本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种防静电沙发布,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为涤纶和棉线混纺形成一号混纺纱,纬线为锦纶和棉线混纺形成二号混纺纱,其中在经线和纬线内设置银丝线,且银丝线与一号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,银丝线与二号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,在经线和纬线的表面设置附着有纳米活性炭粒子。本发明所得到的一种防静电沙发布,其通过合理的结构设计,能有效提升沙发布的防静电能力,而且其防静电能力使用性能更好,效果更持久。

技术领域
本发明涉及沙发布技术领域,尤其是一种防静电沙发布。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于沙发布等布料的防静电处理都是通过织造后的布匹进行后处理形成。但是后处理过程中仅通过表面处理剂,在长时间的使用后会造成其防静电性能下降,影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升防静电性能的防静电沙发布。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种防静电沙发布,它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为涤纶和棉线混纺形成一号混纺纱,纬线为锦纶和棉线混纺形成二号混纺纱,其中在经线和纬线内设置银丝线,且银丝线与一号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,银丝线与二号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,在经线和纬线的表面设置附着有纳米活性炭粒子。
在经线、纬线上的纳米活性炭粒子为0.2-0.5g/m。
本发明所得到的一种防静电沙发布,其通过合理的结构设计,能有效提升沙发布的防静电能力,而且其防静电能力使用性能更好,效果更持久。

1.一种防静电沙发布,其特征是:它由经线和纬线编织而成,所述的经线为涤纶和棉线混纺形成一号混纺纱,纬线为锦纶和棉线混纺形成二号混纺纱,其中在经线和纬线内设置银丝线,且银丝线与一号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,银丝线与二号混纺纱之间加捻形成一体结构,在经线和纬线的表面设置附着有纳米活性炭粒子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电沙发布,其特征是:在经线、纬线上的纳米活性炭粒子为0.2-0.5g/m。
