本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种瓷砖保护膜及其制备方法,相对传统瓷砖保护膜利用热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠等材料制成胶膜,再将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到胶膜表面,抗冲击力强,不容易开裂,有高耐侯性、无毒性、无刺激性、无过敏性,使用寿命长,可循环利用4‑5次,既可以防止装修时的沙子磨伤瓷砖,同时也能有效的防止油漆涂料等有色液体滴落瓷砖表面,造成瓷砖污染,并且该瓷砖保护膜可以轻松地从瓷砖表面撕出,且无残留,是理想的瓷砖保护膜。

【技术领域】
本发明属建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种瓷砖保护膜及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
家居装修的整个过程中,涉及的环节众多,前面的施工如果没有做好成品保护的话,会给后续的施工和使用造成不必要的麻烦和损失。例如瓷砖安装的过程中会有砂砾、泥土等尖锐物体掉在瓷砖表面,造成瓷砖表面的刮花、磨损。
因此需要提供一种瓷砖保护膜,既可以防止装修时的沙子磨伤瓷砖,同时也能在装修完成之后轻易的将瓷砖保护膜与瓷砖分离。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上问题,本发明提供了一种瓷砖保护膜及其制备方法,该既可以防止装修时的沙子磨伤瓷砖,同时也能有效的防止油漆涂料等有色液体滴落瓷砖表面,造成瓷砖污染,并且该瓷砖保护膜可以轻松地从瓷砖表面撕出,且无残留,是理想的安全环保保护用品。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案实现:
一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:17-26份岩棉、6-12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50-55份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、2-7份聚氨酯胶、1-4份乙醇、5-20醋酸纤维素、10-15份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2-6份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、10-15份碳酸钙、10-12份硬脂酸钠。
优选的,一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:17份岩棉、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、2份聚氨酯胶、1份乙醇、5醋酸纤维素、10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、10份碳酸钙、10份硬脂酸钠。
优选的,一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:19份岩棉、8份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、52份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、5份聚氨酯胶、3份乙醇、15醋酸纤维素、12份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、4份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、12份碳酸钙、11份硬脂酸钠。
优选的,一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:26份岩棉、12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、55份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、7份聚氨酯胶、4份乙醇、20醋酸纤维素、15份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、6份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、15份碳酸钙、12份硬脂酸钠。
上述瓷砖保护膜及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)热塑性聚氨酯橡胶投入密封反应釜中,加热120-125℃,加热至热塑性聚氨酯橡胶呈熔融状态,用500-1000r/min转速的搅拌机进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮将温度提升到126-135℃,搅拌10-15分钟,再投入聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠,搅拌15-20分钟,得到原料;
2)将步骤1)所得的原料通过挤出模具、双辊压延机挤出压延成膜,得到胶膜;
3)将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到步骤2)所得的胶膜表面上,再用压力辊进行碾压,得到岩棉膜;
4)将乙醇、醋酸纤维素、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合加热,加热温度为90-100℃,得到胶液;
5)将步骤4)所得的胶液进行雾化,喷在步骤3)所得的岩棉膜上,再用50-65℃的温度进行干燥,得到瓷砖保护膜。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明瓷砖保护膜,相对传统瓷砖保护膜利用热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠等材料制成胶膜,再将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到胶膜表面,抗冲击力强,不容易开裂,有高耐侯性、无毒性、无刺激性、无过敏性,使用寿命长,可循环利用4-5次,既可以防止装修时的沙子磨伤瓷砖,同时也能有效的防止油漆涂料等有色液体滴落瓷砖表面,造成瓷砖污染,并且该瓷砖保护膜可以轻松地从瓷砖表面撕出,且无残留,是理想的瓷砖保护膜。

实施例1
一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:17份岩棉、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、2份聚氨酯胶、1份乙醇、5醋酸纤维素、10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、10份碳酸钙、10份硬脂酸钠。
所述瓷砖保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)热塑性聚氨酯橡胶投入密封反应釜中,加热120℃,加热至热塑性聚氨酯橡胶呈熔融状态,用500r/min转速的搅拌机进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮将温度提升到126℃,搅拌10分钟,再投入聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠,搅拌15分钟,得到原料;
2)将步骤1)所得的原料通过挤出模具、双辊压延机挤出压延成膜,得到胶膜;
3)将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到步骤2)所得的胶膜表面上,再用压力辊进行碾压,得到岩棉膜;
4)将乙醇、醋酸纤维素、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合加热,加热温度为90℃,得到胶液;
5)将步骤4)所得的胶液进行雾化,喷在步骤3)所得的岩棉膜上,再用50℃的温度进行干燥,得到瓷砖保护膜。
实施例2
一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:19份岩棉、8份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、52份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、5份聚氨酯胶、3份乙醇、15醋酸纤维素、12份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、4份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、12份碳酸钙、11份硬脂酸钠。
所述瓷砖保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)热塑性聚氨酯橡胶投入密封反应釜中,加热122℃,加热至热塑性聚氨酯橡胶呈熔融状态,用800r/min转速的搅拌机进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮将温度提升到129℃,搅拌12分钟,再投入聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠,搅拌18分钟,得到原料;
2)将步骤1)所得的原料通过挤出模具、双辊压延机挤出压延成膜,得到胶膜;
3)将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到步骤2)所得的胶膜表面上,再用压力辊进行碾压,得到岩棉膜;
4)将乙醇、醋酸纤维素、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合加热,加热温度为95℃,得到胶液;
5)将步骤4)所得的胶液进行雾化,喷在步骤3)所得的岩棉膜上,再用55℃的温度进行干燥,得到瓷砖保护膜。
实施例3
一种瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:26份岩棉、12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、55份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、7份聚氨酯胶、4份乙醇、20醋酸纤维素、15份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、6份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、15份碳酸钙、12份硬脂酸钠。
所述瓷砖保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)热塑性聚氨酯橡胶投入密封反应釜中,加热125℃,加热至热塑性聚氨酯橡胶呈熔融状态,用1000r/min转速的搅拌机进行搅拌,在搅拌的过程中,投入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮将温度提升到135℃,搅拌15分钟,再投入聚氨酯胶、碳酸钙、硬脂酸钠,搅拌20分钟,得到原料;
2)将步骤1)所得的原料通过挤出模具、双辊压延机挤出压延成膜,得到胶膜;
3)将岩棉用高温融化后借助高压载能气体喷吹到步骤2)所得的胶膜表面上,再用压力辊进行碾压,得到岩棉膜;
4)将乙醇、醋酸纤维素、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、聚醋酸乙烯乳液混合加热,加热温度为100℃,得到胶液;
5)将步骤4)所得的胶液进行雾化,喷在步骤3)所得的岩棉膜上,再用65℃的温度进行干燥,得到瓷砖保护膜。

1.一种瓷砖保护膜,其特征在于,所述瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:17-26份岩棉、6-12份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50-55份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、2-7份聚氨酯胶、1-4份乙醇、5-20醋酸纤维素、10-15份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2-6份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、10-15份碳酸钙、10-12份硬脂酸钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓷砖保护膜,其特征在于,所述瓷砖保护膜主要由以下重量份的原料制得:17份岩棉、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50份热塑性聚氨酯橡胶、2份聚氨酯胶、1份乙醇、5醋酸纤维素、10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、2份聚醋酸乙烯乳液、10份碳酸钙、10份硬脂酸钠。
