本发明公开了一种熔模铸造用速干蜡配方,包括精制石蜡、硬脂酸钡、二仲丁基对苯二胺、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、硬化油皂、硅藻土、改性松香树脂、柠檬酸三乙酯、滑石粉、聚氧乙烯酯和钛白粉。本发明能使蜡膜成型快,使石英砂附着均匀,使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种熔模铸造用速干蜡配方,属于塑料管道技术领域。
背景技术
熔模铸造又称失蜡铸造,失蜡铸造是用蜡制作所要铸成零件的蜡模,然后蜡模上涂以泥浆,这就是泥模。泥模晾干后,在焙烧成陶模。一经焙烧,蜡模全部熔化流失,只剩陶模。一般制泥模时就留下了浇注口,再从浇注口灌入金属熔液,冷却后,所需的零件就制成了。
熔模铸造最大的优点就是由于熔模铸件有着很高的尺寸精度和表面光洁度,所以可减少机械加工工作,只是在零件上要求较高的部位留少许加工余量即可,甚至某些铸件只留打磨、抛光余量,不必机械加工即可使用。由此可见,采用熔模铸造方法可大量节省机床设备和加工工时,大幅度节约金属原材料。
而熔模铸造中最重要的材料就是蜡,而传统熔模铸造使用的都是一般的蜡。

为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种熔模铸造用速干蜡配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种熔模铸造用速干蜡配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:精制石蜡80~150份、硬脂酸钡10~25份、二仲丁基对苯二胺10~20份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯8~15份、硬化油皂2~5份、硅藻土10~20份、改性松香树脂5~10份、柠檬酸三乙酯5~10份、滑石粉3~8份、聚氧乙烯酯2~6份和钛白粉1~3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:精制石蜡90份、硬脂酸钡15份、二仲丁基对苯二胺12份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯9份、硬化油皂3份、硅藻土15份、改性松香树脂6份、柠檬酸三乙酯7份、滑石粉4份、聚氧乙烯酯3份和钛白粉3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:精制石蜡120份、硬脂酸钡20份、二仲丁基对苯二胺15份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯12份、硬化油皂4份、硅藻土18份、改性松香树脂7份、柠檬酸三乙酯8份、滑石粉5份、聚氧乙烯酯4份和钛白粉2份。
