背景技术
明虾(Penaeus chinensis),又称中国明对虾、东方对虾、明虾,属节肢动物门(Arthropoda ),甲壳纲(Crustacea ),十足目(Decapoda),对虾科(Penaeidae)对虾属(Penaeus),一与墨西哥棕虾、圭业那白虾并称为“世界三大名虾”。明虾是海水虾,肉质肥厚,味道鲜美,富含蛋白质。明虾生活在浅海泥沙层,春季洄游产卵。
明虾营养丰富,且其肉质松软,易消化,对身体虚弱以及病后需要调养的人是极好的食物;虾中含有丰富的镁,镁对心脏活动具有重要的调节作用,能很好的保护心血管系统,它可减少血液中胆固醇含量,防止动脉硬化,同时还能扩张冠状动脉,有利于预防高血压及心肌梗死; 虾的通乳作用较强,并且富含磷、镁、对小儿、孕妇尤有补益功效;日本大阪大学的科学家最近发现,虾体内的虾青素有助于消除因时差反应而产生的“时差症”。
由于明虾具有极高的动物蛋白,且其口感鲜美,做法丰富,因此近年来,明虾的养殖方法也在不断提升。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高明虾镁含量的养殖方法,以实现明虾养殖过程中其体内镁含量的提高,使人们在食用明虾时,达到补镁的效果。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种提高明虾镁含量的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)育苗:育虾池在放置虾前,采用浓度为200~300ml/g甲醛进行消毒,再置入1%wt浓度的抗菌素;选择健康的、性腺成熟的亲虾,置于育虾池中,控制水温范围在16~25℃,使亲虾繁育;
2)棚养:将步骤1)中育苗成身长为0.5~1cm的仔虾置于规格为15*20m的大池中继续养殖,控制盐度和水温;
3)大田分苗:将步骤2)所育成的身长为3~5cm的虾苗置于大田中继续喂养,保持水质循环流动;
4)投放饵料:将由骨粉、氯化镁粉末、国产鱼粉、大豆磷脂、大豆粕、氨基酸、玉米油、大蒜素制成的饲料投放于大田中,继续喂养;
5)病害防治:定期在大田中泼洒生石灰,控制水体中石灰含量为15~25mg/L。

实施例1 采用以下步骤实现本发明:
1)育苗:育虾池在放置虾前,采用浓度为200ml/g甲醛进行消毒,再置入1%wt浓度的EM菌群;选择健康的、性腺成熟的亲虾,置于育虾池中,控制水温范围在16℃,使亲虾繁育;
2)棚养:将步骤1)中育苗成身长为0.5cm的仔虾置于规格为15*20m的大池中继续养殖,控制水温在10℃,盐度控制在10%。;
3)大田分苗:将步骤2)所育成的身长为3cm的虾苗置于大田中继续喂养,保持水质循环流动;
4)投放饵料:将由骨粉、氯化镁粉末、国产鱼粉、卵磷脂含量为42%的大豆磷脂、大豆粕、赖氨酸、玉米油、采用乙醇回流提取的大蒜素制成的饲料投放于大田中,继续喂养;
5)病害防治:定期在大田中泼洒生石灰,控制水体中石灰含量为15mg/L。
实施例2采用以下步骤实现本发明:
1)育苗:育虾池在放置虾前,采用浓度为300ml/g甲醛进行消毒,再置入1%wt浓度的氯霉素;选择健康的、性腺成熟的亲虾,置于育虾池中,控制水温范围在25℃,使亲虾繁育;
2)棚养:将步骤1)中育苗成身长为1cm的仔虾置于规格为15*20m的大池中继续养殖,水温控制在18℃,盐度控制在35%。;
3)大田分苗:将步骤2)所育成的身长为5cm的虾苗置于大田中继续喂养,保持水质循环流动;
4)投放饵料:将由骨粉、氯化镁粉末、国产鱼粉、卵磷脂含量为40%的大豆磷脂、大豆粕、半胱氨酸、玉米油、采用乙醇回流制成的大蒜素制成的饲料投放于大田中,继续喂养;
5)病害防治:定期在大田中泼洒生石灰,控制水体中石灰含量为25mg/L。
实施例3采用以下步骤实现本发明:
1)育苗:育虾池在放置虾前,采用浓度为260ml/g甲醛进行消毒,再置入1%wt浓度的三甲氧苄氨嘧啶;选择健康的、性腺成熟的亲虾,置于育虾池中,控制水温范围在20℃,使亲虾繁育;
2)棚养:将步骤1)中育苗成身长为0.8cm的仔虾置于规格为15*20m的大池中继续养殖,水温控制在12℃,盐度控制在20%;
3)大田分苗:将步骤2)所育成的身长为4cm的虾苗置于大田中继续喂养,保持水质循环流动;
4)投放饵料:将由骨粉、氯化镁粉末、国产鱼粉、卵磷脂含量大于46%的大豆磷脂、大豆粕、甘氨酸、玉米油、采用乙醇回流提取制成的大蒜素制成的饲料投放于大田中,继续喂养;
5)病害防治:定期在大田中泼洒生石灰,控制水体中石灰含量为20mg/L。
Claims (6)
1.一种提高明虾镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)育苗:育虾池在放置虾前,采用浓度为200~300ml/g甲醛进行消毒,再置入1%wt浓度的抗菌素;选择健康的、性腺成熟的亲虾,置于育虾池中,控制水温范围在16~25℃,使亲虾繁育;
2)棚养:将步骤1)中育苗成身长为0.5~1cm的仔虾置于规格为15*20m的大池中继续养殖,控制盐度和水温;
3)大田分苗:将步骤2)所育成的身长为3~5cm的虾苗置于大田中继续喂养,保持水质循环流动;
4)投放饵料:将由骨粉、氯化镁粉末、国产鱼粉、大豆磷脂、大豆粕、氨基酸、玉米油、大蒜素制成的饲料投放于大田中,继续喂养;
5)病害防治:定期在大田中泼洒生石灰,控制水体中石灰含量为15~25mg/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高明虾镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌素为EM菌群、氯霉素或三甲氧苄氨嘧啶中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高明虾镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,棚养的水温控制在10~18℃,盐度控制在10~35%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高明虾中镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述大豆磷脂中卵磷脂含量≥40%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高明虾中镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、半胱氨酸、甘氨酸中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高明虾中镁含量的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述大蒜素是采用乙醇回流提取制成。
