Abstract
本发明公开了一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,包括箱本体;箱本体上方设有进料口,侧壁上设有出料口一;进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;箱本体内设有隔板和接料筒;所述隔板倾斜布置,隔板上设有过滤通孔;出料口一位于隔板向下倾斜端一侧的上方;接料筒位于隔板下方;接料筒内设有搅拌装置;接料筒外壁与箱本体内壁之间形成夹层;夹层由内向外依次设有加热装置和保温材料。本发明采用搅拌装置及加热装置,提高了垃圾生化处理效率和效果,设置有倾斜的隔板,可对粉碎后较大的垃圾物或者难以粉碎的垃圾杂物进行分拣和再利用,通过回收处理过程中产生的水汽,有效去除臭味,不造成环境二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理装置,特别是一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置。
背景技术
垃圾生化处理是针对有机垃圾可生物化学分解的特性,采用生物菌种手段,使垃圾在一定的温度和湿度的控制下,发生物质转化过程,以达到垃圾减量化的目的。
目前,最常见的一类生活垃圾就是餐厨垃圾,与其他垃圾相比,其具有含水量高,有机物含量、油脂含量及盐分含量高,营养丰富等特点,回收价值高。在实际对餐厨垃圾进行生化处理过程中,存在生化处理时间过长、能耗过大、效果不佳等缺陷,由于在垃圾生化处理过程中会产生大量的水汽,存在水汽不及时排出影响处理效果等缺陷,同时水汽带有臭味,直接排放到空气中造成环境的二次污染的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,可快速高效分解垃圾,同时回收水汽,减轻水汽所携带的臭味逸散。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,包括箱本体;所述箱本体上方设有进料口,侧壁上设有出料口一;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;所述粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;所述箱本体内设有隔板和接料筒;所述隔板倾斜布置,隔板上设有过滤通孔;所述出料口一位于隔板向下倾斜端一侧的上方;所述接料筒位于隔板下方;所述接料筒的上端为向外张开的接料口,底部设有出料口二;所述接料筒内设有搅拌装置;所述接料筒外壁与箱本体内壁之间形成夹层;所述夹层由内向外依次设有加热装置和保温材料。
进一步的:所述粉碎机构包括滚刀和驱动电机,所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室侧壁上;所述驱动电机设置在箱本体外侧,所述驱动电机驱动滚刀转动。
进一步的:所述搅拌装置包括转轴和叶轮;所述转轴水平布置,两端分别穿过接料筒和箱本体侧壁,并与接料筒侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述叶轮设置于接料筒内,叶轮与转轴固定连接。
进一步的:所述箱本体侧壁上设有出气口和生物菌入口;所述出气口和生物菌入口位于隔板和接料筒之间;所述箱本体外部设有抽气泵和冷凝器;所述出气口与抽气泵相连;所述抽气泵出口与冷凝器相连。
进一步的:所述加热装置为带有温控器的陶瓷加热带。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明采用搅拌装置使粉碎后的垃圾混合充分及加热装置合理控制处理过程中的温度,提高了垃圾生化处理效率和效果,设置有倾斜的隔板,可对粉碎后较大的垃圾物或者难以粉碎的垃圾杂物进行分拣和再利用,通过回收处理过程中产生的水汽,有效去除臭味,不造成环境二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,包括箱本体1;箱本体1上方安装有进料口11,侧壁上加工有出料口一12;进料口11与箱本体1之间安装有粉碎腔室2;粉碎腔室2内固定有粉碎机构;粉碎机构包括滚刀21和驱动电机22,滚刀21为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置,两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室2侧壁上;驱动电机21安装在粉碎腔室2侧面驱动滚刀21转动;箱本体1内设有隔板3和接料筒4;隔板3倾斜布置,隔板3上加工有过滤通孔31;出料口一12位于隔板3向下倾斜端一侧的上方;出料口一12底部刚好和隔板3端部平齐,方便卸料;粉碎后的垃圾中较小部分会穿过过滤通孔31落下,较大的部分或者难以粉碎的部分会滑动到出料口一12处;接料筒4位于隔板3下方;接料筒4的上端为向外张开的接料口41,底部为向下的锥形结构;底部有出料口二42,接料筒4内设有搅拌装置5;搅拌装置5包括转轴52和叶轮51;转轴52水平布置,两端分别穿过接料筒4和箱本体1侧壁,并与接料筒4侧壁通过轴承转动连接;叶轮51在接料筒4内,与转轴52固定连接;驱动机构53安装在箱本体1外侧,驱动转轴52的转动;接料筒4外壁与箱本体1内壁之间形成夹层;夹层由内向外依次设有加热装置6和保温材料7;加热装置7优选为带有温控器的陶瓷加热带;在箱本体1侧壁上设有出气口14和生物菌入口13;出气口14和生物菌入口13位于隔板3和接料筒4之间;箱本体1外部设有抽气泵8和冷凝器9;出气口14与抽气泵8相连,出气口形成负压出口;抽气泵8出口与冷凝器9相连。
使用时,餐厨垃圾从进料口投入,经过粉碎后较大的部分或者难以粉碎的部分会滑动到出料口一12处,可以进行分拣或者回收利用,较小部分穿过过滤通孔31落入接料筒4内。从生物菌入口13投入生物菌,启动搅拌装置不断对接料筒4内垃圾与生物菌进行充分混合,同时采用带温控器的陶瓷加热带对垃圾进行合理控温,利用保温材料7进行保温,使生化处理过程的环境达到最佳。由于出气口14与抽气泵8相连形成负压口,在处理过程中产生的水汽经过出气口14导出,同时经过冷凝器9的冷却处理,最终排出。生物菌可采用已有的公知技术,在这里不作详细描述。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明采用搅拌装置使粉碎后的垃圾混合充分及加热装置合理控制处理过程中的温度,提高了垃圾生化处理效率和效果,设置有倾斜的隔板,可对粉碎后较大的垃圾物或者难以粉碎的垃圾杂物进行分拣和再利用,通过回收处理过程中产生的水汽,有效去除臭味,不造成环境二次污染。

1.一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,包括箱本体,其特征在于:所述箱本体上方设有进料口,侧壁上设有出料口一;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;所述粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;所述箱本体内设有隔板和接料筒;所述隔板倾斜布置,隔板上设有过滤通孔;所述出料口一位于隔板向下倾斜端一侧的上方;所述接料筒位于隔板下方;所述接料筒的上端为向外张开的接料口,底部设有出料口二;所述接料筒内设有搅拌装置;所述接料筒外壁与箱本体内壁之间形成夹层;所述夹层由内向外依次设有加热装置和保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎机构包括滚刀和驱动电机,所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室侧壁上;所述驱动电机设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括转轴和叶轮;所述转轴水平布置,两端分别穿过接料筒和箱本体侧壁,并与接料筒侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述叶轮设置于接料筒内,叶轮与转轴固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,其特征在于:所述箱本体侧壁上设有出气口和生物菌入口;所述出气口和生物菌入口位于隔板和接料筒之间;所述箱本体外部设有抽气泵和冷凝器;所述出气口与抽气泵相连;所述抽气泵出口与冷凝器相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾生化处理装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为带有温控器的陶瓷加热带。
