背景技术
CN201611012167.5公开了一种丙烯酸类增稠剂及其制备方法,具体为将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂至反应结束,除去溶剂干燥即得;其中,分散剂由有机分散剂和无机分散剂组成,有机分散剂和无机分散剂的重量比为1:5~10:1,该聚合物在存在盐的情况下保持较优的透光率和粘度,在没有无机盐存在的情况下保持较低的粘度和较好的透光率。
CN201611011817.4公开了一种耐盐型丙烯酸改性聚合物的制备方法,所述的方法具体为:将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.3~0.7重量份交联单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂,反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得;其中,分散剂由有机分散剂和无机分散剂组成,有机分散剂和无机分散剂的重量比为1:5~10:1。该聚合物具有无论是否存在盐的情况下均保持较优的透光率和粘度。
上述两种聚合物都可以作为增稠剂使用,只不过,CN201611012167.5需要在一定量的有机或无机盐存在的条件下才能展现较为优异的增稠效果。
上述的两份专利申请给出了其单独用在皮肤护理或皮肤清洗方面的相关用途的例子,但是在家具护理用复合物中,如果只是单纯的将其各自独立的使用,还无法充分发挥这两种复合物的最优性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合物,该复合物采用了两种增稠剂聚合物进行互配,在泡沫洗脱性能方面具有较为良好的表现。
本发明的具体方案如下:提供一种复合物,所述的复合物中含有0.25~0.5wt%的A聚合物和B聚合物;A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1:2~2:1;
所述的A聚合物的制备方法为:将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂,反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得;
所述的B聚合物的制备方法为:将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.3~0.7重量份交联单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂,反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得;
其中,A聚合物和B聚合物中所用的分散剂均由有机分散剂和无机分散剂组成,有机分散剂和无机分散剂的重量比为1:5~10:1。

在上述的复合物中,所述的有机分散剂为失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯(30)二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种;所述的无机分散剂为碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钙、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢镁中的一种或多种。
在上述的复合物中,所述的分子量调节剂为5~30个碳原子的烷基硫醇、硫醇酯和硫醇醚中的至少一种。
在上述的复合物中,所述的引发剂的引发温度为50~70℃,所述的引发剂为过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二正丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二(3-甲氧基丁酯)、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯中的一种或多种。
在上述的复合物中,所述的疏水单体为烷基的碳原子数为12~22的丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯。

在本发明中,A聚合物和B聚合物组合使用时,可以有效提高洗涤复合物的泡沫洗去性能,并且在使用时不易倾洒,流动性优异,能够节约洗涤剂用量。

制备方法具体为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,后再加入剩余的A相,搅拌均匀,升温至70~75℃;将B相加热至70~75℃,加入到A相中,混合均匀;冷却至45℃,加入C相,搅拌均匀;pH调至5.5~6.0。
在实施例1中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,其中A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1:1。

所述的B聚合物通过以下方法制备:
将91g丙烯酸、9g甲基丙烯酸十二酯、0.4g季戊四醇丙烯酸酯、0.083g失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、0.417g碳酸钠、0.2g十二烷基硫醇,到650g有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯300g,环己烷350g)中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50℃,滴加引发剂过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯0.7g,滴加时间3.5h。滴加完毕后,升温至70℃,保温2h。反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得。
实施例2
一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其组分如下表2

制备方法具体为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;将B相缓慢地加入A相中,混合搅拌至完全溶解;加入C相,搅拌均匀。
在实施例2中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,其中A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为2:1。所述的A聚合物和B聚合物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种手洗餐具洗涤剂,其组分如下表3

制备方法具体为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,分散均匀,加碱中和;将B相缓慢地加入A相中,混合搅拌均匀;加入C相,搅拌均匀。
在实施例3中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,其中A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1:2。
所述的A聚合物通过以下方法制备:
将94g丙烯酸、6g甲基丙烯酸十八酯、0.75g失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、0.25g碳酸氢钠、0.3g十四烷基硫醇,加入到600g有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯400g,环己烷200g)中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50℃,滴加引发剂过氧化二碳酸二正丙酯0.5g,滴加时间4h。滴加完毕后,升温至70℃,保温2h。反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得。
所述的B聚合物通过以下方法制备:
将94g丙烯酸、6g甲基丙烯酸十六酯、0.3g三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、0.167g失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、0.333g碳酸氢钠、0.3g十四烷基硫醇,加入到600g有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯400g,环己烷200g)中,在惰性气体保护下升温至60℃,滴加引发剂过氧化二碳酸二正丙酯0.5g,滴加时间4h。滴加完毕后,升温至70℃,保温2h。反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得。
实施例4
一种洗脸盆清洗剂,其组分如下表4。

