本发明提供一种复合活性黑染料,其特征在于,至少包含下述式(1)和式(2)所示的染料化合物,在式(1)、(2)所示的染料化合物中,M1、M2、M3彼此独立地选自H、Na、K;R1选自卤素、C1‑C4烷基、C1‑C4烷氧基、含有苯环或萘环的取代基;D1、D2彼此独立地选自偶氮化合物取代基团。本发明制备的双偶氮化合物复合活性黑染料,具有高反应活性、高固色率、高溶解度、高提升力的特点,适用于毛、锦、棉等纤维染色和印花,更适用于喷墨印花和墨水染料的制作。

Description

一种复合活性黑染料、其制备方法及应用
技术领域
本发明属于染料领域,具体涉及一种复合活性染料,特别涉及一种复合活性黑染料、其制备方法及在纤维印染方面的应用。
背景技术
近年来,随着新型纤维素纤维的迅速发展,活性染料已成为纤维素纤维纺织品染色最重要的一类染料。其中,黑色品种的用量一直最大,占全部活性染料色谱的50%-60%。C.I.活性黑5的性能可满足一般要求,且价格低、易与其它活性染料配伍,因而,在黑色色谱中占很大比重。但是,C.I.活性黑5存在提升力差、用盐量多和乌黑度不高等诸多缺陷,应用范围受到限制,市场上以复配的染料为主。由于现存成品染料不能同时满足印染企业对染料匀染性、得色量和提升力的要求,在节能减排的小浴比染色中,织物极易染花,工艺难以控制,因此,高乌黑度、高固色率的新型活性黑色染料的研究与开发越来越受重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活性黑染料混合物及其应用,本发明制备的活性黑色染料混合物对纤维,特别是毛、锦、棉质纤维染色好,具有高反应活性、高固色率、高溶解度、高提升力的特点,更适用于喷墨印花和墨水染料的制作。
本发明的目的是按如下的技术方案实现的。本发明是一种复合活性黑染料及其应用,本发明包括一种活性黑色染料混合物,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由15-30份符合通式(1)的染料化合物、70-85份符合通式(2)的染料化合物的染料(和/或添加助剂)复配制成,
在活性染料通式(1)、(2)中,M1、M2、M3彼此独立地为H、Na、K,优选Na原子;R1选自卤素、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、含有苯环或萘环的等取代基;D1、D2彼此独立地为纤维活性基团,优选含苯环或萘环的偶氮化合物取代基团。
本发明提供的活性染料混合物,其中基团R1为卤素或者是下式(3-1)~(3-6)所示的纤维活性基团或非纤维活性取代基(包含但不限于下式基团):

-NH-(CH2)1-3O-(CH2)2-3SO2-Z 式(3-3)
其中,Z是乙烯基或基团-C2H4-X并且是一种可在碱性条件下离去的基团,例如X为卤素、酯基或者-OSO3H,优选-Cl、-OSO3H。M4为H、Na、K,优选Na原子。
式(3-6)中,R2、R3彼此独立地选自C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基和下式(5a)、(5b)、(5c)、(5d)、(5e)、(5f)、(5g)、(5u)、(5x)、(5y)、(5z)所示的一个基团:

