本发明公开了一种密炼机,属于橡胶密炼装置技术领域,包括有:一橡胶密炼室,用于对橡胶进行密炼;一机架,所述橡胶密炼室位于所述机架内,所述机架上开设有通向所述橡胶密炼室的入口;一压制部,包括一个设置于所述橡胶密炼室上方的液压油缸和设置于所述液压油缸冲头处的切刀,所述切刀位于所述入口处做上下运动;第一动力机构,由电机、减速器和传动带构成,带动所述橡胶密炼室内的密炼辊转动。该密炼机用于对橡胶进行密炼,其对密炼室内的橡胶加入和取出操作均比较方便,缩短了橡胶的密炼周期,节约了人力成本。

一种密炼机
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶密炼装置技术领域,具体地指一种密炼机。
背景技术
橡胶在确定配方后需要进行混合搅拌,并在高温高压的情况下进行密炼,传统的密炼机采用压缩的方式增大密炼室内的压力和温度,使得橡胶软化,进而可以进行匀质和混合,但是每次密炼后去除橡胶一直较为麻烦,延长了橡胶密炼操作的周期并增加了人力成本。
而具体密炼的做法是将所有原料和配料一股脑儿的全部投入到密炼机中进行炼制,在此情况下,各个配料不易分散均匀,且会延长密炼时间,增加生产成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的密炼机用于对橡胶进行密炼,其对密炼室内的橡胶加入和取出操作均比较方便,缩短了橡胶的密炼周期,节约了人力成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种密炼机,包括有:
一橡胶密炼室,用于对橡胶进行密炼;
一机架,所述橡胶密炼室位于所述机架内,所述机架上开设有通向所述橡胶密炼室的入口;
一压制部,包括一个设置于所述橡胶密炼室上方的液压油缸和设置于所述液压油缸冲头处的切刀,所述切刀位于所述入口处做上下运动;
第一动力机构,由电机、减速器和传动带构成,带动所述橡胶密炼室内的密炼辊转动。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述橡胶密炼室铰接于所述机架内,并由电机带动装入或拉出所述机架。
加入橡胶时,从机架的入口加入即可,取出时,将橡胶密炼室转动一定角度拉出,再行取出炼制好的橡胶即可。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述橡胶密炼室包括有:
一上方开口的密炼壳体;
两个密炼辊,两个所述密炼辊平行的并排设置于所述密炼壳体内;
一橡胶切割部,设置于所述密炼壳体的底部,其上设置有凸起的切割面,所述切割面位于两个所述密炼辊之间;
一配料部,包括有一压力供给装置,以及连接在所述压力供给装置之后的若干个配料腔,每个所述配料腔的出口处均设置有一个电磁阀,若干所述配料腔体的出口最后汇聚于一个管路后与所述密炼壳体相连通。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述压力供给装置为一个空压机后接一个压力缓冲罐所构成,所述压力缓冲罐上设置有一个压力表。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述配料腔为竖直设置的罐体,所述罐体的下方设置有口径逐渐缩小的锥形出口。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述密炼壳体的四周由四块侧板构成,所述侧板包括有两块相对的且上表面为平面的平面侧板,以及连接两块所述平面侧板的两端且上表面为弧面的弧面侧板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述橡胶切割部在所述切割面的两侧分把设置有一个密炼辊容置部,所述密炼辊容置部为向下弧度弯曲的凹槽,所述密炼辊设置于所述密炼辊容置部内。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述密炼辊的两端通过转轴铰接于所述密炼壳体内,其中一端为螺旋搅拌部,另一端为转轴部。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述螺旋搅拌部设置有螺旋线状的搅拌凸起。
作为上述技术方案的优选,一个所述密炼辊上的螺旋搅拌部的位置与另一个所述密炼辊上的转轴部的位置相对应。
橡胶经螺旋搅拌部压缩分散后向另一个密炼辊转轴部运动,且橡胶经密炼辊一次翻转后由切割面分为两部分再次进入到密炼辊的密炼区域内,搅拌效果、分散效果均得以加强。
实际操作时,橡胶在刚刚进入密炼室和进入一段时间后的温度逐渐升高,压力也会发生变化,因此,针对不同的配料,需要在不同的时间段内加入,方可取得良好的效果,该密炼室可用于配置性能要求更高的特种橡胶,并且分批加入配料,也有利于它们逐个混合均匀,避免某种配料分布不均的情况发生。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
该密炼机用于对橡胶进行密炼,其对密炼室内的橡胶加入和取出操作均比较方便,缩短了橡胶的密炼周期,节约了人力成本。

