Abstract
一种施肥机,属于施肥机技术领域。本发明包括依次连接的加料装置、搅拌装置、出料装置,加料装置包括多个储料箱、设于储料箱底部的放料口及放料阀、连接多个放料口的混合箱;放料口下方设有散料件;搅拌装置包括料斗、设于料斗中部的转动轴、设于转动轴上端的驱动装置,转动轴上部设有搅拌组件,下部设有防堵组件;搅拌组件包括多根沿转动轴径向设置的搅拌棒、设于搅拌棒上靠近转动轴的多个搅拌件、设于搅拌棒上远离转动轴的压料片,压料片向下倾斜设置;防堵组件包括绕于转动轴的螺旋叶片、设于螺旋叶片外侧且贴近料斗侧壁的刮刀,螺旋叶片伸至料斗的出料口。本发明能够提高搅拌的均匀度,同时避免出料口的堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及施肥机技术领域,尤其涉及一种施肥机。
背景技术
在农业生产中,有时候需要对作物进行施肥,而施肥的时候可能会用到一种或多种肥料,进行多种肥料的施肥前,需要将这多种肥料按一定比例进行混合。现有的施肥机内一般都设有搅拌机构,以对混合肥料进行搅拌,但是现有的施肥机往往存在搅拌不够均匀,且容易造成料斗出料口的堵塞,从而使得维护成本增加,作业效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种施肥机,其能够提高搅拌的均匀度,同时避免出料口的堵塞。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种施肥机,包括依次连接的加料装置、搅拌装置、出料装置,
所述加料装置包括多个储料箱、设于所述储料箱底部的放料口及放料阀、连接多个所述放料口的混合箱;所述放料口下方设有散料件,所述散料件包括底板、连接所述底板及所述放料口边侧的多根挂杆、设于所述底板上的多块依次拼接的内凹板,所述内凹板为底部宽而顶部窄的三角形;
所述搅拌装置包括料斗、设于所述料斗中部的转动轴、设于所述转动轴上端的驱动装置,所述转动轴上部设有搅拌组件,下部设有防堵组件;
所述搅拌组件包括多根沿所述转动轴径向设置的搅拌棒、设于所述搅拌棒上靠近所述转动轴的多个搅拌件、设于所述搅拌棒上远离所述转动轴的压料片,所述压料片向下倾斜设置;
所述防堵组件包括绕于所述转动轴的螺旋叶片、设于所述螺旋叶片外侧且贴近所述料斗侧壁的刮刀,所述螺旋叶片伸至所述料斗的出料口。
作为本发明优选,所述搅拌件包括多个搅拌球、连接多个所述搅拌球的连接杆。
作为本发明优选,多个所述搅拌件分设于所述搅拌棒的上下两侧。
作为本发明优选,多个所述搅拌件倾斜设置于所述搅拌棒上,且多个所述搅拌件相互平行。
作为本发明优选,所述出料口的口径大于所述螺旋叶片的直径。
作为本发明优选,所述刮刀包括刀片、连接所述刀片及转动轴的支架。
作为本发明优选,所述刀片与所述料斗的侧壁成一定角度倾斜设置。
本发明的优点是:能够提高搅拌的均匀度,同时避免出料口的堵塞。

下面将结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明包括依次连接的加料装置、搅拌装置、出料装置,所述加料装置包括多个储料箱61、设于所述储料箱61底部的放料口62及放料阀、连接多个所述放料口62的混合箱63;所述放料口62下方设有散料件,所述散料件包括底板71、连接所述底板71及所述放料口62边侧的多根挂杆72、设于所述底板71上的多块依次拼接的内凹板73,所述内凹板73为底部宽而顶部窄的三角形;所述搅拌装置包括料斗1、设于所述料斗1中部的转动轴2、设于所述转动轴2上端的驱动装置3,所述转动轴2上部设有搅拌组件,下部设有防堵组件;所述搅拌组件包括多根沿所述转动轴2径向设置的搅拌棒41、设于所述搅拌棒41上靠近所述转动轴2的多个搅拌件42、设于所述搅拌棒41上远离所述转动轴2的压料片43,所述压料片43向下倾斜设置;所述防堵组件包括绕于所述转动轴2的螺旋叶片51、设于所述螺旋叶片51外侧且贴近所述料斗1侧壁的刮刀,所述螺旋叶片51伸至所述料斗1的出料口。所述搅拌件42包括多个搅拌球、连接多个所述搅拌球的连接杆。多个所述搅拌件42分设于所述搅拌棒41的上下两侧。多个所述搅拌件42倾斜设置于所述搅拌棒41上,且多个所述搅拌件52相互平行。所述出料口的口径大于所述螺旋叶片51的直径。所述刮刀包括刀片521、连接所述刀片521及转动轴2的支架522。所述刀片521与所述料斗1的侧壁成一定角度倾斜设置。

所述加料装置包括多个储料箱(61)、设于所述储料箱(61)底部的放料口(62)及放料阀、连接多个所述放料口(62)的混合箱(63);所述放料口(62)下方设有散料件,所述散料件包括底板(71)、连接所述底板(71)及所述放料口(62)边侧的多根挂杆(72)、设于所述底板(71)上的多块依次拼接的内凹板(73),所述内凹板(73)为底部宽而顶部窄的三角形;
所述搅拌装置包括料斗(1)、设于所述料斗(1)中部的转动轴(2)、设于所述转动轴(2)上端的驱动装置(3),所述转动轴(2)上部设有搅拌组件,下部设有防堵组件;
所述搅拌组件包括多根沿所述转动轴(2)径向设置的搅拌棒(41)、设于所述搅拌棒(41)上靠近所述转动轴(2)的多个搅拌件(42)、设于所述搅拌棒(41)上远离所述转动轴(2)的压料片(43),所述压料片(43)向下倾斜设置;
所述防堵组件包括绕于所述转动轴(2)的螺旋叶片(51)、设于所述螺旋叶片(51)外侧且贴近所述料斗(1)侧壁的刮刀,所述螺旋叶片(51)伸至所述料斗(1)的出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施肥机,其特征在于,所述搅拌件(42)包括多个搅拌球、连接多个所述搅拌球的连接杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的施肥机,其特征在于,多个所述搅拌件(42)分设于所述搅拌棒(41)的上下两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的施肥机,其特征在于,多个所述搅拌件(42)倾斜设置于所述搅拌棒(41)上,且多个所述搅拌件(52)相互平行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的施肥机,其特征在于,所述出料口的口径大于所述螺旋叶片(51)的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的施肥机,其特征在于,所述刮刀包括刀片(521)、连接所述刀片(521)及转动轴(2)的支架(522)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的施肥机,其特征在于,所述刀片(521)与所述料斗(1)的侧壁成一定角度倾斜设置。
