具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了一种真空吸尘器10,该真空吸尘器10包括垃圾收集容器14和盖子18。垃圾收集容器14收集和储存垃圾,垃圾收集容器14包括外周20。垃圾收集容器14还包括第一壁28、第二壁32、第三壁36和第四壁40,由此容器14大体是正方形或立方体形。盖子18可拆卸地与容器14相连接,盖子18包括周缘24。具体地,容器14的外周20与盖子18的周缘24相接合和连接。真空吸尘器10进一步包括可旋转地与容器14相连接的多个轮子22。轮子22支撑真空吸尘器10,以沿支撑表面移动。真空吸尘器10进一步包括与容器14相连接且能够与盖子18接合的一组闩锁26。闩锁26能够在锁定状态和未锁定状态之间移动,在锁定状态,盖子18与容器14相连接(图1),在未锁定状态,允许从容器14上移走盖子18(图4)。盖子18设有抓握区30以便允许操作者抓住并操作真空吸尘器10(即如果盖子18与容器14相连接)或者相对于容器14抓住并操作盖子18(即如果盖子18不与容器14相连接)。
继续参考图1和图2,真空吸尘器10进一步包括进口34,进口34延伸到垃圾收集容器14内。进口34允许垃圾和空气进入垃圾收集容器14内。柔性管嘴38与进口34相连接以便使进口34延伸到清洁表面。柔性管嘴38能够相对于真空吸尘器10移动,柔性管嘴38可以接纳附件工具。当该附件工具没有与该管嘴相连接时,该附件工具储存在真空吸尘器10上或储存在真空吸尘器10内。
参考图3,真空吸尘器10进一步包括与盖子18相连接的抽吸源46。抽吸源46产生空气流以便将空气和垃圾吸入垃圾收集容器14内。抽吸源46包括电机50以及由电机50可旋转地驱动的叶轮54(图5)。当通过电源,例如多个电池58(尽管仅示出了一个电池),向电机50提供电力时,电机50围绕驱动轴线52旋转。当电机50被启动时,叶轮54也被驱动围绕驱动轴线52旋转。因此,在垃圾收集容器14内产生低压区,由此通过管嘴38和进口34将空气和垃圾吸入容器14内。在这个具体的实施方式中,多个电池58以串联的方式电连接以便向电机50提供电力。尽管在图示的实施方式的电机50从电池58获得电力,但在其他实施方式中,电机50可以从其他电源(例如壁装电源插座、发电机等)获得电力。
继续参考图3,真空吸尘器10进一步包括布置在垃圾收集容器14内的过滤器62。过滤器62从进入到容器14内的空气中分离出垃圾。在一种实施方式中,过滤器62是微小-多孔的结构,以便在阻止垃圾通过过滤器62的同时,能够使空气通过过滤器62且允许从真空吸尘器10排出空气。因此,垃圾通过管嘴38被收集,通过过滤器62被阻止排出真空吸尘器10,且被储存在容器14内。在图示的实施方式中,笼子66位于过滤器62内以便阻止过滤器62因容器14内的低压区而自身塌陷。另外,在一些实施方式中,如果容器14充满液体,笼子66包围住漂浮件(float)(未示出),该漂浮件是可以操作的以便阻止液体通过抽吸源46而经过。另外,真空吸尘器10可以设有传感器以便检测真空吸尘器10的直立位置和倾斜或翻倒位置,在直立位置,向电机50提供电力,在该倾斜或翻倒位置,不向电机50提供电力。

尽管垃圾收集容器14显示为正方形或立方体形,因为排气通道70从叶轮54在360度上放射状地延伸,排气出口74被描述为围绕盖子18的周缘24延伸经过角度76(即大于或等于270度)。因此,排出的空气通过排气通道70也围绕叶轮54在360度上放射状地向外排出。如图6所示,利用驱动轴线52作为中心点测量角度76,以便测量排气出口74的起始处与排气出口74的终止处之间的角度76。在其他实施方式中,垃圾收集容器14能够是另外的形状(例如圆形或管形)。
在运行时,电机50被启动,进而驱动叶轮54。电池58选择性地通过电力开关42向电机50提供电力。一旦叶轮54开始旋转,空气和垃圾通过管嘴38与进口34沿着箭头A(图3)被吸入到垃圾收集容器14内。随后,过滤器62从空气中分离出垃圾,且垃圾被储存在容器14内。空气沿着箭头B(图3)通过过滤器62且朝向叶轮54向上移动。在空气通过叶轮54之后,空气沿着排气通道70远离叶轮54排出。如图3所示,箭头C显示空气在排气通道70内沿着曲线路径移动,在排气通道70,空气最终通过位于盖子18的周缘24处的排气出口74被排出,如箭头D所示。箭头D指示的空气邻近容器14的第一壁28、第二壁32和第三壁36被排出。排气通道70的外形和形状(即曲线路径和360度放射状排气配置)使排出的空气的速度和声音分散。

Claims (20)