实施例1:参考图1和图2,一种密炼机,包括有:
一橡胶密炼室a,用于对橡胶进行密炼;
一机架b,所述橡胶密炼室a位于所述机架b内,所述机架b上开设有通向所述橡胶密炼室a的入口b-1;
一压制部c,包括一个设置于所述橡胶密炼室a上方的液压油缸c-1和设置于所述液压油缸c-1冲头处的切刀c-2,所述切刀c-2位于所述入口b-1处做上下运动;
第一动力机构,由电机、减速器和传动带构成,带动所述橡胶密炼室a内的密炼辊a-2转动。
所述橡胶密炼室a铰接于所述机架b内,并由电机带动装入或拉出所述机架b。
所述橡胶密炼室a包括有一上方开口的密炼壳体a-1,所述密炼壳体a-1的四周由四块侧板构成,所述侧板包括有两块相对的且上表面为平面的平面侧板a-1.1,以及连接两块所述平面侧板a-1.1的两端且上表面为弧面的弧面侧板a-1.2;
两个平行的并排设置于所述密炼壳体a-1内的密炼辊a-2,所述密炼辊a-2的两端通过转轴铰接于所述密炼壳体a-1内,其中一端为螺旋搅拌部a-2.1,设置有螺旋线状的搅拌凸起,另一端为转轴部a-2.2,一个所述密炼辊a-2上的螺旋搅拌部a-2.1的位置与另一个所述密炼辊a-2上的转轴部a-2.2的位置相对应;
一橡胶切割部a-3,设置于所述密炼壳体a-1的底部,其上设置有凸起的切割面a-3.1,所述切割面a-3.1位于两个所述密炼辊a-2之间,所述橡胶切割部a-3在所述切割面a-3.1的两侧分把设置有一个密炼辊容置部a-3.2,所述密炼辊容置部a-3.2为向下弧度弯曲的凹槽,所述密炼辊a-2设置于所述密炼辊容置部a-3.2内;
一配料部a-4,包括有一压力供给装置a-4.1,以及连接在所述压力供给装置a-4.1之后的3~5个配料腔a-4.2;所述压力供给装置a-4.1为一个空压机后接一个压力缓冲罐所构成,所述压力缓冲罐上设置有一个压力表;所述配料腔a-4.2为竖直设置的罐体,所述罐体的下方设置有口径逐渐缩小的锥形出口;
每个所述配料腔a-4.2的出口处均设置有一个电磁阀,若干所述配料腔体a-4.2的出口最后汇聚于一个管路后与所述密炼壳体a-1相连通。

Claims (10)

1.一种密炼机,其特征在于,包括有:
一橡胶密炼室(a),用于对橡胶进行密炼;
一机架(b),所述橡胶密炼室(a)位于所述机架(b)内,所述机架(b)上开设有通向所述橡胶密炼室(a)的入口(b-1);
一压制部(c),包括一个设置于所述橡胶密炼室(a)上方的液压油缸(c-1)和设置于所述液压油缸(c-1)冲头处的切刀(c-2),所述切刀(c-2)位于所述入口(b-1)处做上下运动;
第一动力机构,由电机、减速器和传动带构成,带动所述橡胶密炼室(a)内的密炼辊(a-2)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述橡胶密炼室(a)铰接于所述机架(b)内,并由电机带动装入或拉出所述机架(b)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述橡胶密炼室(a)包括有一上方开口的密炼壳体(a-1);
两个密炼辊(a-2),两个所述密炼辊(a-2)平行的并排设置于所述密炼壳体(a-1)内;
一橡胶切割部(a-3),设置于所述密炼壳体(a-1)的底部,其上设置有凸起的切割面(a-3.1),所述切割面(a-3.1)位于两个所述密炼辊(a-2)之间;
一配料部(a-4),包括有一压力供给装置(a-4.1),以及连接在所述压力供给装置(a-4.1)之后的若干个配料腔(a-4.2),每个所述配料腔(a-4.2)的出口处均设置有一个电磁阀,若干所述配料腔体(a-4.2)的出口最后汇聚于一个管路后与所述密炼壳体(a-1)相连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述压力供给装置(a-4.1)为一个空压机后接一个压力缓冲罐所构成,所述压力缓冲罐上设置有一个压力表。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述配料腔(a-4.2)为竖直设置的罐体,所述罐体的下方设置有口径逐渐缩小的锥形出口。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述密炼壳体(a-1)的四周由四块侧板构成,所述侧板包括有两块相对的且上表面为平面的平面侧板(a-1.1),以及连接两块所述平面侧板(a-1.1)的两端且上表面为弧面的弧面侧板(a-1.2)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述橡胶切割部(a-3)在所述切割面(a-3.1)的两侧分把设置有一个密炼辊容置部(a-3.2),所述密炼辊容置部(a-3.2)为向下弧度弯曲的凹槽,所述密炼辊(a-2)设置于所述密炼辊容置部(a-3.2)内。
8.根据权利要求3或7所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述密炼辊(a-2)的两端通过转轴铰接于所述密炼壳体(a-1)内,其中一端为螺旋搅拌部(a-2.1),另一端为转轴部(a-2.2)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:所述螺旋搅拌部(a-2.1)设置有螺旋线状的搅拌凸起。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种密炼机,其特征在于:一个所述密炼辊(a-2)上的螺旋搅拌部(a-2.1)的位置与另一个所述密炼辊(a-2)上的转轴部(a-2.2)的位置相对应。
