1股;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的线以3股合并经加捻得到维纶线;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的维纶线放入浆池内浸泡一个小时,浆池中浆液由丙烯酸脂、环氧树脂、燃料、聚酰胺固化剂和水配制而成;
(4)将上浆完成的维纶线进行风干;
(5)对风干后的维纶线进行上蜡处理,上蜡后的维纶线含蜡10-20%。
该维纶通丝线,密度更低,在不降低质量的前提下,单位长度的通丝线制造成本更低,使用寿命更长

1.一种维纶通丝线,其特征在于:其中涤纶含量为30%;制作过程包括:
(1)取1根纯涤纶纱与2根纯维纶纱进行合并为1股;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的线以3股合并经加捻得到维纶线;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的维纶线放入浆池内浸泡一个小时;
(4)将上浆完成的维纶线进行风干;
(5)对风干后的维纶线进行上蜡处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤维通丝线,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的浆池中浆液由丙烯酸脂、环氧树脂、燃料、固化剂和水配制而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤维通丝线,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为聚酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤维通丝线,其特征在于:步骤(5)中上蜡后的维纶线含蜡10-20%。
