本发明公开了一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,采用多种中药材制成微米级中药混合干粉与竹原纤维混合制备医用无纺布,得到的无纺布直接外用于伤患处,可以有效缩短患者伤处的愈合速度,并抑制细菌滋生。采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法得到的中药干粉,药效好,提取率高;采用竹原纤维,一是利用竹原纤维的多种结构,微米级中药混合干粉可以渗入纤维内部,达到12小时持久释放药效的效果;二是竹原纤维抗菌效果好。综上所述,本发明提供了一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布,制备方法简单,成本低,效果好,易于推广。

本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
无纺布具有如下优点:
1.质轻:以聚丙烯树脂为主要生产原料,比重仅0.9,只有棉花的五分之三,具蓬松性,手感好。
2.柔软:由细纤维组成(2-3D)轻点状热熔粘结成型。成品柔软度适中,具舒适感。
3.拨水、透气:聚丙烯切片不吸水,含水率零,成品拨水性佳,由100%纤维组成具多孔性,透气性佳,易保持布面干爽、易洗涤。
4.无毒、无刺激性:产品采用符合FDA食品级原料生产,不含其他化学成分,性能稳定,无毒、无异味,不刺激皮肤。
5.抗菌、抗化学药剂:聚丙烯属化学钝性物质,不虫蛀,并能隔离存在液体内细菌及虫类的侵蚀;抗菌、碱腐蚀、成品不因侵蚀而影响强度。
6.抗菌性。制品具拔水性,不发霉,并能隔离存在液体内细菌及虫类的侵蚀,不霉蛀。
7.物性佳。由聚丙烯纺丝直接铺成网热粘结而成,制品强度较一般短纤产品为佳,强度无方向性,纵横向强度相近。
8.在环保方面,使用的大多数无纺布的原材料是聚丙烯,而塑料袋的原材料是聚乙烯,两种物质虽然名字相似,但在化学结构上却相差甚远。聚乙烯的化学分子结构具有相当强的稳定性,极难降解,所以塑料袋需要300年才可分解完毕;而聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固,分子链很容易就可断裂,从而可以有效地降解,并且在无毒的形态中进入下一步环境循环,一个无纺布购物袋在90天内就可以彻底分解。而且无纺布购物袋可重复使用10次以上,废弃后对环境的污染度也只有塑料袋的10%。
但是传统的功能型无纺布一般重视抗菌性能,而忽视了其他性能,本发明为餐饮服务业提供了一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法。

A、将各种中药原料采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法进行萃取并干燥,分别等到中药干粉;
B、将各种中药干粉按比例混合后,加水高速研磨,浓缩并喷雾干燥后得到微米级中药混合干粉;
C、将微米级中药混合干粉与异丙醇、去离子水、聚乙烯-乙烯醇和竹原纤维混合后,得到静电纺丝液;
D、采用高压静电纺丝法得到有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布。
优选的,所述的步骤B中,所述的微米级中药混合干粉,包括以下成分:桑寄生、续断、黄芪、骨碎补、扁豆、苏木、广木香、女贞子、枸杞、紫苏梗、大贝和藿香。

所述的步骤C中,所述的静电纺丝液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:微米级中药混合干粉5%、异丙醇42%;聚乙烯-乙烯醇11%;竹原纤维32%;去离子水余量。
实施例2:
一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将各种中药原料采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法进行萃取并干燥,分别等到中药干粉;
B、将各种中药干粉按比例混合后,加水高速研磨,浓缩并喷雾干燥后得到微米级中药混合干粉;
C、将微米级中药混合干粉与异丙醇、去离子水、聚乙烯-乙烯醇和竹原纤维混合后,得到静电纺丝液;
D、采用高压静电纺丝法得到有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布。

A、将各种中药原料采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法进行萃取并干燥,分别等到中药干粉;
B、将各种中药干粉按比例混合后,加水高速研磨,浓缩并喷雾干燥后得到微米级中药混合干粉;
C、将微米级中药混合干粉与异丙醇、去离子水、聚乙烯-乙烯醇和竹原纤维混合后,得到静电纺丝液;
D、采用高压静电纺丝法得到有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布。

经过100名12-60岁患者的临床对比测试,将实施例1-3的无纺布样品与不加入微米级中药混合干粉的无纺布样品(对照例)同时应用于骨外科创伤患者的恢复期包扎,使用本发明实施例1-3的无纺布样品的患者的伤口愈合时间相比对照例缩短了15-30%。
对比例1
将实施例1中的藿香去除,其余配比和制备方法不变。
对比例2
将实施例1中的竹原纤维替换为棉纤维,其余配比和制备方法不变。
相比于实施例1的样品效果,对比例1和对比例2样品的效果分别减轻8-15%和3-8%。

1.一种有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将各种中药原料采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法进行萃取并干燥,分别等到中药干粉;
B、将各种中药干粉按比例混合后,加水高速研磨,浓缩并喷雾干燥后得到微米级中药混合干粉;
C、将微米级中药混合干粉与异丙醇、去离子水、聚乙烯-乙烯醇和竹原纤维混合后,得到静电纺丝液;
D、采用高压静电纺丝法得到有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,所述的微米级中药混合干粉,包括以下成分:桑寄生、续断、黄芪、骨碎补、扁豆、苏木、广木香、女贞子、枸杞、紫苏梗、大贝和藿香。
3.如权利要求1所述的有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,所述的微米级中药混合干粉,包括以下重量份的成分:桑寄生8-12份、续断8-12份、黄芪8-12份、骨碎补12-15份、扁豆8-12份、苏木8-12份、广木香8-12份、女贞子8-12份、枸杞10-15份、紫苏梗8-12份、大贝8-12份和藿香18-25份。
4.如权利要求1所述的有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,所述的微米级中药混合干粉的粒径为10-80μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的有利于创伤恢复的医用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤C中,所述的静电纺丝液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:微米级中药混合干粉2-8%、异丙醇35-45%;聚乙烯-乙烯醇8-12%;竹原纤维20-35%;去离子水余量。