式(2)优选为C.I.活性黑5,可由现有专利或文献公开的方法制备。
式(1)染料结构中:D1、D2部分为彼此独立的相同或不同的基团结构,其包含苯环或萘环化合物,优选结构如下:
其中R4、R5各自独立为H、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、羧基和磺酸基、-SO2CH2CH2OSO3M(M为H、Na、K)等取代基。
本发明提供的复合活性黑染料混合物,其中式(1)的染料包含但不限于下式的化合物之一,
本发明提供的复合活性黑色染料混合物,其结构式(1)中:D1、D2两个部分的官能团为偶氮染料活性基团,最优选D1、D2均为含苯环化合物。
优选配比为:按重量份数计,符合式(1)的染料化合物,重量份数为15-30份;符合式(2)的染料化合物重量份数为70-85份,可适当加入助剂。
本发明制备的双偶氮化合物,即式(1)所示的染料化合物,含有多个亲水基团,多个活性基团,对纤维亲和力高,复合活性黑染料,具有高反应活性、高固色率、高溶解度、高提升力的特点,适用于毛、锦、棉等纤维染色和印花,更适用于喷墨印花和墨水染料的制作。
本发明所述的复合活性黑染料可用众所周知的混合方法来制备,如将式(1)、式(2)优选的染料化合物按重量份数经充分机械混合而得到。
式(1)化合物的合成主要采用以下结构原料:
其中D1、D2部分为彼此独立的相同或不同的基团结构,其包含苯环或萘环化合物,优选结构如下:

式(1)染料化合物可以按照以下方法制备:D1、D2结构化合物分别在亚硝酸钠和盐酸作用下进行重氮反应,得双份重氮盐;D1、D2重氮盐分别与(I)结构化合物偶合,得双份单偶氮化合物;最后双份单偶合物与(II)结构化合物缩合,得式(1)结构染料化合物。
发明效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明制备的双偶氮化合物,含有多个亲水基团,多个活性基团,对纤维亲和力高;与C.I.活性黑5复配后,制得的复合活性黑染料,具有高反应活性、高固色率、高溶解度、高提升力的特点,在对毛、锦、棉等纤维染色和印花时,有很好的固色牢度和高乌黑丰满度。

将20g符合式(1)染料化合物(1-1)和80g符合式(2)染料化合物经充分机械混匀而得到本发明的复合活性黑色染料1。

将22g符合式(1)染料化合物(1-2)和78g符合式(2)染料化合物经充分机械混匀而得到本发明的复合活性黑色染料2。
实施例3:
将15g符合式(1)染料化合物(1-3)和80g符合式(2)染料化合物,5g元明粉经充分机械混匀而得到本发明的复合活性黑色染料3。
实施例4:
将20g符合式(1)染料化合物(1-7)和75g符合式(2)染料化合物,5g元明粉经充分机械混匀而得到本发明的复合活性黑色染料4。
实施例5:
将15g符合式(1)染料化合物(1-8)和85g符合式(2)染料化合物经充分机械混匀而得到本发明的复合活性黑色染料5。

染色说明1:
将1g按实施例1-8制得的染料,先用适量的水充分溶解,然后定容于250ml容量瓶中,吸取50ml染液与50ml水混合,然后加入5g棉布、6g硫酸钠,然后以10℃/min的升温速度到60℃,保持30分钟后加入2g碳酸钠,再保持60℃染色30min,随后取出被染棉布用非离子型净洗剂沸腾皂煮15min,再用水洗并在70℃左右烘干。

从表1记载来看,本发明的复合活性黑色染料混合物具有高固色率、高上色率、高提升力、高溶解度,在对棉织物进行染色时有很好的固色牢度和高乌黑丰满度,同时未固着部分更易清洗,能将纤维素纤维材料染成匀染性好、水洗牢度好的黑色。相比C.I.活性黑5(比较例1)、比较例2在摩擦牢度、日晒牢度、水洗牢度、溶解度、提升力、固色率方面均有更好的表现。

4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的复合活性黑染料,其特征在于,在所述的复合染料中加有助剂,所述的助剂至少包括作为防尘剂的聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯混合物、填充剂、元明粉中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的复合活性黑染料,其特征在于,所述式(1)选自下式(1-1)~(1-15)所示的化合物之一,
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的复合活性黑染料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包含15-30份所述式(1)所示的化合物和70-85份所述式(2)所示的化合物。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的复合活性黑染料的用途,其特征在于,适用于毛、锦、棉纤维染色和印花。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合活性黑染料的用途,其特征在于,适用于喷墨印花和墨水染料的制作。
