本发明公开了一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,包括箱本体,箱本体上方设有进料口,前后两侧面设有弧形导向槽,内部设有隔板、过滤板和搅拌装置;隔板竖直设置,底端与箱本体固定连接,上端悬空,将箱本体分隔成左腔室和右腔室;进料口与右腔室在相同一侧;进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;过滤板上设有过滤孔,两侧边设有凸块;过滤板一端与隔板上端铰接;凸块套合在导向槽内,与导向槽配合滑动;搅拌装置位于左腔室内。本发明有机垃圾生化处理设备,在生化处理前,对垃圾进行初步的固液分离并收集,提高了后续垃圾生化处理的效率和效果,特别是对含水量大的有机垃圾,效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理设备,特别是一种有机垃圾生化处理设备。
背景技术
垃圾生化处理是针对有机垃圾可生物化学分解的特性,采用生物菌种手段,使垃圾在一定的温度和湿度的控制下,发生物质转化过程,以达到垃圾减量化的目的。
现有技术中大多数垃圾生化处理设备采用的是单腔室处理方式,即垃圾经过粉碎后直接进入腔室中,由于没有固液分离等过滤装置,在遇到垃圾含水量多时候,对后一步的生化处理的效率和效果影响较大。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种可在生化处理前进行初步固液分离的垃圾处理设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:、一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,包括箱本体;所述箱本体上方设有进料口,前后两侧面设有弧形导向槽,内部设有隔板、过滤板和搅拌装置;所述隔板竖直设置,底端与箱本体固定连接,上端悬空,将箱本体分隔成左腔室和右腔室;所述进料口与右腔室在相同一侧;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;所述粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;所述过滤板上设有过滤孔,两侧边设有凸块;所述过滤板一端与隔板上端铰接,过滤板可在箱本体内左右摆动;所述凸块套合在导向槽内,与导向槽配合滑动;所述搅拌装置位于左腔室内。
进一步的:所述粉碎机构包括滚刀和驱动电机,所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室侧壁上;所述驱动电机设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀转动。
进一步的:所述搅拌装置包括转轴和叶轮;所述转轴在箱本体内前后布置;两端分别与箱本体通过轴承转动连接;所述叶轮固定在转轴上,沿转轴方向间隔分布。
进一步的:所述左腔室和右腔室的底部均为弧形。
进一步的:所述左腔室和右腔室的底部均设有出口;所述左腔室底部侧面外侧设有加热装置。
进一步的:所述箱本体左侧面设有有生物菌入口和观察口;所述箱本体顶部设有排气口;所述排气口外接有活性炭过滤装置。
进一步的:所述进料口和生物菌入口均设有可打开和闭合的盖子。
进一步的:所述箱本体外侧设有气缸,所述气缸一端与箱本体铰接,另一端与凸块铰接,驱动凸块运动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明有机垃圾生化处理设备,在生化处理前,对垃圾进行初步的固液分离并收集,提高了后续垃圾生化处理的效率和效果,特别是对含水量大的壳类有机垃圾,效果更佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-4所示为本发明所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,包括箱本体1,箱本体1上方设有进料口11,前后两侧面设有弧形导向槽15,内部设有隔板2、过滤板3和搅拌装置4;隔板2竖直设置,底端与箱本体1固定连接,上端悬空,将箱本体1分隔成左腔室和右腔室;进料口11与右腔室在相同一侧;进料口11与箱本体1之间设有粉碎腔室6;粉碎腔室6内设有粉碎机构;粉碎机构包括滚刀61和驱动电机62,滚刀61为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置,两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室6侧壁上;驱动电机62设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀61转动;过滤板3上设有过滤孔31,两侧边设有凸块32;过滤板3与隔板2上端铰接,可在箱本体内1左右摆动;凸块32套合在导向槽15内,与导向槽15配合滑动;箱本体1外侧安装有气缸8,气缸8一端与箱本体1铰接连接,另一端与凸块32铰接,驱动凸块32运动;搅拌装置4位于左腔室内;搅拌装置4包括转轴41和叶轮42;转轴41在箱本体1内前后布置;两端分别与箱本体1通过轴承转动连接;叶轮42固定在转轴41上,沿转轴41方向间隔分布;左腔室和右腔室的底部均为弧形结构,方便垃圾和液体的收集,左腔室和右腔室的底部均设有出口14;左腔室底部侧面外侧设有加热装置5,加热装置5可为带温控器的加热带,给生化处理提供所需的温度。箱本体1左侧面设有带盖子的生物菌入口13和观察口16;箱本体1顶部设有排气口12;排气口12外接有活性炭过滤装置7,活性炭过滤装置7可过滤生化处理过程中产生的废气,防止污染。
使用时,垃圾从进料口11进入,经过过粉碎后落入下方处于水平状态的过滤板3进行固液分离,液体流入下方的右腔室,再过滤板3进行翻转后,将垃圾送入左腔室内进行生化处理。整个过程中,加热装置5提供处理所需温度,搅拌装置4使粉碎后的垃圾混合均匀,废气经过活性炭过滤装置7排出。生物菌可采用已有的公知技术,在这里不作详细描述。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明有机垃圾生化处理设备,在生化处理前,对垃圾进行初步的固液分离并收集,提高了后续垃圾生化处理的效率和效果,特别是对含水量大的有机垃圾,效果更佳。

1.一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,包括箱本体,其特征在于:所述箱本体上方设有进料口,前后两侧面设有弧形导向槽,内部设有隔板、过滤板和搅拌装置;所述隔板竖直设置,底端与箱本体固定连接,上端悬空,将箱本体分隔成左腔室和右腔室;所述进料口与右腔室在相同一侧;所述进料口与箱本体之间设有粉碎腔室;所述粉碎腔室内设有粉碎机构;所述过滤板上设有过滤孔,两侧边设有凸块;所述过滤板一端与隔板上端铰接,过滤板可在箱本体内左右摆动;所述凸块套合在导向槽内,与导向槽配合滑动;所述搅拌装置位于左腔室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述粉碎机构包括滚刀和驱动电机,所述滚刀为两组,相互啮合,沿水平方向前后布置;所述滚刀两端分别通过轴承固定在粉碎腔室侧壁上;所述驱动电机设置在箱本体外侧,驱动滚刀转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括转轴和叶轮;所述转轴在箱本体内前后布置;两端分别与箱本体通过轴承转动连接;所述叶轮固定在转轴上,沿转轴方向间隔分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述左腔室和右腔室的底部均为弧形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述左腔室和右腔室的底部均设有出口;所述左腔室底部侧面外侧设有加热装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述箱本体左侧面设有生物菌入口和观察口;所述箱本体顶部设有排气口;所述排气口外接有活性炭过滤装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述进料口和生物菌入口均设有可打开和闭合的盖子。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种有机垃圾生化处理设备,其特征在于:所述箱本体外侧设有气缸,所述气缸一端与箱本体铰接,另一端与凸块铰接,驱动凸块运动。