本实施例的制备方法为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;将B相缓慢地加入A相中,混合搅拌至完全溶解;加入C相中和;然后加入D相,搅拌均匀;
在实施例4中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,其中A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1:1.5。A聚合物和B聚合物的制备方法同实施例3。
实施例5
一种硬表面清洗剂,其配方见下表5

制备方法具体为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;将B相缓慢地加入A相中,混合搅拌至完全溶解;加入C相中和;然后加入D相。高速搅拌充气,出料。
在实施例5中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,其中A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1.5:1。
所述的A聚合物通过以下方法制备:
将95g丙烯酸、5g甲基丙烯酸二十二酯、1.25g失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、0.25g碳酸钾、0.5g十四烷基硫醇,加入到800g有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯500g,环己烷300g)中,在惰性气体保护下升温至53℃,滴加引发剂过氧化二碳酸二(3-甲氧基丁酯)0.3g,滴加时间5h。滴加完毕后,升温至70℃,保温2h。反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得。
B聚合物通过以下方法制备:
将95g丙烯酸、5g甲基丙烯酸十八酯、0.5g邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯、0.25g失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、0.25g碳酸钾、0.5g十六烷基硫醇,加入到800g有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯500g,环己烷300g)中,在惰性气体保护下升温至53℃,滴加引发剂过氧化二碳酸二(3-甲氧基丁酯)0.6g,滴加时间5h。滴加完毕后,升温至70℃,保温2h。反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得。
实施例6
一种地毯清洗剂,其配方见下表6

本实施例的制备方法为:将聚合物加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀;将B相缓慢地加入A相中,混合搅拌至完全溶解;加入C相,搅拌均匀。
在实施例6中,聚合物为本发明的复合物,A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1.5:1。A聚合物和B聚合物的制备方法同实施例5。

将实施例1中聚合物换为市售某卡波姆980。
对比例2
将实施例2中聚合物换为市售某卡波姆940。
对比例3
将实施例3中聚合物换为市售某羟乙基纤维素。
对比例4
将实施例4中聚合物换为市售丙烯酸酯/C10~30烷基丙烯酸酯交联共聚物。
对比例5
将实施例5中聚合物换为市售丙烯酸酯/C10~30烷基丙烯酸酯交联共聚物。
对比例6
将实施例6中聚合物换为市售丙烯酸酯/C10~30烷基丙烯酸酯交联共聚物。
对比例及实施例的测试结果如下表7。
其中测试者:选取20名被试者,年龄在18~40岁,男女各半。染料稳定性评分(0~5分,评分越高染料稳定性越好);气泡悬浮稳定性评分(0~5分,评分越高气泡悬浮稳定性越好);柔软度评分(0~5分,评分越高越柔软)。

以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合物,其特征在于,所述的复合物包含两种聚合物,A聚合物和B聚合物;A聚合物和B聚合物的重量比为1:2~2:1;
所述的A聚合物的制备方法为:将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂,反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得;
所述的B聚合物的制备方法为:将91~98重量份丙烯酸、3~9重量份疏水单体、0.3~0.7重量份交联单体、0.5~2重量份分散剂、0.2~1.5重量份分子量调节剂加入到有机溶剂中,在惰性气体保护下升温至50~70℃,滴加0.3~1重量份引发剂,反应结束后除去溶剂干燥即得;
其中,A聚合物和B聚合物中所用的分散剂均由有机分散剂和无机分散剂组成,有机分散剂和无机分散剂的重量比为1:5~10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的复合物可应用于机洗餐具洗涤剂、手洗餐具洗涤剂、洗脸盆清洗剂、硬表面清洗剂、衣物洗涤剂或地毯清洗剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的有机分散剂为失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯(30)二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种;所述的无机分散剂为碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钙、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢镁中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的分子量调节剂为5~30个碳原子的烷基硫醇、硫醇酯和硫醇醚中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的引发剂的引发温度为50~70℃,所述的引发剂为过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二正丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二(3-甲氧基丁酯)、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的疏水单体为烷基的碳原子数为12~22的丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的交联单体为季戊四醇丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二甘醇二烯丙基醚、蔗糖烯丙基醚中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合物,其特征在于,所述的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和环己烷的组合,有机溶剂的重量为丙烯酸与疏水单体重量之和的5~9倍;乙酸乙酯和环己烷的重量比为1.5:4~3:1。
